目的分析与探讨重庆开州区儿童呼吸道感染常见病原体流行特征。方法选择2019年1月至2022年12月重庆市开州区人民医院收治的5328位儿童作为研究对象,检测血清中的呼吸道病原体特异性IgM,包括肺炎支原体(mycoplasma pneumoniae,MP)、肺炎衣原体(chlamydia pneumoniae,CP)、抗呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)、腺病毒(adenovirus,ADV)、流感病毒甲型(influenza virus type A,IVA)、流感病毒乙型(influenza virus type B,IVB)、副流感病毒(parainfluenza virus,PIV)和嗜肺军团菌(legionella pneumophila,LP)。分析8种病原体在呼吸道患儿的发病特点和病原体流行特征。结果(1)检出率最高的为MP(X^(2)=12.141,P<0.05)。(2)婴儿组的PM与PIV等病原体检出率低于幼儿组和大童组,差异有统计学意义(X^(2)=7.923,P<0.05)。(3)8种病原体IgM在春季的检出率最高,冬季相反(X^(2)=1.872,P<0.05)。(4)5328例病儿共检出IgM抗体阳性3817例,阳性率为71.64%,性别之间差异有统计学意义(X^(2)=3.928,P<0.05)。结论呼吸道病原体检出率春季最高,防范春季呼吸道感染,重点关注肺炎支原体的防控。

采用离位“点阵”技术,制备预成型织物ES-T300/GT910复合材料,设置粉粒粒径、挖板辊速度,收卷速度为影响因素,采用正交设计L 9(34)对工艺优化,并对基本力学性能与进行了测试。结果显示:定型剂粉末的粒径为80目、挖板辊速度比为0、收卷速度为0.2 m/min时可以获满意的定型剂质量分数(5.37±0.09)%;“离位”ES-T300/GT910预定型织物回弹性能良好,力学性能良好。离位“点阵”ES-T300/GT910预定型复合材料可以达到工程化制备的标准,综合性能良好。

目的为解析槲蕨根茎响应干旱胁迫的生理机制,以槲蕨根茎为实验材料,观察了其在干旱胁迫下生理特性的变化。方法以蛭石为基质,将株高为10~20 cm,根茎长为3~10 cm、直径为1~3 cm的槲蕨植株移栽至直径为18.5 cm的花盆中,置人工气候室培养,培养温度为25℃,相对湿度为75%,光周期为12 h光照/12 h黑暗,光照强度为80μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),缓苗7 d。分别浇施含有不同PEG-6000浓度(0%、5%、15%、25%、50%)的溶液处理槲蕨植株7 d,观察植株的形态、生理特性变化。结果随着干旱处理浓度的增加,槲蕨根茎的含水量逐渐降低,渗透保护物质含量、膜透性程度、活性氧含量、抗氧化酶活性均逐渐增大。结论干旱胁迫诱发槲蕨根茎产生渗透胁迫,进一步导致氧化胁迫的产生,槲蕨根茎通过合成渗透保护物质调解细胞渗透压,通过抗氧化酶清除活性氧。

Since the complication of monitoring and evaluating the problems about the transgenic expression and its impacts on the receptor in the transgenic crop breeding and other relevant evaluated works,the authors in the present work tried to assess the differences of spectral parameters of the transgenic rice in contrast with its parent group quantitatively and qualitatively,fulfilling the growth monitoring of the transgenic *** spectral parameters(spectral morphological characteristics and indices) chosen are highly related to internal or external stresses to the receipts,and thus could be applied as indicators of biophysical or biochemical processes changes of *** ASD portable field spectroradiometer with high-density probe,fine foliar spectra of 8 groups were *** analyzing spectral angle and continuum removal,the spectral morphological differences and their locations of sample spectra were found which could be as auxiliary priori knowledge for quantitative *** investigating spectral indices of the samples,the quantitative differences of spectra were revealed about foliar chlorophyll a+b and carotenoid *** this study both the spectral differences between transgenic and parent groups and among transgenic groups were *** results show that hyperspectral technique is promising and a helpful auxiliary tool in the study of monitoring the transgenic crop and other relevant *** this technique,quantitative and qualitative results of sample spectra could be provided as prior knowledge,as certain orientation,for laboratory professional advanced transgenic breeding study.

