青稞酒糟水溶性膳食纤维的提取及其结构研究

以青稞酒糟为原料,采用酶解法提取水溶性膳食纤维。以水溶性膳食纤维得率为指标,通过正交试验优化提取工艺,并对水溶性膳食纤维的结构及性质进行研究。结果表明:最优提取工艺为料液比1∶15(g/mL)、酶解时间90 min、酶解温度60℃、α-淀粉酶添加量1.0%(以青稞酒糟粉质量计),在此条件下青稞酒糟水溶性膳食纤维得率为17.65%±0.26%;该水溶性膳食纤维为纤维素Ⅰ型结构且热稳定性良好,具有较优的物理性质、吸附性质和抑制α-淀粉酶活性的能力。

培养符合数字经济时代发展需求的创新型人才是研究生教育教学改革的重点方向。学术型硕士研究生的创新能力受到学生自身、导师指导、创新实践、培养条件等因素影响,构建学术型硕士研究生创新能力影响因素综合评价指标体系,采用层次分析法-模糊综合评价法对湖南理工学院应用经济学学术型硕士研究生创新能力进行评价。研究发现,准则层中,学生自身因素是影响研究生创新能力的关键;指标层中,学生个人主动性、导师学术造诣、科研活动和激励机制是影响研究生创新能力的四个主要因素。因此,高校应在增强学生学习自主性、建设数字化创新型导师队伍、对接数字行业发展需求、构建跨学科培养模式和完善评价激励机制等方面提升学术型硕士研究生创新能力。

Preparation and characterization of organic polymer modified composite polyaluminum chloride

Compared with traditional aluminum salts, polyaluminum chloride （PACI） has better coagulation-flocculation performance in turbidity removal. However, it is still inferior to organic polymers in terms of bridging function. In order to improve the aggregating property of PACl, different composite PACl flocculants were prepared with various organic polymers. The effect of organic polymer on the distribution or Al（Ⅲ） species in composite flocculants was studied using ^27TAl NMR and Al-ferron complexation methods. The charge neutralization and surface adsorption characteristics of composite flocculants were also investigated. Jar tests were conducted to evaluate the turbidity removal efficacy of organic polymer modified composite flocculants. The study shows that cationic polymer and anionic polymer have significant influences on the coagulation-flocculation behaviors of PACl. Both cationic and anionic polymers can improve the turbidity removal performancc of PACl but the mechanisms arc much different： cationic organic polymer mainly increases the charge neutralization ability, but anionic polymer mainly enhances the bridging function.

The simulation of a one-dimensional river network needs to solve the Saint-Venant equations,in which the variable parameters normally have a significant influence on the model accuracy.A Trial-and-Error approach is a most commonly adopted method of parameter calibration,however,this method is time-consuming and requires experience to select the appropriate values of ***,simulated results obtained via this method usually differ between *** article combines a hydrodynamic model with an intelligent model originated from the Genetic Algorithm（GA） technique,in order to provide an intelligent simulation method that can optimize the parameters *** with current approaches,the method presented in this article is simpler,its dependence on field data is lower,and the model accuracy is *** the optimized parameters are taken into the hydrodynamic numerical model,a good agreement is attained between the simulated results and the field data.

An efficient and accurate solution algorithm was proposed for 1-D unsteady flow problems widely existing in hydraulic engineering. Based on the split-characteristic finite element method, the numerical model with the Saint-Venant equations of 1-D unsteady flows was established. The assembled f＇mite element equations were solved with the tri-diagonal matrix algorithm. In the semi-implicit and explicit scheme, the critical time step of the method was dependent on the space step and flow velocity, not on the wave celerity. The method was used to eliminate the restriction due to the wave celerity for the computational analysis of unsteady open-channel flows. The model was verified by the experimental data and theoretical solution and also applied to the simulation of the flow in practical river networks. It shows that the numerical method has high efficiency and accuracy and can be used to simulate 1-D steady flows, and unsteady flows with shock waves or flood waves. Compared with other numerical methods, the algorithm of this method is simpler with higher accuracy, less dissipation, higher computation efficiency and less computer storage.

In this study, the surface chemical functional groups of Bacillus cereus biomass were identified by Fourier transform infrared （FTIR） analytical technique. It had been shown that the B. cereus cells mainly contained carboxyl, hydroxyl, phosphate, amino and amide functional groups. The potentiometric titration was conducted to explain the surface acid-base properties of aqueous B. cereus biomass. The computer program FITEQL 4.0 was used to perform the model calculations. The optimization results indicated that three sitesthree pKas model, which assumed the cell surface to have three distinct types of surface organic functional groups based on the IR analysis results, simulated the experimental results very well. Moreover, batch adsorption experiments were performed to investigate biosorption behavior of Cu（Ⅱ） and Pb（Ⅱ） ions onto the biomass. Obviously, the adsorption equilibrium data for the two ions were reasonably described by typical Langmuir isotherm.

Lateral intakes are common in *** pump effciency and sediment deposition are determined by the local hydrodynamic characteristics and mainstream division *** hydraulic characteristics of lateral withdrawal from inclined river slopes at different intake elevations should be ***,the division width exhibits significant vertical non-uniformity at an inclined river slope,which should be ***,a three-dimensional(3-D)hydrodynamic and particle-tracking model was developed with the Open Source Field Operation and Manipulation(Open FOAM),and the model was validated with physical model tests for 90°lateral withdrawal from an inclined side *** flow fields,withdrawal sources,and division widths were investigated with different intake bottom elevations,withdrawal discharges,and main channel *** study showed that under inclined side bank conditions,water entered the intake at an oblique angle,causing significant 3-D spiral flows in the intake rather than two-dimensional closed recirculation.A lower withdrawal discharge,a lower bottom elevation of the intake,or a higher main channel velocity could further strengthen this *** average division width and turbulent kinetic energy were smaller under inclined side bank conditions than under vertical bank *** a low intake bottom elevation,a low withdrawal discharge,or a high main channel velocity,the sources of lateral withdrawal were in similar ranges near the local inclined bank in the vertical *** inclined slope conditions,sediment deposition near the intake entrance could be reduced,compared to that under vertical slope *** results provide hydrodynamic and sediment references for engineering designs for natural rivers with inclined terrains.

A Numerical Calculation Algorithm of the Inclination Function Based on the Representation of SO(3) Group

In the determination of the Earth gravity field in satellite geodesy, the inclination functions represent the projection of data observed along the orbital plane of a satellite orbit into the sphere in the terrestial reference frame. The inclination functions in this work is studied from a group theoretical perspective. The inclination functions are proved to generate a representation of the SO(3) group. An orthogonal relation of the inclination functions is derived and some recurrence relations for the inclination functions are given, based on which an algorithm to calculate the inclination functions is proposed.

Cnoidal waves are a type of nonlinear periodic wave solutions of the nonlinear dynamic *** are well known in fluid dynamics,but it is not the case in *** this paper we show both experimentally and numerically that cnoidal waves could be formed in a fiber laser either in the net normal or net anomalous cavity dispersion regime,especially because,as the pump power is increased,the formed cnoidal waves could eventually evolve into a train of bright(in the net anomalous cavity dispersion regime)or dark(in the net normal cavity dispersion regime)*** simulations of the laser operation based on the extended nonlinear Schrödinger equation(NLSE)have well reproduced the experimental *** result not only explains why solitons can still be formed in a fiber laser even without mode locking but also suggests a new effective way of automatic stable periodic pulse train generation in lasers with a nonlinear cavity.
