this paper deals with implementation of Sinusoidal Pulse-Width-Modulation (SPWM) for a single-phase hybrid power filter generator for Photovoltaic (PV) and wind grid applications. Using policy iteration algorithm, an improved variable step-size perturbation and observation algorithm is contrived and it is implemented proficiently using a hard-ware description language (VHDL) (Very High Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language). Subsequently, the new generated grid source supplements the existing grid power in rural houses during its cut off or restricted supply period. the software is used for generating SPWM modulation integrated with a solar-power & wind power grid system which is implemented on the Spartan 3 FPGA. the proposed algorithm performs as a conventional controller in terms of tracking speed and mitigating fluctuation output power in steady state operation which is shown in the experimental results with a commercial PV array and HPW (Height Weight Proportional) show. Simulation results demonstrate the validity with load of the proposed algorithm.

the main cause of skin cancer is the ultraviolet radiation of the *** spreads quickly to other body ***,early diagnosis is required to decrease the mortality rate due to skin *** this study,an automatic system for Skin Lesion Classification(SLC)using Non-Subsampled Shearlet transform(NSSt)based energy features and Support Vector Machine(SVM)classifier is ***,the NSSt is used for the decomposition of input skin lesion images with different directions like 2,4,8 and *** the NSSt’s sub-bands,energy fea-tures are extracted and stored in the feature database for *** classifier is used for the classification of skin lesion *** dermoscopic skin images are obtained from PH^(2) database which comprises of 200 dermoscopic color images with melanocytic *** performances of the SLC system are evaluated using the confusion matrix and Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)*** SLC system achieves 96%classification accuracy using NSSt’s energy fea-tures obtained from 3^(rd) level with 8-directions.

taking into account anisotropy, nonparabolicity of the conduction band, and geometrical confinement, we discuss the heavy-hole excitonic states in a strained GaxIn1-xAs/GaAs quantum dot for various Ga alloy contents. the strained quantum dot is considered as a spherical InAs dot surrounded by a GaAs barrier material. the dependence of the effective excitonic g-factor as a function of dot radius and Ga ion content is numerically measured. Interband optical energy with and without the parabolic effect is computed using structural confinement. the interband matrix element for different Ga concentrations is also calculated. the oscillator strength of interband transitions on the dot radius is studied at different Ga concentrations in the GaxIn1-xAs/GaAs quantum dot. Heavy-hole excitonic absorption spectra are recorded for various Ga alloy contents in the GaxIn1-xAs/GaAs quantum dot. Results show that oscillator strength diminishes when dot size decreases because of the dominance of the quantum size effect. Furthermore, exchange enhancement and exchange sDlitting increase as exciton confinement inereases.

the present article reports on characterization studies performed on amorphized nanostructured Al 6063 alloy powder synthesized by mechanical alloying (MA). the as-milled powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) for investigating the development of crystallite nature and determining the different phases of the materials present, scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used for in depth morphological study and High Resolution-transmission electron microscope (HR-tEM) was employed to ensure the development of a nano-structured nature of the Al 6063 matrix. In the present work alloyed powder was milled for 20 h and 40 h at 300 rpm;and 20 h at 700 rpm in a hardened stainless steel medium. Using Williamson-Hall equation;crystallite size, lattice strain and lattice parameter of Al 6063 nanostructure alloy powder was estimated with broadening of XRD peaks. XRD results showed that the crystallite size of Al 6063 alloy powder reached 32 and 53 nm after 20 h at 700 rpm and 40 h at 300 rpm respectively.

Diabetic Retinopathy is a disease,which happens due to abnormal growth of blood vessels that causes spots on the vision and vision *** techniques are applied to identify the disease in the early stage with different methods and *** Learning(ML)techniques are used for analyz-ing the images andﬁnding out the location of the *** restriction of the ML is a dataset size,which is used for model *** problem has been overcome by using an augmentation method by generating larger datasets with multidimensional *** models are using only one augmentation tech-nique,which produces limited features of dataset and also lacks in the association of those data during DR detection,so multilevel augmentation is proposed for *** proposed method performs in two phases namely integrated aug-mentation model and dataset correlation(***).It eliminates overﬁt-ting problem by considering relevant *** method is used for solving the Diabetic Retinopathy problem with a thin vessel identiﬁcation using the UNEt *** based image segmentation achieves 98.3%accuracy when com-pared to RV-GAN and different UNEt models with high detection rate.

the choice of this investigation is to tune the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) parameters separately for controlling the moisture content in paper industry by using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). this paper boon a new algorithm for PID controller tuning based particle swarm optimization. PSO algorithm has recently developed as a very powerful method for real parameter optimization. this new process is proposed to combine both the algorithms to get better optimization values. the proposed algorithm tuned the PID parameters and its performance has been compared with PID algorithm. Compared to PID algorithm technique, dynamic performance requirements such as rise time settling time and peak overshoot optimal values produced by PSO. the plant model represented by the transfer function is obtained by the system identification toolbox.

the binary Mg-Ca alloys are drawing increasing attention as temporary implant materials because of their excellent biocompatibility,biodegradability, and good mechanical properties. However, their applications are limited due to their high degradation rates in the human physiological environment, the consequent release of hydrogen gas, and rapid loss in mechanical properties. Furthermore, biocompatibility depends upon the degradability of the material. Various researchers have demonstrated that these issues can be addressed by control of Ca content, thermo-mechanical processing to obtain suitable microstructures, deposition of surface coatings, etc. In this manuscript, a detailed review of published literature on Mg-Ca alloys is presented. the challenges and future directions of research in this area are also described.
