Security is critical to the success of software,particularly in today’s fast-paced,technology-driven *** ensures that data,code,and services maintain their CIA(Confidentiality,Integrity,and Availability).this is only possible if security is taken into account at all stages of the SDlC(Software Development life Cycle).Various approaches to software quality have been developed,such as CMMI(Capabilitymaturitymodel integration).However,there exists no explicit solution for incorporating security into all phases of *** of the major causes of pervasive vulnerabilities is a failure to prioritize *** the most proactive companies use the“patch and penetrate”strategy,inwhich security is accessed once the job is *** cost,time overrun,not integrating testing and input in SDlC,usage of third-party tools and components,and lack of knowledge are all reasons for not paying attention to the security angle during the SDlC,despite the fact that secure software development is essential for business continuity and survival in today’s ICt *** is a need to implement best practices in SDlC to address security at all *** fill this gap,we have provided a detailed overview of secure software development practices while taking care of project costs and *** proposed a secure SDlC framework based on the identified practices,which integrates the best security practices in various SDlC phases.A mathematical model is used to validate the proposed framework.A case study and findings show that the proposed system aids in the integration of security best practices into the overall SDlC,resulting in more secure applications.

Peripheral nerve injuries induce a severe motor and sensory deficit. Since the availability of autologous nerve transplants for nerve repair is very limited, alternative treatment strategies are sought, including the use of tubular nerve guidance conduits(tNGCs). However, the use of tNGCs results in poor functional recovery and central necrosis of the regenerating tissue, which limits their application to short nerve lesion defects(typically shorter than 3 cm). Given the importance of vascularization in nerve regeneration, we hypothesized that enabling the growth of blood vessels from the surrounding tissue into the regenerating nerve within the tNGC would help eliminate necrotic processes and lead to improved regeneration. In this study, we reported the application of macroscopic holes into the tubular walls of silk-based tNGCs and compared the various features of these improved silk^(+) tNGCs with the tubes without holes(silk^(–) tNGCs) and autologous nerve transplants in an 8-mm sciatic nerve defect in rats. Using a combination of micro-computed tomography and histological analyses, we were able to prove that the use of silk^(+) tNGCs induced the growth of blood vessels from the adjacent tissue to the intraluminal neovascular formation. A significantly higher number of blood vessels in the silk^(+) group was found compared with autologous nerve transplants and silk^(–), accompanied by improved axon regeneration at the distal coaptation point compared with the silk^(–) tNGCs at 7 weeks postoperatively. In the 15-mm(critical size) sciatic nerve defect model, we again observed a distinct ingrowth of blood vessels through the tubular walls of silk^(+) tNGCs, but without improved functional recovery at 12 weeks postoperatively. Our data proves that macroporous tNGCs increase the vascular supply of regenerating nerves and facilitate improved axonal regeneration in a short-defect model but not in a critical-size defect model. this study suggests that further optimizatio

the three-phase-lag(tPl) heat conduction model is an accurate representation of the actual heat transfer process. It would be interesting to investigate how the tPl model affects the thermal fracture behavior when there are defects existing in the medium. this paper aims to analyze the thermoelastic responses of two collinear cracks within a functionally graded half-space under thermal loadings by means of the tPl model. the thermoelastic problem is transformed into a series of singular integral equations using the integral transformation methods. the transient temperature and stress intensity factors(SIFs) are obtained through the application of Chebyshev *** effects of crack spacing and non-homogeneous parameters on the transient thermoelastic responses are presented, and the results of the tPl model are compared with those of the Fourier model, Cattaneo and Vernotte(CV) model, and dual-phase-lag(DPl)model. It is shown that crack spacing and non-homogeneous parameters have important effects on the thermoelastic responses, and the fluctuation phenomenon under the tPl model is the most pronounced due to the existence of the thermal displacement lag term.

Introduction: Childbirth on a scarred uterus is a major issue for health centers, especially peripheral, due to the major obstetric risks it presents. the objectives were to evaluate the frequency, route of delivery and maternal-fetal prognosis of this type of delivery at csref of Kolondiéba. Materials and Methods: this was a retrospective cross-sectional study for one year (1 January 2023-31 December 2023). All patients admitted to the maternity ward of the center with at least one uterine scar and treated in the center were included. We extracted data from partograms, OR records, birth records and obstetric records. Input was done on Excel 2010 and analysis on SPSS.23. Results: the frequency of scarring uterus was 16.8% (217/1285 births). the average age was 27. Pauciparous were most represented (59%). Patients were received from community health centers (44.7%). Prenatal consultation sessions (1 - 3 sessions) were performed at (64.9%). Uterine scars were obstetric in (99%). the cesarean section was performed immediately in (59.4%), it was prophylactic in 17%. the uterine test was attempted in (25.34%) with (69%) success. We recorded 3.6% uterine ruptures, 8.7% postoperative complications, 5.5% stillbirths and one maternal death (0.46%). Conclusion: Births on a scarred uterus are frequent and associated with a high rate of complications.

Antibody-based therapeutics are beginning to realize the promise enclosed in their early denomination as "magic bullets". Initial disappointment has turned into clinical and commercial success, and engineered antibodies currently represent over 30% of biopharmaceuticals in clinical trials. Recent structural and functional data have allowed the design of a new generation of therapeutic antibodies, with strategies ranging from complement-mediated and antibody-dependant cellular cytotoxicity enhancement to improved cytotoxic payloads using toxins, drugs, radionucleids and viral delivery. this review considers the structure of different types of recombinant antibodies, their mechanism of action and how their efficacy has been increased using a broad array of approaches. We will also focus on the additional benefits offered by the use of gene therapy methods for the in vivo production of therapeutic antibodies.
