虚拟内窥镜是医学图像可视化与虚拟现实相结合的产物。为了缩短诊断时间,虚拟内窥镜需要提供一种自动导航方式来加快器官的浏览,通过分析已有细化算法提出一种快速的导航路径提取方法。该方法首先利用一种快速模板测试方法来生成2.-邻域编码的查找表,然后根据此查找表快速地查询边界体素的删除标志,从而将复杂耗时的模板测试过程转换成简单快速的查询。提取的骨架经裁剪、平滑后可以用于虚拟摄像机的自动飞行引导。实验结果表明,该算法提取效率高、速度快,基本上能满足虚拟内窥镜系统导航路径提取的要求。

A new fuzzy prediction controller is established to prediction for silicon content in blast furnace hot *** forecasting process is only used the historical information of silicon content. This new algorithm consists of five steps:step 1 de-noises silicon content numerical data by wavelet analysis to smooth out noise;step 2.divides the input and output spaces of the de-noising numerical data into fuzzy regions;step 3 generates fuzzy rules from the de-noising data;step 4 assigns a degree to each of the generated rules for the purpose of resolving conflicts among the generated rules;step 5 determines a fuzzy prediction controller from input space to output space based on such *** results show that:84%hit rates of prediction in the range of[Si]± 0.1%is attained using the prediction controller.

Usually multiple quality of service (QoS) guarantees are required in most multicast applications. This paper presents a multiple con-straints algorithm for multicast traffic engineering in mobile ad hoc networks (MANET). The proposed algorithm is a new version of multiple constraints QoS multicast routing optimization algorithm in MANET based on genetic algorithm (MQMGA). The proposed MQMGA can optimize the maximum link utilization, the cost of the multicast tree, the selection of the long-life path, the average delay and the maximum end-to-end delay. Experimental result shows that the approach is efficient, has promising performance in multicast traffic engineering and for evaluating the route stability in dynamic mobile networks.

Expected utility of loss-averse and fairness-concerns proposed to retailer, objective function of maximizing expected profit is suggested to neutral manufacturer. This paper investigates retailer’s optimal ordering strategy and manufacturer’s optimal pricing strategy based upon games models, following conclusions are drawn by theoretical and numerical analysis, order quantity decreases in loss-averse coefficient and fairness-concerns coefficient. Wholesale price decreases in loss-averse coefficient, increases in fairness-concerns coefficient, which show that loss-averse plays the same effect on ordering and pricing strategy for retailer and manufacturer respectively. but fairness-concerns gives different result for them.

An evaluation model of an international venture investment project on the basis of fuzzy matter-element and combined weight methods is introduced. First, the compound fuzzy matter-element of optimal subordinate degree is constructed on the principle of the bigger-more-optimal or the less-more-optimal depending on the actual evaluation indicators, and combined with standard fuzzy matter-element to form a difference-square fuzzy matter-element. Secondly, a combined weight is calculated by both information entropy and the expert grading method. Finally, the compound fuzzy matter-element of Euclidian approach degree by M(·,+)method is constituted and used to classify venture investment projects. Based on the model above, six venture investment projects in a company are evaluated, and the results show that the projects are all good, which is demonstrated by the good income of the projects. Therefore, the coincidence of evaluation results and actual operation status indicates that the model is of great value in practical application.

Reengineering Model of Supply Chain of Tea Industry in Yunnan

Through the ESDA analysis, using the spatial analysis methods provided by Arcgis and GeoDA Software, this paper on China’s COD, SO2.and TSP emission spatial pattern were analyzed. The results showed that:on the whole, China COD, SO2.and TSP emissions increased and then declined, that in recent years Chinese in the control of environmental pollution has made obvious achievement;pollutant emissions from East Central than the western, COD, and SO2.discharge of pollutants distribution pattern remained stable in 2.04-2.09, slightly fine-tuning;TSP emissions from the change of spatial pattern, significantly reduced the number of high-emission provinces of eastern and central regions. pollutant emissions growth index of the local autocorrelation, indicating that the emissions of environmental pollutants showed the characteristics of spatial concentration of high growth rate of the western region, the low growth rate of the eastern and central gathering. Finally, the analysis showed that China’s emissions of the formation and development of the pattern of space influenced by the economic development level, resource endowment, technical level and the area industrial structure factors.

Yunnan university of finance and Trade recording to t he statistics of chain’s output of tea, Yunnan province has entered the ranks of the larger ones of the production in China. Yunnan’s tea industry has the natur al resources and the economic effects envied, on the orther hand, Yunnan’s tea m arket has gradually become less and the economic effects have been poor. Through our comprehensive investigation and study, we consider that because the supply chain has seriously been disjointed among production, supply and sale of tea ind ustry in Yunnan, the supply chain of Yunnan’s tea industry need to be reorganize d for the promoting the development of Yunnan’s tea industry. The essence of reengineering of Yunnan’s tea industrial supply chain is to set u p the model of the trailed operation,to strengthen the strategic partnership man agement between the supply chain, to optimize the design of the supply chain and build up and improve the working mechanism for management of the tea industrial supply chain. The structure of Yunnan’s model of tea industrial supply chain: the model of com mercial flow; the model of logistics flow; the model of{2. flow and the model of cash flow. The solutions and policies for the reorganization of Yunnan’s tea industrial sup ply chain: planning, logistics and distribution and sales. Set up the supporting system of{2. technology. Build up the control system of production and *** the working mechanism of Yunnan’s tea industrial supply chain. Implement the engineering of exporting Yunnan’s tea into the markets of other p rovinces and foreign markets. Have many the channels that raise the funds of dev elopment for Yunnan’s tea industry.

Image segmentation is one of the most important problems in medical image processing,and the existence of partial volume effect and other phenomena makes the problem much more *** C-means,as an effective tool to deal with PVE,however,is faced with great challenges in *** at this,this paper proposes one improved FCM algorithm based on the histogram of the given image,which will be denoted as HisFCM and divided into two *** first phase will retrieve several intervals on which to compute cluster centroids,and the second one will perform image segmentation based on improved FCM *** with FCM and other improved algorithms,HisFCM is of much higher efficiency with satisfying *** on medical images show that HisFCM can achieve good segmentation results in less than 0.1 second,and can satisfy real-time requirements of medical image processing.