Dear Editor,Artemisinin and its derivatives(AIDs)have recently been widely applied in cancer therapy as promising therapeutic agents owing to its hypotoxicity and special bioactivation *** numerous strategies have been established to improve the potency of AIDs,they are still relatively inefficacious against cancers,especially as a monotherapy.^(1)It is thus essential to develop novel approaches to considerably enhance their anticancer *** hypothesized that aptamers with specific recognition,high-affinity binding,and receptor-mediated internalization would promote the accumulation of AIDs inside the target cells and lead to death of the target cancer cells.^(2)

Old-age pension, a fundamental part of the Chinese social security system, is perceived by the Chinese government as the last support for rural-to-urban migrant workers upon retreating from the labor market. Using survey data collected by the authors, this paper examines a host of factors which influence migrant workers' participation in the old-age scheme. The result shows that individual characteristics, employment status, attitudes toward old-age support and perception of the old-age pension system significantly differentiate two groups of migrant workers between those that have participated in and their counterparts who have not participated in the old-age pension schemes. Among a number of factors, age, educational attainment, holding labor contract, etc. are found to be significant factors influencing migrants' behavior participating(or not participating) the available age-pension schemes. Policy implications for how to improve the rate of participation in existing old-age pension schemes among migrant workers are drawn from the findings.

目的以多序列MRI影像组学方法开发一种胶质母细胞瘤(glioblastoma,GBM)总生存期(overall survival,OS)预测模型,实现风险分层预测。材料与方法本研究回顾性分析TCIA/TCGA(The Cancer Imaging Archive/The Cancer Genome Atlas)公共数据库中309例GBM患者数据,针对术前对比增强后T1加权(post-contrast enhanced T1-weighted,T1CE)序列和T2加权液体衰减反转恢复(T2-weighted fluid attenuation inversion recovery,T2 FLAIR)序列,提取坏死区、肿瘤区和水肿区三种感兴趣区域的10 128个影像组学特征。采用相关性分析、主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)和最小绝对收缩和选择算法-Cox等比例风险回归(least absolute shrinkage and selection operator-cox proportional-hazards,LASSO-Cox),筛选与OS显著相关的影像组学特征,计算风险评分(Risk-score)作为组学标签。采用Kaplan-Meier (KM)生存分析和对数秩(Log-rank)检验比较高、低风险组间的生存差异。应用多因素Cox等比例风险(Cox proportional-hazards,Cox)回归构建临床-影像组学联合模型和列线图。采用一致性指数(concordance index,C-index)评估临床-影像组学联合模型的预测性能,并与临床模型进行比较。结果根据训练集筛选出的16个影像组学特征计算风险评分,依据风险评分将训练集和测试集患者划分为高、低风险组,Log-rank检验表明高、低风险组患者的生存概率差异具有明显统计学意义。单因素Cox回归确定风险评分、年龄和O6-甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA甲基转移酶(O6-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase,MGMT)状态是影响GBM总生存期的显著风险因素。多因素Cox回归分别构建临床模型及临床-影像组学联合模型,发现临床-影像组学联合模型性能(训练集:C-index=0.768,测试集:C-index=0.724)高于影像组学模型(训练集:C-index=0.744,测试集:C-index=0.710)和临床模型(训练集:C-index=0.659,测试集:C-index=0.653)。结论影像组学标签可以作为GBM总生存期的独立预后因素,结合临床病理信息和影像组学标签构建的联合模型能够更好地辅助临床进行GBM风险分层和生存预测,具有重要临床价值。

A mesoscale model of plastic deformation of ferritic stainless steels （FSSs） is formulated by combining a crystal plasticity finite element model with 3D cellular automaton algorithm. The actual grain orientations of FSS cold rolling and annealing sheet have been detected by electron backscatter diffraction and selected to be assigned to the polycrystal model. The simulation results have been validated by comparing the calculated true stress-strain response with the experimental one. For the lack of considering the interactions of dislocations with impurities, there are no upper and lower yield points in the simulation stress-strain curves. However, the calculated yield strength and the stress-strain response after yielding agree well with the real material. The local stress and strain fields show inhomogeneous at mesoscale. The plastic deformations of the grains with typical orientations have been characterized. The analysis reveals that the grains with fiber texture show higher thickness reduction ratio as compared to others. The deformation behaviors of the grains in polycrystal are not only related to the orientations but also to the interactions from adjacent grains.
