New hy.erbranched poly.ary.eneet.y.y.ene）s containing carbazole moieties are sy.thesized in high y.elds （up to 87%） by.poly.y.lotrimerization of 3,6-bis（4-et.y.y.pheny.）-9-octy.carbazole and its copoly.erization with 1-octy.e cataly.ed by.CpCo（CO）2 in tHF. the structures and properties of the poly.ers are characterized and evaluated by.IR, NMR, tGA, UV, photoluminescence, and cy.lic voltammet.y.analy.es. All the poly.ers are soluble in common organic solvents and show outstanding thermal stability.（≥ 430℃）. they.graphitize in high y.elds （up to 79%） when py.oly.ed at 800℃. Upon photoexcitation, the poly.ers emit a strong deep blue light of ca. 400 nm with quantum y.elds larger than 60%.

BACKGROUND traditional ly.ph node stage(N stage)has limitations in advanced gastric remnant cancer(GRC)patients;therefore,establishing a new predictive stage is *** to explore the predictive value of positive ly.ph node ratio(LNR)according to clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of locally.advanced *** Seventy.four patients who underwent radical gastrectomy.and ly.phadenectomy.for locally.advanced GRC were retrospectively.*** relationship between LNR and clinicopathological characteristics was *** survival analy.is was performed using Kaplan-Meier survival curves and Cox regression *** Number of metastatic LNs,tumor diameter,depth of tumor invasion,Borrmann ty.e,serum tumor biomarkers,and tumor-node-metastasis(tNM)stage were correlated with LNR stage and N *** analy.is revealed that the factors affecting survival included tumor diameter,anemia,serum tumor biomarkers,vascular or neural invasion,combined resection,LNR stage,N stage,and tNM stage(all Pthe median survival time for those with LNR0,LNR1,LNR2 and LNR3 stage were 61,31,23 and 17 mo,respectively.and the differences were significant(P=0.000).Anemia,tumor biomarkers and LNR stage were independent prognostic factors for survival in multivariable analy.is(all Pthe new LNR stage is uniquely.based on number of metastatic LNs,with significant prognostic value for locally.advanced GRC,and could better differentiate overall survival,compared with N stage.

Urine-derived stem cells(USCs)are derived from urine and harbor the potential of proliferation and multidirectional ***,USCs could be reprogrammed into pluripotent stem cells[namely.urine-derived induced pluripotent stem cells(UiPSCs)]through transcription factors,such as octamer binding transcription factor 4,sex determining region y.box 2,kruppel-like factor 4,my.locy.omatosis oncogene,and Nanog homeobox and protein lin-28,in which the first four are known as y.manaka *** evidence supports that USCs and UiPSCs possess high potential of neurogenic,my.genic,and osteogenic differentiation,indicating that they.may.play.a crucial role in the treatment of neurological and musculoskeletal ***,we summarized the origin and phy.iological characteristics of USCs and UiPSCs and their therapeutic application in neurological and musculoskeletal disorders in this review,which not only.contributes to deepen our understanding of hallmarks of USCs and UiPSCs but also provides the theoretical basis for the treatment of neurological and musculoskeletal disorders with USCs and UiPSCs.

High density.and safe storage of hy.rogen are the preconditions for the large-scale application of hy.rogen ***,the hy.rogen storage properties of ti_(0.6)Zr_(0.4)Cr_(0.6)Mn_(1.4) alloy. are sy.tematically.studied by.introducing y.element instead of ti element through vacuum arc *** the partial substitution of y.a second phase of rare earth oxide is added in addition to the main suction hy.rogen phase,C14 Laves *** to the unique properties of rare earth elements,the partial substitution of y.can not only.improve the activation properties and plateau pressure of the alloy.,but also increase the effective hy.rogen storage capacity.of the *** comprehensive properties of hy.rogen storage alloy. are improved by.multidimensional regulation of rare earth *** them,ti_(0.552)y.(0.048)Zr_(0.4)Cr_(0.6)Mn_(1.4) has the best comprehensive *** alloy.can absorb hy.rogen without activation at room temperature and 5 MPa,with a maximum hy.rogen storage capacity.of 1.98 wt.%.At the same time,it reduces the stability.of the hy.ride and the enthalpy.change value,making it easier to release *** theoretical analy.is and first-principle simulation,the results show that the substitution of y.element reduces the migration energy.barrier of hy.rogen and the structural stability.of the sy.tem,which is conducive to hy.rogen *** alloy.has superior durability.compared to the original alloy.and the capacity.retention rate was 96.79%after 100 hy.rogen absorption/desorption cy.les.

this study.aimed to investigate the effects of male hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection on male fertility.embry.nic development,and in vitro fertilization/intracy.oplasmic sperm injection(IVF/ICSI)*** performed a retrospective cohort study.that included 3965 infertile couples who received fresh embry. transfer cy.les for the first time at the Fujian Maternity.and Child Health Hospital(Fuzhou,China)from January.2018 to January.*** couples were categorized based on their HBV infection status into the HBV group(HBV-positive men and HBV-negative women)and the control group(HBV-negative couples).A 1:1 propensity.score matching was performed with relatively.balanced *** characteristics,semen parameters,laboratory.outcomes,clinical outcomes,and obstetric and neonatal outcomes were compared between *** propensity.score matching,821 couples were included in each *** groups had similar semen parameters and obstetric and neonatal *** HBV group showed a significant.y.lower live birth rate than the control group(Pthe HBV group had a significant.y.higher abortion rate than the control group(Pthe rates of high-quality.embry.s and blastocy.t formation were significant.y.lower in the HBV group than those in the control group(both Ption reduces the live birth rate and increases the risk of ***,the incidence of low birth weight in women with IVF/ICSI does not increase with male HBV infection.

Recent.y.significant experimental advancements in achieving topological phases have been reported in van der Waals(vdW)heterostructures involving ***,using first-principles calculations,we investigate graphene/CoBr_(2)(Gr/CoBr_(2))heterostructures and find that an enhancement of in-plane magnetic anisotropy.IMA)energy.in monolay.r CoBr_(2) can be accomplished by.reducing the interlay.r distance of the vdW *** addition,we clarify.that the enhancement of IMA energy.primarily.results from two factors:one is the weakness of the Co-d_(xy. and Co-d_(x^(2)-y.(2)) orbital hy.ridization and the other is the augmentation of the Co-d_(y.) and Co-d_(z)2 orbital ***,calculation results suggest that the Kosterlitz–thouless phase transition temperature(tKt)of a 2D Xy.magnet Gr/CoBr_(2)(23.8 K)is higher than that of a 2D Xy.monolay.r CoBr_(2)(1.35 K).By.decreasing the interlay.r distances,the proximity.effect is more pronounced and band splitting ***,by.taking into account spin–orbit coupling,a band gap of approximately.14.3 meV and the quantum anomalous Hall effect(QAHE)are attained by.decreasing the interlay.r distance by.1.0 *** by.the above conclusions,we design a topological field transistor device *** results support that the vdW interlay.r distance can be used to modulate the IMA energy.and QAHE of materials,providing a pathway.for the development of new low-power spintronic devices.
