CZL-80,a novel caspase-1 inhibitor,pro⁃motes functional recovery after progressive ischemic stroke

A six-variable quasi-3D isogeometric approach for free vibration of functionally graded graphene origami-enabled auxetic metamaterial plates submerged in a fluid medium

This paper presents, for the first time, an effective numerical approach based on the isogeometric analysis(IGA) and the six-variable quasi-three dimensional(3D)higher-order shear deformation theory(HSDT) to study the free vibration characteristics of functionally-graded(FG) graphene origami(GOri)-enabled auxetic metamaterial(GOEAM) plates submerged in a fluid medium. The plate theory incorporates the thickness stretching and the effects of transverse shear deformation without using any shear correction factors. The velocity potential function and Bernoulli's equation are used to derive the hydrodynamic pressure acting on the plate surface. Both horizontally and vertically immersed plate configurations are considered here in the form of inertia *** plates are composed of multilayer GOEAMs, with the GOri content varying through the plate's thickness in a layer-wise manner. This design results in graded auxetic *** material properties are evaluated by mixing rules and a genetic programming(GP)-assisted micromechanical model. The governing equations of motion for the FG-GOEAM plates immersed in a fluid medium are derived by Hamilton's principle. After validating the convergence and accuracy of the present model, a comprehensive parametric study is carried out to examine the effects of the GOri content, GOri distribution pattern, GOri folding degree, fluid level, immersed depth, and geometric parameter on the natural frequencies of the FG-GOEAM plates. The results show that the natural frequencies for the four GOri distribution patterns increase with the increase in the layer number when the lay number is fewer than 10, and then stabilize after the layer number reaches ***, in general, the natural frequency of the FG-GOEAM plate in a vacuum or fluid increases when the GOri content increases, while decreases when the GOri folding degree increases. 体育运动是人为创设的身体活动,旨在突破自我,增强体质,并常以竞技的形式体现。相对于其他社会活动,它不仅具有一定的特殊性,更具有内在的风险性。因此,体育运动中经常会发生一些人身损害事故,而司法实践中则出现了同类的案件却有不同的判决结果。在侵权法的视角下,体育运动中的人身损害应当适用过错责任原则,部分适用严格责任原则,不应当适用公平责任原则。建议尽快出台司法解释或相关立法,以维护公众的体育权益,维护国家的法制统一。

前、后路不同手术方式治疗严重腰椎不稳定型骨折临床疗效分析

目的评价前、后路手术治疗腰椎爆裂性骨折的效果及特点。方法回顾性分析2007年8月~2011年8月手术治疗的79例腰椎爆裂性骨折。根据患者伤情选择不同手术方式,后路57例、前路12例、前后联合入路10例。观察手术时间、出血量、前后神经功能恢复情况（采用ASIA标准评定）、手术前后伤椎Cobb角以及矫正度丢失、骨性融合率、内固定失效率等。结果 79例患者均获随访,平均随访时间（28.3±5.5）个月（19~68个月）,除5例完全性截瘫患者神经功能无变化外,63例不全瘫患者术后神经功能ASIA分级均恢复1级或1级以上。后路手术在手术时间、出血量方面较前路或前后联合手术明显较少（P〈0.05）。三种手术方法术后伤椎Cobb角以及神经功能的恢复均较术前明显改善（P〈0.05）;后路手术术后矫正度丢失明显高于前路或前后联合入路（P〈0.05）;后路手术中有5例患者发生内固定断裂,而前后联合入路无1例发生内固定断裂;三种方法在骨性融合率和术后神经功能恢复方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论三种手术方法均能有效治疗腰椎爆裂性骨折,临床疗效满意;后路手术创伤小手术简单,但易出现内固定断裂和术后矫正度丢失;前路和前后联合手术创伤大,但术后矫正度丢失较少;因此,术者应个体化选择手术方法,以期获得最佳的治疗效果。

Effects of basicity and temperature on mineralogy and reduction behaviors of high-chromium vanadium-titanium magnetite sinters

The effects of basicity and temperature on the reduction process of Hongge high-chromium vanadium-titanium magnetite(HCVTM)sinter were investigated in this *** main characterization methods of X-ray fluorescence(XRF),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and metallographic microscope were employed in this *** this work,the reduction of HCVTM sinter with different temperature and basicity were *** Fe,FeO,and TiO in reductive samples increase with increasing basicity and *** increase of basicity and temperature is favorable to the reduction of HCVTM *** Fe phase has out-migration tendency to the surface of sinter while the perovskite and silicate phases have in-migration tendency to the inside of *** reduction degradation index(RDI)decreases while the reduction index(RI)increases with increasing *** RI increases from 67.14%to 82.09%with increasing temperature from 1073 K to 1373 K.
