红砂岩在我国分布广泛,由于含水率的变化使其崩解破碎十分显著。采用湖南株洲地区的红砂岩样,进行室内静态与扰动崩解试验。基于Weibull分布建立了红砂岩颗粒崩解破碎级配曲线演化模型,分析了模型参数λ与k的意义。分析表明,Weibull分布参数λ与k的大小及变化速率体现了红砂岩颗粒崩解破碎的演化过程。在建立模型的基础上,求得了相对崩解比的计算公式,并验证了计算公式的正确性。依据试验结果与模型计算值,讨论了耐崩解性指数与崩解比的异同及所采用试验方法的不同对试验结果造成的影响。在已有成果的基础上,验证了Weibull分布模型应用于岩石颗粒崩解破碎演化过程的可行性。

Sealing integrity evaluation and optimization of cement sheath-formation interface under different formation conditions during fracturing

Fluid channeling caused by seal failure at the cement sheath-formation interface during fracturing is a severe problem in oil gas wells. In this study， a novel model was developed to evaluate interface sealing integrity. The model’s accuracy was verified based on a self-developed interface seal evaluation device and an experiment. Subsequently， the interface seal under different formation conditions was investigated using this model. The theoretical calculation showed that for a cement sheath–carbonate formation interface， the channeling of acid-fracturing fluid caused interface seal failure and sustained casing pressure in the annulus space between the technical casing and formation. Mutual channeling between the fracturing sections occurred at the cement sheath–shale formation interface during fracturing. For a sandstone formation， the interface seal failure caused the channeling between a water-bearing formation and a sandstone formation. Aiming at different formation conditions， the mechanical properties requirements of Young’s modulus and Poisson’s ratio of cement sheath were proposed respectively to ensure its seal integrity. The proposed model and method can be used to evaluate and optimize sealing integrity during fracturing.

Relationships between carbon (C) production and nitrogen (N) mineralization were investigated in two alpine wetland soils of the Tibetan Plateau using laboratory incubation under different temperatures (5, 15, 25, and 35 ℃) and water saturation (noninundation and inundation). A significant positive relationship was found between CO2 production and N mineralization under increasing temperatures from 5 to 35 ℃ with the same water saturation condition in the marsh soil (r2 > 0.49, P 0.38, P 0.70, P 0.61, P < 0.013). In conclusion, temperatures and water saturation could regulate the relationship between CO2 production and net N mineralization in the Tibetan alpine marsh and peat soils.

Petroleum geologists have paid great attentions to the volcanic reservoirs of Songliao Basin in NE Chi- na. There are plenty of subvolcanic rocks in the Songliao Basin accompanying the Early Cretaceous Yingeheng Formation. The logging data show the good reservoir potential of these intrusive rocks but the distribution char- acteristics and formation mechanisms of these reservoirs are not clearly understood. Based on the previous stud- ies by using coring, cuts and logging data of Yingtai rift depression, the reservoirs＇ characteristics of intrusive rocks are presented. There are two types of intrusive rocks namely the syenodiorite-porphyrite and diabase which occur as laccolith and/or sill, both having the characteristics of low gamma and high density with little primary porosity and permeability. The prevalent reservoir porosity is the secondary porosity, such as spongy/cavernous pore, tectonic fracture. The laboratory data of porosity of diabase can reach 6.7%, but the permeability is less than 0.6 x 10-3μm2, median pressure is high, indicating that the pore throat of this kind reservoir is small. The maximum logging porosity is about 12%. The change of porosity does not correlate to the buried depth. It is the major significant differences in the distributive characteristics compared to the normal sedimentary rock reservoirs. Most of intrusive rocks underwent alteration diagenesis whilst some were subjected to precipitation diagenesis. The spongy and cavernous pore can be formed during the alteration processes of plagioclase to illite and pyroxene to chlorite. The secondary porosity is greatly correlated with the alteration intensity of matrix, pla- gioclase and pyroxene. There are pyroxenes and more plagioclases in diabase, which cause the higher alteration intensity than the syenodiorite-porphyrites in the same acid fluid. Vibrio cholerae and Vibrio parahaemolyticus are the two most commonly reported pathogens in seafood[1]. Consuming raw or undercooked seafood contaminated with these two Vibrio species can cause food poisoning, posing the risk of severe gastrointestinal illness and death[2-3]. Therefore,precise and reliable methods for detecting V. cholerae and V. parahaemolyticus contamination in seafood are essential for controlling food safety.

