Analysis of Efficacy of DICE(Dexamethasone,Ifosfamide,Cisplatin and Etoposide)Regimen on Recurrent and Refractory Intermediate and High Grade Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

OBJECTIVE Thus far there is no standard salvage regimenfor patients with recurrent and refractory intermediate and highgrade non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). This study intends toinvestigate the therapeutic efficacy of the DICE (dexamethasone,isofosfamide, cisplatin and etoposide) regimen on the recurrentand refractory NHL, and to observe the related adverse *** Clinical records of 22 patients with recurrent andrefractory NHL, who failed to achieve a remission from theCHOP [cyclophosphamide, hydroxydaunomycin/doxorubicin(adriamycin), oncovin, prednisone] regimen within 2 to 6 cyclesof treatment, were reviewed. DICE, as a salvage regimen with amedian course of treatment of 4 cycles (ranging from 2 to 7 cycles),was now used, and evaluation of the therapeutic efficacy andadverse effect of DICE was conducted in all the patients. Of the 22NHL cases, 8 were of T-cell origin and the other 14 B-cell *** treatment was performed in the patients, with appraisal,prevention and treatment of the toxic *** Following DICE treatment in the 22 patients, thetotal effective rate of the regimen was 63.6%, and the completeremission (CR) rate was 40.9%. The effective rates of DICE onthe T and B-cell sourced NHL were 75.0% and 57.1%, and the CRrate were 37.5%, 42.9%, respectively (P >0.05). An increase of thelactate dehydrogenase (LDH) level accompanied by a giant lumpwas the short-term effect on patients with recurrence (mean P tant. Myelosuppression, digestive systemreaction and alopecia were the commonly-seen complications inthe patients who received DICE regimen. All patients recoveredafter treatment, and no chemotherapy-related death *** DICE regimen is effective in treating refractoryand recurrent NHL.

The progression toward automated driving and the latest advancement in vehicular networking have led to novel and natural human-vehicle-road systems,in which affective human-vehicle interaction is a crucial factor affecting the acceptance,safety,comfort,and traffic efficiency of connected and automated vehicles(CAVs).This development has inspired increasing inter-est in how to develop affective interaction framework for intelligent cockpit in *** enable affective human-vehicle interactions in CAVs,knowledge from multiple research areas is needed,including automotive engineering,transportation engineering,human-machine interaction,computer science,communication,as well as industrial ***,there is currently no systematic survey considering the close relationship between human-vehicle-road and human emotion in the human-vehicle-road coupling process in the CAV *** facilitate progress in this area,this paper provides a comprehensive literature survey on emotion-related studies from multi-aspects for better design of affective interaction in intelligent cockpit for *** paper discusses the multimodal expression of human emotions,investigates the human emotion experiment in driving,and particularly emphasizes previous knowledge on human emotion detection,regulation,as well as their applications in *** promising research perspectives are outlined for researchers and engineers from different research areas to develop CAVs with better acceptance,safety,comfort,and enjoyment for users.

直流故障电弧,特别是串联故障电弧是光伏系统(PV)发生火灾的重要原因。如果不及时发现和中断,此类危险事件可能导致灾难性火灾,将对人身安全和财产构成严重威胁。文中分析了直流故障电弧发生的机理和故障特征;综述了近几年光伏发电系统中直流故障电弧检测、定位方法。对近年发表的论文进行技术细节的总结和讨论;最后,针对直流系统,从实际应用的角度出发指出了当前亟需解决的问题,并展望了未来直流故障电弧检测以及故障电弧定位的应用场景和研究方向。

为研究卫星-地面站点降水融合校正对遥感降水数据在无资料地区水文应用的意义,构建了考虑时空因素的深度神经网络(CNN-LSTM)融合模型,结合地形因子和气象站点实测资料对渫水流域TRMM 3B42遥感数据进行融合校正,并定量评估校正后的日降水误差。结果表明,经过CNN-LSTM模型校正后的降水数据精度有所提高,其与站点降水资料的相关系数在0.65以上,均方根误差、平均绝对误差、探测率分别比原始TRMM数据精度提升4.01%、8.09%、16.61%,且校正后的数据明显低估了降水;在不同雨强条件下遥感融合校正降水精度表现良好,但对于暴雨事件探测的精度仍有待提高。

Reliability of a Multicomponent Stress-strength Model Based on a Bivariate Kumaraswamy Distribution with Censored Data

This paper focuses on the trajectory tracking control problem for underactuated surface vessels with ocean environment disturbances. To overcome difficulty caused by the underactuation, an output redefinition method is adopted to redefine the vessel position outputs. An adaptive law is designed to estimate the upper bounds of the ocean environment disturbances. On the basis of the above, a trajectory tracking control law using the command filtered backstepping control method is proposed and the "differential explosion" problem could be avoided comparing with the conventional backstepping method. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed control law can force the underactuated surface vessels to track the desired trajectory, while all signals in the trajectory tracking closed-loop control system are proved to be uniformly ultimately bounded.

针对传统考试专用计算机智能判断系统存在相似度计算偏差大、判断准确度低、耗时长的问题,提出并设计基于COM技术的考试专用计算机智能判断系统。根据系统总体架构,以COM技术为指导,设计图像采集模块、Web服务器、COM服务器、COM库等硬件模块,将系统对象分为不同组件对象,完成试卷信息的输入、启动和管理。系统软件部分采用学生答案与标准答案对比的方式完成客观题的判断,采用关键词、句子的相似度计算方式完成主观题的判断,实现总体系统设计。实验结果表明,该系统的主观题相似度计算偏差较小,系统整体判断准确度高,可达90%左右,且该系统的判断时间少,仅为12.4 s左右,具有一定的使用价值。
