目的:研究不同清洁方法对唾液污染的高透氧化锆与自粘接树脂水门汀间剪切粘接强度和表面润湿性的影响。方法:制备80个高透氧化锆试件,随机分为5组(n=16),即对照组(无污染处理)、75%乙醇组、喷砂组、清洁剂组和大气压冷等离子体处理组等。测量表面接触角,测试剪切粘接强度,观察断裂模式。采用SPSS 26.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:大气压冷等离子体组的接触角最小(P0.05),但均显著大于75%乙醇组(P<0.05);大气压冷等离子体组混合断裂模式增多。结论:喷砂、清洁剂及大气压冷等离子体清洁唾液污染的高透氧化锆,可获得与未被唾液污染前相当的粘接强度;大气压冷等离子体可显著提高高透氧化锆的表面润湿性。

Study on Statistical Forecast Method for O_3 Concentration near the Ground in Pudong District of Shanghai Based on Meteorological Condition Analysis

[Objective] The research aimed to study statistical forecast method for O3 concentration near the ground in Pudong District of Shanghai based on meteorological condition analysis. [Method] Via observation and statistical analysis of the O3 concentration near the ground in Pudong District of Shanghai from 2006 to 2008, by considering meteorological condition, a kind of simple and practical new method suiting for forecast of the O3 concentration and pre-warning of the high-concentration O3 pollution event in whole year was established. [Result] Meteorological condition had obvious influence on O3 concentration near the ground. O3 concentration was the biggest in sunny day, followed by cloudy day. O3 concentration near the ground had typical seasonal change characteristics, and high value mainly happened in summer. Meteorological condition generating high-concentration O3 included sunny day, strong UV radiation, low relative humidity, high temperature and small wind speed, etc. By surveying historical weather chart, 10 kinds of main weather situations affecting Shanghai were summed. Under each weather situation, occurrence probability of the high-concentration O3 near the ground and average O3 concentration were conducted statistics. We found that occurrence probability of the high-concentration O3 was the biggest under northwest side of the subtropical high type, followed by internal type of the subtropical high. By introducing HPPI and WDI and comprehensively considering various meteorological factors, forecasting equation of the O3 concentration was established based on stepwise regression. The equation had good fitting effect and predictability on the daily maximum O3 concentration. [Conclusion] The method also could provide reference for O3 forecast in other areas.

Background Human adipose tissue-derived stromal cells （hADSCs） can be induced to differentiate along an osteoblastic lineage under stimulation of dexamethasone （DEX）. Recent studies, however, have questioned the efficacy of glucocorticoids such as DEX in mediating the osteogenesis process of skeletal progenitor cells and processed lipoaspirate cells. Is it possible to find a substitute for DEX？ Therefore, this study was designed to investigate osteogenic capacity and regulating mechanisms for osteoblastic differentiation of hADSCs by comparing osteogenic media （OM） containing either 1, 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 （VD） or DEX and determine if VD was an ideal substitute for DEX as an induction agent for the osteogenesis of hADSCs. Methods Osteogenic differentiation of hADSCs was induced by osteogenic medium （OM） containing either 10 nmol/L VD or 100 nmol/L DEX. Differentiation of hADSCs into osteoblastic lineage was identified by alkaline phosphatase （ALP） staining, von Kossa staining, and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction assays for mRNA expression of osteogenesis-related genes such as type Ⅰ collagen （COL Ⅰ）, bone sialoprotein （BSP）, osteocalcin （OC）, bone morphogenetic protein （BMP）-2, BMP-4, BMP-6, BMP-7, runt-related transcription factor 2/core binding factor α1 （Runx2/Cbfal）, osterix （Osx）, and LIM mineralization protein- 1 （LMP- 1）. Results von Kossa staining revealed that the differentiated cells induced by both VD and DEX were mineralized in vitro. They also expressed osteoblast-related markers, such as ALP, COL Ⅰ, BSP, and OC. Runx2/Cbfal, Osx, BMP-6, and LMP-1 were upregulated during VD and DEX-induced hADSC osteoblastic differentiation, but BMP-4, BMP-7 were not. BMP-2 was only expressed in VD-induced differentiated cells. Conclusions VD or DEX-induced hADSCs differentiate toward the osteoblastic lineage in vitro. In recent years,machine-learning methods have profoundly impacted research in the interdisciplinary fields of physics.However,most machine-learning models lack interpretability,and physicists doubt the credibility of their conclusions because they cannot be combined with prior physical knowledge.Therefore,this review focuses on symbolic regression,which is an interpretable machine-learning method.First,the relevant concepts of machine learning are introduced in conjunction with induction.Next,we provide an overview of symbolic regression methods.Subsequently,the recent directions for the application of symbolic regression methods in different subfields of physics are outlined,and an overview of the ways in which the applications of symbolic regression have evolved in the realm of physics is provided.The major aim of this review is to introduce the basic principles of symbolic regression and explain its applications in the field of physics.

