The tumor microenvironment(TME)plays a critical role in the development and treatment of liver cancer,which ranks sixth in incidence and third in mortality worldwide,according to the“Global Cancer Statistics 2022”.Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),the most common form of liver cancer,is heavily influenced by the TME,which affects tumor growth,invasion,metastasis,and the response to various *** advancements in surgery,liver transplantation,targeted therapies,and immunotherapy,the complexity of the TME often limits treatment efficacy,especially in advanced-stage HCC *** TME consists of a dynamic interaction between tumor cells,immune cells,fibroblasts,blood vessels,and signaling molecules,all of which contribute to cancer progression and therapy *** the HCC TME is essential for designing effective,personalized treatments and improving patient *** research highlights the value of imaging technologies as non-invasive tools to evaluate the TME,offering new possibilities for more targeted therapies and better prognosis monitoring in HCC patients.

深入认识和科学评价放射性核素的迁移行为对核环境安全评价和放射性污染场地高效清除和修复策略的设计具有重要意义。环境胶体的存在会影响放射性核素的迁移行为,如何有效控制和阻滞放射性核素在环境中的迁移和预测其潜在的危害已成为一项紧迫的工作。尽管已认识到胶体的存在会影响放射核素的吸附模式和迁移规律,但真实天然环境中胶体种类繁多,黏土矿物和微生物等会形成黏土矿物-生物复合胶体,这些复合胶体与放射性核素相互作用使得迁移行为的预测和迁移机理的分析变得更为复杂。本文先概述了胶体与放射性核素迁移行为,重点阐释了影响胶体和放射性核素迁移行为的关键因素及其作用机理,然后论述了影响胶体迁移的主要检测手段和分析方法,旨在为核环境安全评价和核应急下有效净化修复放射性污染提供理论依据和技术支持。

为响应国家“双碳”战略的号召,本文研究了物流行业中的配送与包装器具回收问题,通过优化物流过程减少碳排放,助力实现碳达峰与碳中和的目标。提出自适应变邻域遗传算法(AVNSGA)来求解同时取送货车辆路径问题(VRPSDP)。通过使用Solomon数据集进行算例测试,并将AVNSGA与传统的遗传算法(GA)进行了性能对比,结果表明AVNSGA在求解效率和优化解质量方面具有显著优势,车辆路径的总成本优化效果提升幅度达到了10%以上,同时碳排放量缩减了67%,也展示该算法在物流领域节能减排、实现可持续发展目标方面的应用潜力。

To overcome the high computational complexity in real-time classifier design, we propose a fast classification scheme. A new measure called 'reconstruction proportion' is exploited to reflect the discriminant information. A novel space called the 'reconstruction space' is constructed according to the reconstruction proportions. A point in the reconstruction space denotes the case of a sample reconstructed using training samples. This is used to search for an optimal mapping from the conventional sample space to the reconstruction space. When the projection from the sample space to the reconstruction space is obtained, a new sample after mapping to the new discriminant space would be classified quickly according to the reconstruction proportions in the reconstruction space. This projection technique results in a diversion of time-consuming calculations from the classification stage to the training stage. Though training time is prolonged, it is advantageous in that classification problems such as identification can be solved in real time. Experimental results on the ORL, Yale, YaleB, and CMU PIE face databases showed that the proposed fast classification scheme greatly outperforms conventional classifiers in classification accuracy and efficiency.

The rapid emergence and widespread transmission of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)have prompted governments worldwide to enact policies and measures to manage the virus’s *** interventions have substantially contributed to controlling disease ***,they have also significantly disrupted daily life,leading to increased public fatigue and resistance to sustained control measures,a phenomenon known as pandemic *** develop a comprehensive understanding of pandemic fatigue,this review systematically explores the concept and identifies quantitative indicators for measuring *** reviewed studies on pandemic fatigue across various countries,summarized the contributing factors,and analyzed its impact on personal protective *** findings indicate that the enforcement of health measures significantly influences the onset of pandemic fatigue,while individual perceptions of risk can negatively affect personal protective behaviors,creating a feedback loop with increasing *** results underscore the importance of considering the current severity of the pandemic and individual decisionmaking processes in the implementation of *** our understanding of pandemic fatigue is essential for developing effective policy responses in preparation for future potential epidemics.

Recently, integrated Satellite-Terrestrial(S-T) communication system, especially the integration of satellite communication with 5G/6G, is regarded as a research hotpot. Future integrated S-T communication systems are demanding a more compatible and robust physical layer waveform. Considering physical layer access waveform design, this paper proposed a novel Spread Spectrum Generalized Frequency Division Multiplexing(SS-GFDM) scheme for integrated S-T communication system. Traditional GFDM has many advantages such as excellent adaptability and low out-ofband(OOB) radiation. However, because of intrinsic inter carrier interference(ICI) and low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR), the multiple access performance is degraded. In this paper, we introduced CDMA technology into GFDM. Two different spread spectrum modes, Cyclic Code Shift Keying(CCSK) soft spread spectrum and Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum(DSSS), are considered and compared in this paper to illustrate the benefits of GFDM-CDMA in low SNR scenario. Moreover, this scheme integrates the slot-ALOHA protocol with GFDM-CDMA, which extends access freedom in frequency, time and code domain. The simulation and analysis results show that the proposed GFDM-CDMA scheme reduces the performance degradation caused by interference. It is effective in typical satellite channel with low complexity. Meanwhile, the peak-average-power-ratio(PAPR) and access performance has been enhanced significantly.
