Excessive fat deposition in obese subjects promotes the occurrence of metabolic diseases,such as type 2 diabetes mellitus(t2DM),cardiovascular diseases,and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Adipose tissue is not only the main form of energy storage but also an endocrine organ that not only secretes adipocytokines but also releases many extracellular vesicles(EVs)that play a role in the regulation of whole-body *** are a subtype of EVs,and accumulating evidence indicates that adipose tissue exosomes(At Exos)mediate crosstalk between adipose tissue and multiple organs by being transferred to targeted cells or tissues through paracrine or endocrine ***,the roles of At Exos in crosstalk with metabolic organs remain to be fully *** this review,we summarize the latest research progress on the role of At Exos in the regulation of metabolic ***,we discuss the potential role of At Exos as biomarkers in metabolic diseases and their clinical application.

this paper reports a multifunctional magnetic-photoelectric laminate device based on the integration of spintronic material(La0.7Sr0.3MnO3) and multiferroic（Ni-doped BiFeO3）, in which the repeatable modulation effect on the photoelectric properties were achieved by applying external magnetic fields. More obviously, photocurrent density（j） of the laminate was largely enhanced, the change rate of j up to 287.6% is obtained. this sensing function effect should be attributed to the low-field magnetoresistance effect in perovskite manganite and the scattering of spin photoelectron in multiferroic material. the laminate perfectly combines the functions of sensor and controller, which can not only reflect the intensity of environmental magnetic field, but also modulate the photoelectric conversion performance. this work provides an alternative and facile way to realize multi-degree-of-freedom control for photoelectric conversion performances and lastly miniaturize multifunction device.

Dynamic fluorescent materials play a crucial role in secure inks for data encryption;however,they are still plagued by issues such as photodegradation,poor latency,and susceptibility to unauthorized ***,we propose a photochemically modulated dynamic fluorescent encryption system based on^(1)O_(2)sensitization of fluorescent composites,comprising a^(1)O_(2)-sensitive fluorophore(F2)and non-emissive *** UV irradiation,in-situ generated^(1)O_(2)from the polymer effectively binds with F2 to form endoperoxides(F2EPO),resulting in a significant redshift in emission,up to 150 ***^(1)O_(2)concentration is closely related to the irradiation time,rendering different fluorescent colors in a time-gated ***,the emission of F2EPO can be regulated by polymer chemical structure,molecular weight,and crosslinking *** on these merits,we develop a dynamic data encryption method with various non-emissive polymers as the data storage media,UV light irradiation as the data encoder,and F2 as the data *** light irradiation of diverse polymer solutions generates^(1)O_(2)at different concentrations,effectively encoding the data,which remains invisible under both UV and natural *** addition of F2 to these irradiated polymer solutions produces different redshifted fluorescence,enabling secure data *** to the non-emissive nature of the polymers,time-gated readout fashion,excellent latency of^(1)O_(2),and subtle interactions between^(1)O_(2)and F2,this data encryption is nearly *** work offers an advantage data encryption approach beyond the reach of conventional fluorophores.

Carbon emission reduction and clean energy development are urgent demands for mankind in the coming *** an efficient CO_(2) storage method can significantly reduce CO_(2) emissions in the short *** this study,we attempted to construct sediment samples with different residual CH_(4) hydrate amounts and reservoir conditions,and then investigate the potentials of both CO_(2) storage and enhanced CH_(4) recovery in depleted gas hydrate deposits in the permafrost and ocean zones,*** results demonstrate that CO_(2) hydrate formation rate can be significantly improved due to the presence of residual hydrate seeds;However,excessive residual hydrates in turn lead to the decrease in CO_(2) storage *** by the t-P conditions of the reservoir,the storage amount of liquid CO_(2) can reach 8 times that of gaseous CO_(2),and CO_(2) stored in hydrate form reaches 2-4 ***,we noticed two other advantages of this *** is that CO_(2) injection can enhance CH_(4) recovery rate and increases CH_(4) recovery by 10%-20%.the second is that hydrate saturation in the reservoir can be restored to 20%-40%,which means that the solid volume of the reservoir avoids serious ***,this is crucial for protecting the goaf *** summary,this approach is greatly promising for high-efficient CO_(2) storage and safe exploitation of gas hydrate.

Separable nonlinear models are widely used in various fields such as time series analysis, system modeling, and machine learning, due to their flexible structures and ability to capture nonlinear behavior of data. However, identifying the parameters of these models is challenging, especially when sparse models with better interpretability are desired by practitioners. Previous theoretical and practical studies have shown that variable projection (VP) is an efficient method for identifying separable nonlinear models, but these are based on \(L_2\) penalty of model parameters, which cannot be directly extended to deal with sparse constraint. Based on the exploration of the structural characteristics of separable models, this paper proposes gradient-based and trust-region-based variable projection algorithms, which mainly solve two key problems: how to eliminate linear parameters under sparse constraint;and how to deal with the coupling relationship between linear and nonlinear parameters in the model. Finally, numerical experiments on synthetic data and real time series data are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.

Optical tweezers have elucidated numerous biological processes, particularly by enabling the precise manipulation and measurement of tension. One question concerns the biological relevance of these experiments and the generalizability of these experiments to wider biological systems. Here, we categorize the applicability of the information garnered from optical tweezers in two distinct categories: the direct relevance of tension in biological systems, and what experiments under tension can tell us about biological systems, while these systems do not reach the same tension as the experiment, still, these artificial experimental systems reveal insights into the operations of biological machines and life processes.

With continuous hydrocarbon exploration extending to deeper basins,the deepest industrial oil accumulation was discovered below 8,200 m,revealing a new exploration ***,the extent to which oil exploration can be extended,and the prediction of the depth limit of oil accumulation(DLOA),are issues that have attracted significant attention in petroleum *** it is difficult to characterize the evolution of the physical properties of the marine carbonate reservoir with burial depth,and the deepest drilling still cannot reach the ***,the DLOA cannot be predicted by directly establishing the relationship between the ratio of drilling to the dry layer and the *** this study,by establishing the relationships between the porosity and the depth and dry layer ratio of the carbonate reservoir,the relationships between the depth and dry layer ratio were obtained *** depth corresponding to a dry layer ratio of 100%is the *** on this,a quantitative prediction model for the DLOA was finally *** results indicate that the porosity of the carbonate reservoir,Lower Ordovician in tazhong area of tarim Basin,tends to decrease with burial depth,and manifests as an overall low porosity reservoir in deep *** critical porosity of the DLOA was 1.8%,which is the critical geological condition corresponding to a 100%dry layer ratio encountered in the *** depth of the DLOA was 9,000 *** study provides a new method for DLOA prediction that is beneficial for a deeper understanding of oil accumulation,and is of great importance for scientific guidance on deep oil drilling.
