Insufficient therapeutic strategies for acute kidney injury(AKI)necessitate precision therapy targeting its *** study reveals the new mechanism of the marine-derived anti-AKI agent,piericidin glycoside S14,targeting peroxiredoxin 1(PRDX1).By binding to Cys83 of PRDX1 and augmenting its peroxidase activity,S14 alleviates kidney injury efficiently in Prdx1-overexpression(Prdx1-OE)***,S14 also increases PRDX1 nuclear translocation and directly activates the Nrf2/HO-1/NQO1 pathway to inhibit ROS *** to the limited druggability of S14 with low bioavailability(2.6%)and poor renal distribution,a pH-sensitive kidney-targeting dodecanaminechitosan nanoparticle system is constructed to load S14 for precise treatment of AKI.L-Serine conjugation to chitosan imparts specificity to kidney injury molecule-1(Kim-1)-overexpressed *** developed S14-nanodrug exhibits higher therapeutic efficiency by improving the in vivo behavior of S14 *** encapsulation with micelles,the AUC_(0-t),half-life time,and renal distribution of S14 increase 2.5-,1.8-,and 3.1-fold,*** main factors contributing to the improved druggability of S14 nanodrugs include the lower metabolic elimination rate and UDPglycosyltransferase(UGT)-mediated *** summary,this study identifies a new therapeutic target for the marine-derived anti-AKI agent while enhancing its ADME properties and druggability through nanotechnology,thereby driving advancements in marine drug development for AKI.

Objective:Cymbopogon citratus(DC.)Stapf is a medicinal and edible herb that is widely used for the treatment of gastric,nervous and hypertensive *** this study,we investigated the cardioprotective effects and mechanisms of the essential oil,the main active ingredient of Cymbopogon citratus,on isoproterenol(ISO)-induced cardiomyocyte ***:The compositions of Cymbopogon citratus essential oil(CCEO)were determined by gas chromatography-mass *** were pretreated with 16.9µg/L CCEO for 1 h followed by 10µmol/L ISO for 24 *** hypertrophy-related indicators and NLRP3 inflammasome expression were ***,transcriptome sequencing(RNA-seq)and target verification were used to further explore the underlying ***:Our results showed that the CCEO mainly included citronellal(45.66%),geraniol(23.32%),and citronellol(10.37%).CCEO inhibited ISO-induced increases in cell surface area and protein content,as well as the upregulation of fetal gene ***,CCEO inhibited ISO-induced NLRP3 inflammasome expression,as evidenced by decreased lactate dehydrogenase content and downregulated mRNA levels of NLRP3,ASC,CASP1,GSDMD,and IL-1β,as well as reduced protein levels of NLRP3,ASC,pro-caspase-1,caspase-1(p20),GSDMD-FL,GSDMD-N,and pro-IL-1β.The RNA-seq results showed that CCEO inhibited the increase in the mRNA levels of 26 oxidative phosphorylation complex subunits in ISO-treated *** further experiments confirmed that CCEO suppressed ISO-induced upregulation of mt-Nd1,Sdhd,mt-Cytb,Uqcrq,and mt-Atp6 but had no obvious effects on mt-Col ***:CCEO inhibits ISO-induced cardiomyocyte hypertrophy through the suppression of NLRP3 inflammasome expression and the regulation of several oxidative phosphorylation complex subunits.

面向线控转向车辆的横向稳定性分层控制

针对线控转向车辆转向时前轮转角跟踪及车辆稳定性控制问题,提出了关于车辆横向稳定性的分层控制策略。建立了线控转向执行机构二阶模型,通过构造Lyapunov函数设计转向执行机构径向基函数网络自适应滑模控制器来保证控制器的稳定性,以保证前轮转角跟踪的准确性;其次基于扩张状态观测器设计滑模控制器进行上层控制,用以跟踪期望横摆角速度,决策出转向执行机构的最终前轮转角,从而改善车辆转向时的操纵稳定性;通过MATLAB/Simulink和Carsim联合仿真结果显示,所提出的控制策略提升了车辆转向性能和行驶稳定性。

多发性骨髓瘤合并肾损伤临床特征及危险因素分析

目的研究多发性骨髓瘤(MM)合并肾损伤(RI)患者临床特征与危险因素。方法将医院2022.01~2023.01间收治的133例MM患者纳为研究对象,根据其是否合并RI,将其分为RI组与NRI组,比较两组临床资料及实验室资料,分析MM合并RI临床特征及危险因素。结果133例MM患者中有31例合并RI,RI并发率为23.31%,将其纳为RI组,剩余102例未并发RI者纳为NRI组,比较发现,RI组ISS分期整体高于NRI组,此外,RI组患者白细胞计数(WBC)、球蛋白、血尿素氮、血尿酸、胱抑素C、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血清校正钙、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)水平高于NRI组,差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。以MM患者是否并发RI作为因变量,行二元Logistic多因素回归分析发现,ISS分期、WBC、血尿酸、β2-MG以及血清校正钙水平是MM患者并发RI的独立因素。结论MM患者RI并发率高,积极控制危险因素在降低RI并发风险,改善患者预后中具有重要意义。

重庆市垫江县是国家级杂交水稻制种基地县,种子产业发展事关全县大局。近年来,垫江县种子产业有了长足的进步,资源保护能力、制种能力、服务监管能力、创新能力均持续提升,但也还存在产业体系不够完善、基础设施依然薄弱、创新能力有待提高、服务监管能力有待加强、信息管理技术应用不足等问题。针对现阶段存在的问题提出了提高战略定位,实化工作措施;确定发展目标,延展产业链条;优化区域布局,稳定制种基地;落实扶持措施,培植种业企业;抓好种质资源,配套体系政策;注重规模发展,培育新型主体;实施制种奖补,调动内生动能;强化行业管理,规范经营秩序等深化发展种业的目标和措施建议,为当地种子产业的高质量发展提供参考和建议。

目的:分析在急性阑尾炎诊断中,联合腹部超声及浅表超声检查的临床价值。方法:抽取2021年1月~2023年5月于本院就诊的疑似急性阑尾炎患者75例(最终经过金标准检测方式共检测出罹患阑尾炎的患者60例),均应用浅表超声、腹部超声检查、计算机体层成像(CT)检查。将检测结果与金标准(最终临床确诊结果)相比较,分析不同检测方式诊断效能。结果:金标准检测方式共确诊阑尾炎患者60例,联合检测方式诊断准确率均高于浅表超声及腹部超声、CT检查,并且差异显著(P<0.05)。联合检测方式诊断灵敏度及诊断符合率均显著高于单独浅表超声检查及单独腹部超声检查、CT检查,并且差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在急性阑尾炎诊断中,联合超声检查方式,相较于单独性浅表超声检查、腹部超声检查及CT检查,可进一步提升诊断准确性。
