基于烟气酸露点动态预测的天然气净化尾气焚烧炉节能技术研究

普光气田12列高含硫天然气净化处理装置尾气焚烧炉余热锅炉,由于原设计燃烧后的烟气含硫量高(在400~800 mg/m^(3)),导致烟气酸露点温度高,所以余热锅炉原设计排烟温度较高,导致整个余热锅炉热效率偏低,只有62%~70%。但焚烧炉实际运行的烟气含硫量在150~370 mg/m^(3),实际的酸露点温度在185℃以下。因此提出了根据烟气含硫量动态预测排烟酸露点温度的算法,建立焚烧炉和余热锅炉的热分析平台,并针对“两进一出”特殊水侧流程的余热锅炉过热器吸热量远大于蒸发器和省煤器的情况,提出“必须同时增加过热器和省煤器才可保证蒸汽品质”的思路,给出了不同工况下动态降低排烟温度的改造方案,可以实时控制合理排烟温度防止酸露点腐蚀,最大程度回收焚烧炉烟气的热能,实现保证过热蒸汽产量和品质的情况下年节约燃气量3.69%。

In this paper, an iterative formula for the reflection coefficient of the multi-layer thin film is deduced and the design of multi-layer thin film gires-tournois interferometer optical all pass filter(GTI-OAPF) is discussed. The group delay τm ranges from 0. 06 to 460 ps and the bandwidth △ω ranges from 0.068 to 0.0000079 (1015 rad/s). By changing the incident angle θ0, the multi-channel dispersion compensation may be achieved.

Biomineralization process regulates the growth of inorganic minerals by complex molecules,proteins,and cells,endowing bio-materials with marvels structures and excellent *** intricate structures and compositions found in biominerals have inspired scientists to design and synthesize numerous artificial biomimetic *** methodology for controlling the formation of inorganics plays a pivotal role in achieving biomimetic structures and ***,the current approach predominantly relies on the classical nucleation theory,which hinders the precise preparation of inorganic materials by replicating the biomineralization ***,the development of“inorganic ionic polymerization”strategy has enabled us to regulate the arrangement of inorganic ions from solution to solid phase,which establishes an artificial way to produce inorganic materials analogous to the biomineralization *** on inorganic ionic polymerization,a series of achievements have been realized for the biomimetic preparation,including moldable construction of inorganic materials,hard tissue regeneration,and high-performance biomimetic ***,the utilization of inorganic ionic polymerization has also facilitated the production of numerous advanced materials,including novel structures that exceed the current knowledge of materials *** inorganic ionic polymerization system provides new artificial strategies and methodologies for the controllable synthesis of inorganics,which mimics the biomineralization process,paving the way for the future development of more high-performance materials.

为了研究高雷诺数下圆柱绕流边界层的转捩现象和圆柱尾迹近壁区的流动特征,首先通过在典型雷诺数下采用Transition SST四方程转捩模型模拟圆柱绕流得到的结果与实验结果及采用SST k-ω两方程湍流模型模拟结果的对比分析,验证了Transition SST模型在模拟高雷诺数下圆柱绕流的优越性,并较为准确地预测出了圆柱绕流边界层的转捩现象及尾迹近壁区的流动特征。然后分别对亚临界区、临界区、超临界区和过临界区的圆柱绕流问题进行了数值模拟,分析了不同雷诺数下圆柱绕流的流场结构及圆柱表面压力系数、摩擦力系数的变化规律,研究了圆柱绕流近壁区的流动特征、边界层转捩的流动机理、转捩位置及其随雷诺数的变化规律。结果表明,亚临界区二维圆柱绕流边界层发生层流分离,无分离泡和转捩现象;临界区和超临界区二维圆柱绕流边界层先产生了分离泡现象,之后流动发生了转捩并在转捩后发生湍流分离;过临界区二维圆柱绕流边界层流动在转捩之后发生湍流分离,无分离泡现象;在临界区、超临界区和过临界区,二维圆柱绕流边界层转捩位置随雷诺数增大向前驻点移动。

Waste acid recovery utilizing monovalent cation permselective membranes through selective electrodialysis

The traditional integrated guidance and control（IGC） method only considers the coupling between the attitude control loop and the guidance loop. When intercepting a target with high maneuver or high traversal speed, the semi-strapdown missiles needs large attitude adjustment to get enough maneuver and the seeker is likely to lose the target This paper considers the coupling between the attitude control and the coordinator stable tracking. First, the IGC model containing the guidance loop, attitude control loop and the coordinator stable tracking loop is established. The uncertainties of aerodynamic parameters are also considered. Then, a back-stepping IGC method is proposed based on the active disturbance rejection controller（ADRC）. Finally, a numerical simulation is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed controller. Simulation results show that the coordinator has good stable tracking performance, and the missile has quick attitude response and small miss distance.

Selective electrodialysis(SED)has surfaced as a highly promising membrane separation technique in the realm of acid recovery owing to its ability to effectively separate monovalent ions through the utilization of a potential ***,the current SED process is limited by conventional commercial monovalent cation permselective membranes(MCPMs).This study systematically investigates the use of an independently developed MCPM in the SED process for acid *** factors such as current density,volume ratio,initial ion concentration,and waste acid systems are *** independently developed MCPM offers several advantages over the commercial monovalent selective cation-exchange membrane(CIMS),including higher recovered acid concentration,better ion flux ratio,improved acid recovery efficiency,increased recovered acid purity,and higher current *** SED process with the MCPM achieves a recovered acid of 95.9%and a concentration of 2.3 mol·L^(–1) in the HCl/FeCl_(2) system,when a current density of 20 mA·cm^(-2) and a volume ratio of 1:2 are ***,in the H_(2)SO_(4)/FeSO_(4) system,a purity of over 99%and a concentration of 2.1 mol·L^(–1) can be achieved in the recovered *** study thoroughly examines the impact of operation conditions on acid recovery performance in the SED *** independently developed MCPM demonstrates outstanding acid recovery performance,highlighting its potential for future commercial utilization.

It has been a challenge to distinguish between seismic anomalies caused by complex lithology and hydrocarbon reservoirs using conventional fluid identification techniques,leading to difficulties in accurately predicting hydrocarbon-bearing properties and determining oil-water contacts in *** this study,we built a petrophysical model tailored to the deep-water area of the Baiyun Sag in the eastern South China Sea based on seismic data and explored the feasibility of the tri-parameter direct inversion method in the fluid identification of complex lithology reservoirs,offering a more precise alternative to conventional *** research found that the fluid modulus can successfully eliminate seismic amplitude anomalies caused by lithological ***,the seismic databased direct inversion for fluid modulus can remove the cumulative errors caused by indirect inversion and the influence of *** discovered that traditional methods using seismic amplitude anomalies were ineffective in detecting fluids,determining gas-water contacts,or delineating high-quality ***,the fluid factor Kf,derived from solid-liquid decoupling,proved to be sensitive to the identification of hydrocarbon-bearing properties,distinguishing between high-quality and poor-quality gas *** findings confirm the value of the fluid modulus in fluid identification and demonstrate that the tri-parameter direct inversion method can significantly enhance hydrocarbon exploration in deep-water areas,reducing associated risks.
