the 21st century is associated with the IndustrialRevolution 4.0 and the organic agriculture trend,making the utilization of high-quality fertilizers,abundant nutritional content,economical,and no affect to environment *** to the new concept,clean agricultural production and organic agricultural products are not allowed to excessively use synthetic chemicals such as chemical fertilizers,and plant protection drugs,but priority is to use manure,organic fertilizers,and natural mineral *** must meet the balanced nutritional requirements of crops,maintain,and improve the fertility of the ground,protect the surrounding ecosystem,and leave harmful effects in agricultural products,products with high quality,safe for users and high economic efficiency for *** achieve the above goal,the selection of a fertilizer supplier is an important decision,supporting the supply chain’s sustainable development,fertilizer supplier selection is a multicriteria decision making model,the decision maker must assess all qualitative and quantitative *** this paper,the author proposed an integer decision making model including Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)and Complex Proportional Assessment of Alternatives(COPRAS)for fertilizer supplier *** weightings of the criteria are calculated by using FAHP,COPRAS is then applied for ranking some potential fertilizer *** efficiency of the proposed models is proved by a case study conducted in a farm located in the south of *** research is the first fertilizer supplier evaluation and se-lection model in Vietnam by interviewing experts and reviewing the ***-search result is to provide a case study on evaluating supplier in agricultural supply chain utilizing the model proposed by the combination of FAHP and COPRAS models.

Study of vertically ascending flight of a hawkmoth model

this paper provides insight into the wing kinematics,the power requirement and the dynamic stability characteristics of a hawkmoth model in vertically ascending *** wing kinematics of the hawkmoth model is obtained based on the minimum required power *** optimization process is conducted using genetic and simplex algorithms that are coupled with an artificial neural network to rapidly predict the aerodynamic force and required *** training data for the neural network are generated from an unsteady vortex-lattice *** to hover,the results in this study show the larger flapping frequency and the smaller rotation amplitude of the hawkmoth wing kinematics in ascending ***,more power is required when the ascending speed *** conducting a dynamic modal analysis based on a cycle-average approach,the certain effect of the ascending speed on the modal structures of the hawkmoth model was observed.

time-stamped data is fast and constantly growing and it contains significant information thanks to the quick development ofmanagement platforms and systems based on the Internet and cutting-edge information communication *** the time series data including time series prediction has many practical *** new techniques were developed for use with various types of time series data in the prediction *** those,this work suggests a unique strategy to enhance predicting quality on time-series datasets that the timecycle matters by fusing deep learning methods with fuzzy *** order to increase forecasting accuracy on such type of time-series data,this study proposes integrating deep learning approaches with fuzzy ***,it combines the long short-termmemory network with the complex fuzzy set theory to create an innovative complex fuzzy long short-term memory model(CFLStM).the proposed model adds a meaningful representation of the time cycle element thanks to a complex fuzzy set to advance the deep learning long short-term memory(LStM)technique to have greater power for processing time series *** on standard common data sets and real-world data sets published in the UCI Machine Learning Repository demonstrated the proposedmodel’s utility compared to other well-known forecasting *** results of the comparisons supported the applicability of our proposed strategy for forecasting time series data.

Finite element approach for free vibration and transient response of bi-directional functionally graded sandwich porous skew-plates with variable thickness subjected to blast load

At the first time,the finite element method was used to model and analyze the free vibration and transient response of non-uniform thickness bi-directional functionally graded sandwich porous(BFGSP)skew *** whole BFGSP skew-plates is placed on a variable visco-elastic foundation(VEF)in the hygro-thermal environment and subjected to the blast *** BFGSP skew-plate thickness is permitted to vary non-linearly over both the length and width of the skew-plate,thereby faithfully representing the real behavior of the structure *** analysis is based on a four-node planar quadrilateral element with eight degrees of freedom per node,which is approximated using Lagrange Q_(4)shape function and C^(1)level non-conforming Hermite shape function based on refined higher-order shear deformation plate *** forced vibration parameters of the non-uniform thickness BFGSP skew-plate are fully determined using Hamilton's principle and the newmark-βdirect integration *** of the calculation program is validated by comparing its numerical results with those from reputable ***,a thorough assessment is conducted to determine the impact of various parameters on the free and forced vibration responses of the non-uniform thickness BFGSP *** findings of the paper may be used in the development of civil and military structures in situations that are prone to exceptional forces,such as explosions and impacts load.

