A 28/56 Gb/s NRZ/PAM-4 dual-mode transceiver(TRx)designed in a 28-nm complementary metal-oxide-semiconduc-tor(CMOS)process is presented in this article.A voltage-mode(VM)driver featuring a 4-tap reconfigurable feed-forward equal-izer(FFe)is employed in the quarter-rate transmitter(TX).The half-rate receiver(RX)incorporates a continuous-time linear equal-izer(CTLe),a 3-stage high-speed slicer with multi-clock-phase sampling,and a clock and data recovery(CDR).The experimen-tal results show that the TRx operates at a maximum speed of 56 Gb/s with chip-on board(COB)*** 28 Gb/s NRZ eye diagram shows a far-end vertical eye opening of 210 mV with an output amplitude of 351 mV single-ended and the 56 Gb/s PAM-4 eye diagram exhibits far-end eye opening of 33 mV(upper-eye),31 mV(mid-eye),and 28 mV(lower-eye)with an output amplitude of 353 mV *** recovered 14 GHz clock from the RX exhibits random jitter(RJ)of 469 fs and deterministic jitter(DJ)of 8.76 *** 875 Mb/s de-multiplexed data features 593 ps horizontal eye opening with 32.02 ps RJ,at bit-error rate(BeR)of 10-5(0.53 UI).The power dissipation of TX and RX are 125 and 181.4 mW,respectively,from a 0.9-V sup-ply.

To predict the wave loads of a flexible trimaran in different wave fields,a one-way interaction numerical simulation method is proposed by integrating the fluid solver(Star-CCM+)and structural solver(Abaqus).Differing from the existing coupled CFD-FeA method for monohull ships in head waves,the presented method equates the mass and stiffness of the whole ship to the hull shell so that any transverse and longitudinal section stress of the hull in oblique waves can be ***,verification study and sensitivity analysis are carried out by comparing the trimaran motions using different mesh sizes and time step *** on the wave elevation of uni-and bi-directional waves is also carried *** a comprehensive analysis on the structural responses of the trimaran in different uni-directional regular wave and bi-directional cross sea conditions is carried out,***,the differences in structural response characteristics of trimaran in different wave fields are *** results show that the present method can reduce the computational burden of the two-way fluid-structure interaction simulations.

Beneficial interactions between microorganisms and plants, particularly in the rhizosphere, are a research area of global interest. Four cadmium(Cd)-tolerant bacterial strains were isolated from heavy metal-contaminated sludge and their effects on Cd mobility in soil and the root elongation and Cd accumulation of Orychophragmus violaceus were explored to identify the capability of metalresistant rhizobacteria for promoting the growth of O. violaceus roots on Cd-contaminated soils. The isolated strains, namely, Bacillus subtilis, B. cereus, B. megaterium, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, significantly enhanced the plant Cd accumulation. The Cd concentrations in the roots and shoots were increased by up to 2.29- and 2.86-fold, respectively, by inoculation of B. megaterium, as compared with the uninoculated control. The bacterial strains displayed different effects on the shoot biomass. Compared with the uninoculated plants, the shoot biomass of the inoculated plants was slightly increased by B. megaterium and significantly decreased by the other strains. B. megaterium was identified as the best candidate for enhancing Cd accumulation in O. violaceus. Thus, this study provides novel insight into the development of plant-microbe systems for phytoremediation.

Objective: Optimal luteinizing hormone (LH) levels forin vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF/ICSI) patients following the gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist protocol remain controversial. This study aimed to estimate the association between serum LH levels on the triggering day (LHLOT) and clinical pregnancy outcomes in IVF/ICSI patients following the GnRH antagonist ***: We enrolled 4743 IVF/ICSI cycles using flexible or fixed GnRH antagonist protocols between January 2017 and June 2021. The patients were stratified into four groups according to the LHLOT quartiles (Q1–Q4). each group was further divided into two subgroups according to the median basal LH/LHLOT. The main outcomes were clinical pregnancy, birth, and miscarriage rates. Secondary outcomes were oocyte yield, number of MII, fertilized oocytes (2PN), and high-quality ***: Serum LHLOT levels were negatively correlated with oocyte yield and the numbers of MII, 2PN, and high-quality embryos. Reproductive outcomes were compared among the different quartiles and subgroups. The absolute difference in the clinical pregnancy rates between the Q4 and Q1 groups was 6.4% (47.2%vs. 40.8%,P egnancy rates between the subgroups with basal LH/LHLOT >3.04 and ≤3.04 were 32.7% and 48.6% (P espectively, in Q1. Within Q3, the clinical pregnancy rates between the subgroups with basal LH/LHLOT >2.14 and ≤2.14 were 50.2% and 41.9%, respectively (P e greater the decrease in LH levels, the lower the oocyte maturation rate across all ***: According to the LHLOT quartiles, the Q1 of serum LHLOT esult in a higher number of oocytes but reduced oocyte maturation and lower clinical pregnancy rates. A decrease in LH levels by approximately 2.14 to 3.04 times compared to basal LH levels may lead to higher clinical pregnancy rates in IVF/ICSI patients following the GnRH antagonist protocol.

高超声速飞行器在飞行过程中产生大量气动热,高效的热防护技术对保证其正常工作具有重要意义.本文基于热超材料调控热流传播路径思想,针对高超声速飞行器头锥,采用坐标变换法设计非封闭式点变换热斗篷及简化近似的多层结构.COMSOL数值模拟研究表明,两种结构均有效实现导热和辐射热流的热绕流,使部分热量沿头锥表面传播,头锥前端温度显著降低,机体升温速率减缓.但其热防护性能的提升要求材料固相和辐射热导率低于原隔热材料.进一步设计了非封闭式域变换热斗篷,材料固相和辐射热导率均可高于原隔热材料.模拟结果表明,热绕流显著提升了域变换热斗篷的热防护能力,相比于纯隔热材料,头锥前端温度降低达100 K,机体降温达10 K,展现出重要的热防护应用潜力.
