The aim of this study was to develop a general-purpose electric off-road robot vehicle by using automatic control *** vehicle prototype used in this study was a commercially-purchased electricity utility vehicle that was designed originally for manual operations.A manipulating unit,an automatic steering system and a speed control system were developed and integrated into a CAN-bus network for operating on functions(forward,reverse,park or stop),realizing desired steering angles and maintaining a constant speed,respectively,in the mode of *** autonomous navigation system based on RTK-GPS and IMU was used to evaluate the performance of the newly developed off-road *** tests showed that the maximum error in speed control was 0.29 m/s and 0.22 m/s for speed tests and autonomous runs,*** lateral offset was less than 10 cm in terms of straight paths,indicating that the automatic steering control system was of good performance.

This research introduces a new inclination correction method with increased accuracy applied to the guidance system of an agricultural *** method considers the geometry of a robot tractor and uses an Inertial Measurement Unit(IMU)to correct the lateral error of the RTK-GPS antenna measurements raised by the tractor's inclinations.A parameters optimization experiment and an automatic guidance experiment under real working conditions were used to compare the accuracy of a traditional correction method with the new correction method,by calculating the RMSE of the lateral error and the error reduction *** additional tuned correction method was found by using a simple analytical method to find the optimal variables that reduced the lateral error to a *** results indicate that the new correction method and the tuned correction method display a significant error reduction percentage compared to the traditional correction *** methods could correct the GPS lateral error caused by the roll inclinations in *** resulting lateral deviation caused by the tractor's inclinations could be reduced up to 23%for typical travelling speeds.

An adaptive turning algorithm for a four-wheel robot tractor in the headland is presented in this *** navigation sensors consisted of an inertial measurement unit and a real-time kinematic global positioning system(GPS).An objective function based on weights was used to create the navigation path,connecting by continuous *** asymmetric steering mechanism was then taken into consideration with a vehicle *** follow the path accurately,the slide movement of the robot and the steering rate were taken into account by estimating the turning radius in real *** addition,the vehicle model was tuned based on the results of each ***,the turning control algorithm was optimized on the basis of the specific conditions in the *** experiments showed that the robot tractor approached the next path with an average lateral deviation of 3.9 cm at a speed of 1.2 m/s during a *** to a conventional turning scheme,the time consumption and turning trajectory were decreased by 17%and 21%,respectively.

Michiko Harayama*and noboru.Miyagawa Abstract:In view of the successful application of deep learning,mainly in the field of image recognition,deep learning applications are now being explored in the fields of communication and computer *** these fields,systems have been developed by use of proper theoretical calculations and ***,due to the large amount of data to be processed,proper processing takes time and deviations from the theory sometimes occur due to the inclusion of uncertain ***,deep learning or nonlinear approximation by neural networks may be useful in some *** have studied a user datagram protocol(UDP)based rate-control communication system called the simultaneous multipath communication system(SMPC),which measures throughput by a group of packets at the destination node and feeds it back to the source node *** comparing the throughput with the recorded transmission rate,the source node detects congestion on the transmission route and adjusts the packet transmission ***,the throughput fluctuates as packets pass through the route,and if it is fed back directly,the transmission rate fluctuates greatly,causing the fluctuation of the throughput to become even *** addition,the average throughput becomes even *** this study,we tried to stabilize the transmission rate by incorporating prediction and learning performed by a neural *** prediction is performed using the throughput measured by the destination node,and the result is learned so as to generate a stabilizer.A simple moving average method and a stabilizer using three types of neural networks,namely multilayer perceptrons,recurrent neural networks,and long short-term memory,were built into the transmission controller of the *** results showed that not only fluctuation reduced but also the average throughput ***,the results demonstrated that deep learning can be used to predict and output stable v

Microwave processing was used to stabilize copper ions in soil *** effects on the stabilization efficiency were studied as a function of additive,microwave power,process time,and reaction *** stabilization efficiency of the microwave process was evaluated based on the results of the toxicity characteristic leaching procedure(TCLP)*** results showed that the optimal experimental condition contained a 700W microwave power,20 min process time and 3 iron wires as the additive,and that the highest stabilization efficiency level was more than 70%.In addition,the different reaction atmospheres showed no apparent effect on the stabilization efficiency of copper in the artificially contaminated *** to the result of the Tessier sequential extraction,the partial species of copper in the contaminated soil was deduced to transform from unstable species to stable states after the microwave process.

Autopsy reports play a pivotal role in forensic *** examiners(MEs)and diagnostic radiologists(DRs)cross-reference autopsy results in the form of autopsy reports,while judicial personnel derive legal documents from final autopsy *** our prior study,we presented a visual analysis system called the forensic autopsy system for e-court instruments(FORSETI)with an extended legal medicine markup language(x-LMML)that enables MEs and DRs to author and review e-autopsy *** this paper,we present our extended work to incorporate provenance infrastructure with authority management into FORSETI for forensic data accountability,which contains two *** first is a novel provenance management mechanism that combines the forensic autopsy workflow management system(FAWfMS)and a version control system called lmmlgit for x-LMML *** management mechanism allows much provenance data on e-autopsy reports and their documented autopsy processes to be individually *** second is provenance-supported immersive analytics,which is intended to ensure that the DRs’and MEs’autopsy provenances can be viewed,listed,and analyzed so that a principal ME can author their own report through accountable autopsy referencing in an augmented reality setting.A fictitious case with a synthetic wounded body is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the provenance-aware FORSETI system in terms of data accountability through the experience of experts in legal medicine.

The optical properties of blue emitting BaAl2S4:Eu thin-films were studied. The emission peak is around 470 nm, whose FWHM (full width at half maximum) is 35 nm. The dielectric constant is 3.03 from transmission spectrum, and the optical band gap is approximately 4.6 eV. It is found that the cubic phase and orthorhombic phase exist in fabricated thin-films. Furthermore, the energy band structure of BaAl2S4 : Eu thin-films from X-ray photo-electron spectra (XPS) and the absorption spectra were analyzed.