AIM： To study the growth inhibitory and apoptotic effects of Scutellaria barbata *** （S. barbata） and to determine the underlying mechanism of its antiturnor activity in mouse liver cancer cell line ***： Proliferation of H22 cells was examined by MTT assay. Cellular morphology of PC-2 cells was observed under fluorescence microscope and transmission electron microscope （EM）. Mitochondrial transmembrane potential was determined under laser scanning confocal microscope （LSCM） with rhodamine 123 staining. Flow cytometry was performed to analyze the cell cycle of H22 cells with propidium iodide staining. Protein level of cytochrome C and caspase-3 was measured by semi-quantitive RT-PCR and Western blot analysis. Activity of caspase-3 enzyme was measured by ***： M-I-I- assay showed that extracts from S. barbata （ESB） could inhibit the proliferation of H22 cells in a time-dependent manner. Among the various phasesof cell cycle, the percentage of cells in S phase was significantly decreased, while the percentage of cells in G1 phase was increased. Flow cytometry assay also showed that ESB had a positive effect on apoptosis. Typical apoptotic morphologies such as condensation and fragmentation of nuclei and blebbing membrane of apoptotic cells could be observed under transmission electron microscope and fluorescence microscope. To further investige the molecular mechanism behind ESB-induced apoptosis, ESB-treated cells rapidly lost their mitochondrial transmembrane potential, released mitochondrial cytochrome C into cytosol, and induced caspase-3 activity in a dose-dependent manner. CONCLUSION： ESB can effectively inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of H22 cells involving loss of mitochondrial transmembrane potential, release of cytochrome C, and activation of caspase-3.

AIM： To investigate the clinical value of T-staging system in the preoperative assessment of hilar cholangiocarcinoma. METHODS： From March 1993 to January 2006, 85 patients who had cholangiocarcinoma diagnosed by operative tissue-biopsy were placed into one of three stages based on the new T-staging system, and it was evaluated the resectability and survival correlated with T-staging. RESULTS： The likelihood of resection and achieving tumor-free margin decreased progressively with increasing T stage （P 〈 0.05）. The cumulative 1-year survival rates of T1, T2 and T3 patients were 71.8%, 50.8% and 12.9% respectively, and the cumulative 3-year survival rate was 34.4%, 18.2% and 0% respectively; the survival of different stage patients differed markedly （P 〈 0.001）. Median survival in the hepatic resection group was greater than in the group that did not undergo hepatic resection （28 mo vs 18 mo; P 〈 0.05）. The overall accuracy for combined MRCP and color Doppler Ultrasonagraphy detecting disease was higher than that of combined using CT and color Doppler Ultrasonagraphy （91.4% vs 68%; P 〈 0.05 ）. And it was also higher in detecting port vein involvement （90% vs 54.5%; P 〈 0.05）.CONCLUSION： The proposed staging system for hilar cholangiocarcinoma can accurately predict resectability, the likelihood of metastatic disease, and survival. A concomitant partial hepatectomy would help to attain curative resection and the possibility of longterm survival. MRCP/MRA coupled with color Doppler UItrasonagraphy was necessary for preoperative evaluation of hilar cholangiocarcinoma.（OR = 2.46, 95% CI = 0.98-6.14）, and a significantly elevated risk of developing esophageal cancer among alcohol drinkers among alcohol drinkers （OR = 9.86, 95% CI = 3.10-31.38）. CONCLUSION： ADH2 and ALDH2 genotypes areassociated with esophageal cancer risk. ADH2＊1 allele and ALDH2＊2 allele carriers have a much higher risk of developing esophageal cancer, especially among alcohol drinkers.