The law of the iterated logarithm(LIL)for the performance measures of a two-station queueing network with arrivals modulated by independent queues is developed by a strong approximation method.For convenience,two arrival processes modulated by queues comprise the external system,all others are belong to the internal system.It is well known that the exogenous arrival has a great influence on the asymptotic variability of performance measures in queues.For the considered queueing network in heavy traffic,we get all the LILs for the queue length,workload,busy time,idle time and departure processes,and present them by some simple functions of the primitive data.The LILs tell us some interesting insights,such as,the LILs of busy and idle times are zero and they reflect a small variability around their fluid approximations,the LIL of departure has nothing to do with the arrival process,both of the two phenomena well explain the service station’s situation of being busy all the time.The external system shows us a distinguishing effect on the performance measures:an underloaded(overloaded,critically loaded)external system affects the internal system through its arrival(departure,arrival and departure together).In addition,we also get the strong approximation of the network as an auxiliary result.

Immunotherapy represents a promising strategy for cancer treatment that utilizes immune cells or drugs to activate the patient's own immune system and eliminate cancer cells.One of the most exciting advances within this field is the targeting of neoantigens,which are peptides derived from non-synonymous somatic mutations that are found exclusively within cancer cells and absent in normal cells.Although neoantigen-based therapeutic vaccines have not received approval for standard cancer treatment,early clinical trials have yielded encouraging outcomes as standalone monotherapy or when combined with checkpoint inhibitors.Progress made in high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics have greatly facilitated the precise and efficient identification of neoantigens.Consequently,personalized neoantigen-based vaccines tailored to each patient have been developed that are capable of eliciting a robust and long-lasting immune response which effectively eliminates tumors and prevents recurrences.This review provides a concise overview consolidating the latest clinical advances in neoantigen-based therapeutic vaccines,and also discusses challenges and future perspectives for this innovative approach,particularly emphasizing the potential of neoantigen-based therapeutic vaccines to enhance clinical efficacy against advanced solid tumors.

Three-dimensional cell-based strategies for liver regeneration

Liver regeneration and the development of effective therapies for liver failure remain formidable challenges in modern medicine.In recent years,the utilization of 3D cell-based strategies has emerged as a promising approach for addressing these urgent clinical requirements.This review provides a thorough analysis of the application of 3D cell-based approaches to liver regeneration and their potential impact on patients with end-stage liver failure.Here,we discuss various 3D culture models that incorporate hepatocytes and stem cells to restore liver function and ameliorate the consequences of liver failure.Furthermore,we explored the challenges in transitioning these innovative strategies from preclinical studies to clinical applications.The collective insights presented herein highlight the signiﬁcance of 3D cell-based strategies as a transformative paradigm for liver regeneration and improved patient care.

Improving mathematical model of burden distribution and correcting chute angle to cope with fluctuation of stock line

Accurate evaluations of the burden distribution are of critical importance to stabilize the operation of blast furnace.The mathematical model and discrete element method(DEM)are two attractive methods for predicting burden distribution.Based on DEM,the initial velocities of the pellet,sinter,and coke were calculated,and the velocity attenuations of the above three particles between the burden and the chute were analyzed.The initial velocity and velocity attenuation were applied to a mathematical model for improving the accuracy.Additionally,based on the improved model,a scheme for rectifying the chute angles was proposed to address the fluctuation of the stock line and maintain a stable burden distribution.The validity of the scheme was confirmed via a stable burden distribution under different stock lines.The mathematical model has been successfully applied to evaluate the online burden distribution and cope with the fluctuation of the stock line.
