temperature dependent X-ray diffraction(XRD)and dielectric properties of perovskite Ba(Zr_(0.2)ti_(0.8))O_(3) ceramic prepared using a standard solid-state reaction process is *** with phase transitions at low temperature,a new phase transition at high temperature(873℃ at 20 Hz),diffusive in character has been found where the lattice structure changes from monoclinic(space group:P2=m) to hexagonal(space group:P6=mmm).this result places present ceramic in the list of potential candidate for intended high temperature *** AC conductivity data followed hopping type charge conduction and supports jump relaxation *** experimental value of d_(33)=98 pC/N was *** dependence of polarization and strain on electric field at room temperature suggested that lead-free Ba(Zr_(0.2)ti_(0.8))O_(3) is a promising material for electrostrictive applications.

Buoyed by the discovery of small-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitors(smtKIs),significant impact has been made in cancer ***,some of these agents still encounter off-target toxicities and suboptimal efficacies due to their inferior biopharmaceutical and/or pharmacokinetic *** all of these molecules exhibit significant inter-and intra-patient variations in plasma concentration-time ***,therapeutic drug monitoring,dose adjustments and precision medicine are being contemplated by *** formulations or nanoformulation-based drug delivery systems offer promising approaches to provide drug encapsulation or spatiotemporal control over the release,overcoming the biopharmaceutical and pharmacokinetic limitations and improving the therapeutic *** this context,the present review comprehensively tabulates and critically analyzes all the relevant properties(t1/2,solubility,pKa,therapeutic index,IC50,metabolism etc.)of the approved smtKIs.A detailed appraisal is conducted on the advancements made in complex formulations of smtKIs,with a focus on strategies to enhance their pharmacokinetic profile,tumor targeting ability,and therapeutic *** nanocarrier platforms,have been discussed,highlighting their unique features and potential applications in cancer *** have been shown to improve bioavailability and reduce dosing frequency for several smtKIs in animal *** is inferred that extensive efforts will be made in developing complex formulations of smtKIs in near *** review concludes with key recommendations for the developing of smtKIs to facilitate early clinical translation.

Ni0.5Cu0.25Zn0.25GdxFe2-xO4 (x = 0.0, 0.025, 0.05, 0.075, 0.1) ferrites were synthesized using an oxalic-based precursor method. the tC for all the Ni0.5Cu0.25Zn0.25GdxFe2-xO4 (x = 0.0, 0.025, 0.05, 0.075, 0.1) samples was measured by using one of the double coil susceptibility setup. In all the samples it is observed that, at a certain temperature, susceptibility falls to zero indicating the Curie temperature (tC) and ferrimagnetic samples are converted into paramagnetic sample at that temperature. the electrical properties were investigated for these samples. Dielectric properties and ρdc properties were observed to decrease with the increase in the frequency for all the Gd doped ferrite samples.

Primary hepatic peripheral t-cell lymphoma(H-PtCL) is one of the rarest forms of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. We report a patient who presented with worsening jaundice, abdominal pain, and vomiting. Laboratory values were significant for elevated total bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, and liver aminotransferases. Following a liver biopsy, histopathology revealed several large dense clusters of atypical t-lymphocytes which were CD2+, CD3+, CD5+, CD7-, CD4+, CD8-, CD56-, CD57-, CD30+ by immunohistochemistry. the proliferation index was approximately 70% by labeling for ki67/mib1. the above histological profile was consistent with peripheral t-cell lymphoma of the liver. Epstein-Barr viral serology indicated a remote infection, a likely risk factor for PtCL. Bone marrow biopsy was negative for malignancy, further supporting hepatic origin.

Due to the characteristic emission of phosphors,phosphor-converted LEDs have been employed to provide the requisite light sources for indoor plant growth in the optical agricultural ***,we prepared a series of Mn^(2+)co-doped NaSrB5 O9:Dy^(3+)phosphors via a solid-state reaction *** phosphors have significant three-band emissions at 467 nm(blue region),606 nm(orange region),and765 nm(far-red region),ascribed to the^(4)F_(9/2)-^(6)H_(15/2)and 4 F9/2-6 H13/2 transitions of the Dy^(3+)ions and the^(4)t_(1g)(G)-^(6)A_(1g)(S)spin-forbidden transition of the Mn^(2+)ions,respectively,when excited by light of 376 nm(near-UV region).the co-dopant in the host material facilitates tunable photoluminescence(PL)due to energy transfer from the Dy^(3+)ions to the Mn^(2+)*** three emission peaks from the prepared phosphors well match with the absorption spectra of the photosynthesis pigments of plants,chlorophyll and phytochrome,which can absorb blue(400-500 nm),orange-red(550-700 nm),and infrared(IR)radiation,indicating that these phosphors have potential applications in the fabrication of plant-growth *** to the PL studies,the structure of the phosphors was determined by X-ray diffraction,refined by Rietveld method and chemically quantified by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
