The placenta plays a crucial role in successful mammalian *** animals possess a semi-invasive placenta characterized by a highly vascularized structure formed by maternal endometrial caruncles and fetal placental cotyledons,essential for full-term fetal *** cow placenta harbors at least two trophoblast cell populations:uninucleate(UNC)and binucleate(BNC)***,the limited capacity to elucidate the transcriptomic dynamics of the placental natural environment has resulted in a poor understanding of both the molecular and cellular interactions between trophoblast cells and niches,and the molecular mechanisms governing trophoblast differentiation and *** fill this knowledge gap,we employed Stereo-seq to map spatial gene expression patterns at near single-cell resolution in the cow placenta at 90 and 130 days of gestation,attaining high-resolution,spatially resolved gene expression *** on clustering and cell marker gene expression analyses,key transcription factors,including YBX1 and NPAS2,were shown to regulate the heterogeneity of trophoblast cell *** communication and trajectory analysis provided a framework for understanding cell-cell interactions and the differentiation of trophoblasts into BNCs in the placental *** analysis of cell trajectories identified a set of genes involved in regulation of trophoblast ***,spatial modules and co-variant genes that help shape specific tissue structures were ***,these findings provide foundational insights into important biological pathways critical to the placental development and function in cows.

The Liupan Mountains,one of the important mountain ranges in western China,are located on the boundary between the northeastern Tibetan Plateau and the Ordos *** uplift history of the Liupan Mountains remains *** deposits are good tracers of regional tectonic and geomorphic changes,because loess is sensitive to erosion and the formation and preservation of loess requires relatively flat highlands and relatively stable tectonic *** investigated the distribution of Neogene loess deposits on the western piedmont of the Liupan Mountains and examined a near-continuous loess section(Nanping section)on the piedmont alluvial *** of magnetic susceptibility stratigraphy with the QA-ⅠMiocene loess sequence dates this 56-m section covering the interval from~8.1 to 6.2 *** lower boundary age of this section,together with previously reported Zhuanglang red clay(sand-gravel layers with intercalated loess during~9–8 Ma and near-continuous loess during~8–4.8 Ma)and Chaona red clay(~8.1–2.58 Ma),indicates that the Liupan Mountains were uplifted in the late Miocene(~9–8 Ma)and basically formed by~8 Ma,attesting to no intense mountain building since that *** addition,based on the information from the Zhuanglang core and the QA-Ⅰsection,we infer that sizable parts of the Liupan Mountains were uplifted during the late Oligocene–early Miocene and did not experience intense uplift during~22–9 Ma.

On the Role of Bond function in Nonlinear Optical Property Calculations for HF,HCI,LiH,H_(2)O and NH_(3)

Dond function basis sets have been used to calculate the molecular nonlinear optical properties which include hyperpolarizability βo , polarizability ao , and dipole moment μo for six molecules. The calculations at the fourth-order Moller-Plesset approximation (MP4) have recovered more than 90% of the experimental values βo , comparecl to that as low as 75% by the other authors. The calculated values of αo and iuo are also in good agreement with those of experiments and superior to that from other work. It is shown that the bond functions improve the calculated results at SCF level and especially at the level of the correction of electronic correlation (MP2 and MP4).

Optical telescopes are an important tool for acquiring optical information about distant objects,and resolution is an important indicator that measures the ability to observe object ***,due to the effects of system aberration,atmospheric seeing,and other factors,the observed image of ground-based telescopes is often degraded,resulting in reduced *** paper proposes an optical-neural network joint optimization method to improve the resolution of the observed image by co-optimizing the point-spread function(PSF)of the telescopic system and the image super-resolution(SR)*** improve the speed of image reconstruction,we designed a generative adversarial net(LCR-GAN)with light parameters,which is much faster than the latest unsupervised *** reconstruct the PSF trained by the network in the optical path,a phase mask is *** improves the image reconstruction effect of LCR-GAN by reconstructing the PSF that best matches the *** results of simulation and verification experiments show that compared with the pure deep learning method,the SR image reconstructed by this method is rich in detail and it is easier to distinguish stars or stripes.

Vortex light is a unique beam characterized by a spiral phase as it propagates. A fundamental parameter of vortex light is the topological charge, which determines the amount of angular momentum and plays a crucial role in tailoring its behavior. However, conventional measurement methods for determining the topological charge, such as those based on interference and phase modulation, tend to be intricate and complex. In this regard, a labeled vortex beam generator is proposed, composed of a metasurface with a single-celled configuration. When the metasurface is illuminated by light of the designed wavelength, the outgoing light exhibits a vortex structure. furthermore, the topological charge numbers can be directly observed with distinct labeled patterns when the metasurface is placed in an orthogonal-polarized optical path. With advantages such as ultra-compactness, high robustness, and exceptional precision, the proposed metasurface exhibits significant potential for applications in optical communication, light manipulation, optical sensing, etc.