this study measured the yields of the radionuclides^(82)Sr,^(83(m+g))Sr,^(85m)Sr,^(85g)Sr,^(87m)Sr,^(81(g+0.976m))Rb,^(82m)Rb,^(83g)Rb,^(84(m+g))Rb,and^(86(m+g))Rb produced in^(nat)Sr(γ,xnyp)multiparticle reactions with bremsstrahlung end-point energies of 55,60,and 65 *** bremsstrahlung radiation was generated using the 100-MeV electron linear accelerator at the Pohang Accelerator Laboratory,Korea,and the reaction yields were derived from the induced activitiesmeasured using off-lineγ-ray *** obtain accurate experimental results,we performed the necessaryγ-ray interference *** experimental results were compared with the theoretical predictions obtained using the tALYS-1.95 statistical nuclear model *** calculations were performed using six different level-density models to ascertain which model best fitted the experimental *** dependence of the reaction yield on the incident bremsstrahlung energy and on the number of nucleons emitted by the photonuclear reactions was also investigated.

Mean-field description of heavy-ion scattering at low energies and fusion

the nuclear mean-field potential built up during the ^(12)C+^(12)C and ^(16)O+^(16)O collisions at low energies relevant for the carbon-and oxygen-burning processes is constructed within the double-folding model(DFM) using the realistic ground-state densities of^(12)C and^(16)O, and CDM3Yn density-dependent nucleon–nucleon(nn) interaction. the rearrangement term, indicated by the Hugenholtz–van Hove theorem for the single-particle energy in nuclear matter, is properly considered in the DFM calculation. to validate the use of the density-dependent nn interaction at low energies, an adiabatic approximation was suggested for the dinuclear overlap density. the reliability of the nucleus–nucleus potential predicted through this low-energy version of the DFM was tested in the optical model(OM) analysis of the elastic^(12)C+^(12)C and ^(16)O+^(16)O scattering data at energies below 10 MeV/*** OM results provide a consistently good description of the elastic angular distributions and 90 excitation function. the dinuclear mean-field potential predicted by the DFM is further used to determine the astrophysical S factor of the ^(12)C+^(12)C and ^(16)O+^(16)O fusions in the barrier penetration model. Without any adjustment of the potential strength, our results reproduce the non-resonant behavior of the S factor of the ^(12)C+^(12)C and ^(16)O+^(16)O fusions very well over a wide range of energies.

Patterns of hepatitis B virus exposure and associated predictors in Vietnam: A crosssectional study

Objective:to examine the magnitude of isolated anti-HBc and other HBV serological patterns and associated predictors among adults seeking general health check-up at a large health center in ***:All 564 outpatients seeking general health checkup between January 2016 and December 2016 were asked to undertake HBV surface antigen,surface antibody,IgG and IgM core antibody(anti-HBc total),platelet counts,and liver function *** administered questionnaire was used to collect information regarding demography,in-house sources of infection,lifestyle,health condition and treatment,and HBV ***:Male gender(P=0.043),age(P=0.000),living in urban areas(P=0.040),HBV vaccination status(P=0.033),and ALt(P=0.040) were associated with isolated *** infection was associated with HBV vaccination status(P=0.001),ALt levels(P=0.010),ASt levels(P=0.020),and platelet counts(P=0.007).Past/resolved HBV infection was associated with ASt levels(P=0.005),ALt levels(P=0.014),and age(P=0.000).Conclusions:Isolated anti-HBc is quite *** of isolated anti-HBc include male gender,living in rural areas,and HBV *** prevalence of isolated anti-HBc also increases with *** timely detect occult HBV infection and prevent transmission,anti-HBc testing should be included in the health check-up for high risk individuals and screening program where HBV nucleic acid test is not *** prevent transmission,clinicians need to pay more attention on those who are at risk of having isolated anti-HBc and closely follow-up patients with isolated anti-HBc and educate them about the prevention of HBV infection.

Reinforcement Learning Based Controller Synthesis for Flexible Aircraft Wings

Aeroelastic study of flight vehicles has been a subject of great interest and research in the last several years. Aileron reversal and flutter related problems are due in part to the elasticity of a typical airplane. Structural dynamics of an aircraft wing due to its aeroelastic nature are characterized by partial differential equations. Controller design for these systems is very complex as compared to lumped parameter systems defined by ordinary differential equations. In this paper, a stabilizing statefeedback controller design approach is presented for the heave dynamics of a wing-fuselage model. In this study, a continuous actuator in the spatial domain is assumed. A control methodology is developed by combining the technique of “proper orthogonal decomposition” and approximate dynamic programming. the proper orthogonal decomposition technique is used to obtain a low-order nonlinear lumped parameter model of the infinite dimensional system. then a near optimal controller is designed using the single-network-adaptive-critic technique. Furthermore,to add robustness to the nominal single-network-adaptive-critic controller against matched uncertainties, an identifier based adaptive controller is proposed. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the single-network-adaptive-critic controller augmented with adaptive controller for infinite dimensional systems.