为了研究具有负泊松比特性的圆弧形蜂窝夹芯板的动力响应,基于哈密顿原理和一阶剪切变形理论推导了圆弧形蜂窝夹芯板的运动方程,同时建立两自由度的质量-弹簧模型来获得蜂窝夹芯板与冲击器之间的接触力,利用Navier法和Duhamel积分对圆弧形夹芯板的运动方程解析求解。在理论模型有效性验证方面,低速冲击下蜂窝夹芯板中心最大横向位移的理论模型计算结果与ABAQUS有限元仿真结果的最大相对误差为4.9%,同时求得理论模型与已发表文献计算出的接触力最大相对误差为8%,验证了理论模型的有效性。通过理论模型研究了蜂窝胞元参数变化对蜂窝夹芯板动力响应的影响,研究结果表明:随着球形冲击器的冲击速度递增,圆弧形蜂窝夹芯板中心最大横向位移也呈现出递增的规律;圆弧形蜂窝夹芯板的抗冲击特性随着蜂窝胞元半径或角度的增大而减小,当蜂窝胞元半径从5 mm增加至7 mm时,蜂窝夹芯板的抗冲击特性减少40.28%;当蜂窝胞元角度从30°增加至60°时,蜂窝夹芯板的抗冲击特性减少83.64%;蜂窝夹芯板的抗冲击特性随着蜂窝胞元壁厚的增大而增大,当蜂窝胞元壁厚从1 mm增加至3 mm时,蜂窝夹芯板的抗冲击特性提升59.51%。通过减小胞元角度和半径,增加胞元壁厚可以提升圆弧形蜂窝夹芯板的抗冲击特性。

Nanoparticles anchored on the perovskite surface have gained considerable attention for their wide-ranging applications in heterogeneous catalysis and energy conversion due to their robust and integrated structural ***,we employ controlled Co doping to effectively enhance the nanoparticle exsolution process in layered perovskite ferrites *** alloy nanoparticles with ultra-high-density are exsolved on the(PrBa)_(0.95)(Fe_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Nb_(0.1))2O_(5+δ)(PBFCN_(0.1))surface under reducing atmosphere,providing significant amounts of reaction sites and good durability for hydrocarbon *** a reducing atmosphere,cobalt facilitates the reduction of iron cations within PBFCN_(0.1),leading to the formation of CoFe alloy *** formation is accompanied by a cation exchange process,wherein,with the increase in temperature,partial cobalt ions are substituted by ***,Co doping significantly enhance the electrical conductivity due to the stronger covalency of the Cosingle bondO bond compared with Fesingle bondO bond.A single cell with the configuration of PBFCN_(0.1)-Sm_(0.2)Ce_(0.8)O_(1.9)(SDC)|SDC|Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Co_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_(3−δ)(BSCF)-SDC achieves an extremely low polarization resistance of 0.0163Ωcm^(2)and a high peak power density of 740 mW cm^(−2)at 800℃.The cell also shows stable operation for 120 h in H_(2)with a constant current density of 285 mA cm^(−2).furthermore,employing wet C_(2)H_(6)as fuel,the cell demonstrates remarkable performance,achieving peak power densities of 455 mW cm^(−2)at 800℃and 320 mW cm^(−2)at 750℃,marking improvements of 36%and 70%over the cell with(PrBa)_(0.95)(Fe_(0.9)Nb_(0.1))_(2)O_(5+δ)(PBFN)-SDC at these respective *** discovery emphasizes how temperature influences alloy nanoparticles exsolution within doped layered perovskite ferrites materials,paving the way for the development of high-performance ceramic fuel cell anodes.

Various SARS-CoV-2-related coronaviruses have been increasingly identified in pangolins,showing a potential threat to *** we report the infectivity and pathogenicity of the SARS-CoV-2-related virus,PCoV-GX/P2V,which was isolated from a Malayan pangolin(Manis javanica).PCoV-GX/P2V could grow in human hepatoma,colorectal adenocarcinoma cells,and human primary nasal epithelial *** replicated more efficiently in cells expressing human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(hACE2)as SARS-CoV-2 *** intranasal inoculation to the hACE2-transgenic mice,PCoV-GX/P2V not only replicated in nasal turbinate and lungs,but also caused interstitial pneumonia,characterized by infiltration of mixed inflammatory cells and multifocal alveolar *** population immunity established by SARS-CoV-2 infection and vaccination may not protect people from PCoV-GX/P2V *** findings further verify the hACE2 utility of PCoV-GX/P2V by in vivo experiments using authentic viruses and highlight the importance for intensive surveillance to prevent possible cross-species transmission.

Efficacy of spray flushing in the reprocessing of flexible endoscopes:A randomized controlled trial

BACKGROUND Commonly used cleaning brushes in the reprocessing of flexible endoscopes often cause damage within the working *** To develop a spray flushing system to achieving effective cleaning of the working channels while minimizing *** This prospective study included 60 used endoscopes and 60 Teflon tubes randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an experimental group(n=30).The material of Teflon tubes was the same as that of the endoscope working *** in the control group were manually cleaned using traditional cleaning brushes,while those in the experimental group were cleaned using the newly developed spray flushing *** levels,cleanliness,and microbiological testing of the working channels were ***,Teflon tubes in the control group underwent 500 passes with a cleaning brush,while those in the experimental group were subjected to the spray flushing system,and channel damage was *** The ATP levels(RLU)in the two groups were 32.5(13-66)and 26(16-40),respectively(P>0.05).Cleanliness scores were 1.5(1-2)and 1(1-2),respectively(P>0.05).Debris was found in 73.3%of the control group,which was significantly higher than 46.7%in the experimental group(P<0.05).Microbiological tests for both groups yielded negative *** tube damage in the control group was rated at 4(4-5.25),which was significantly higher than in the experimental group 4(3-4)(P<0.01).CONCLUSION The spray flushing system demonstrated superior efficacy in removing debris and resulted in less damage to the endoscope working channels compared with traditional cleaning brushes.
