Microbatteries(MBs)are crucial to power miniaturized devices for the Internet of *** the evolutionary journey of MBs,fabrication technology emerges as the cornerstone,guiding the intricacies of their configuration designs,ensuring precision,and facilitating scalability for mass *** stands out as an ideal technology,leveraging its unparalleled resolution,exceptional design flexibility,and entrenched position within the mature semiconductor ***,comprehensive reviews on its application in MB development remain *** review aims to bridge that gap by thoroughly assessing the recent status and promising prospects of photolithographic microfabrication for ***,we delve into the fundamental principles and step-by-step procedures of photolithography,offering a nuanced understanding of its operational mechanisms and the criteria for photoresist ***,we highlighted the specific roles of photolithography in the fabrication of MBs,including its utilization as a template for creating miniaturized micropatterns,a protective layer during the etching process,a mold for soft lithography,a constituent of MB active component,and a sacrificial layer in the construction of micro-Swiss-roll ***,the review concludes with a summary of the key challenges and future perspectives of MBs fabricated by photolithography,providing comprehensive insights and sparking research inspiration in this field.

On February 6,2023,southeastern türkiye experienced a devastating earthquake doublet along the East Anatolian Fault(EAF),with moment magnitude(MW)values of 7.8 and *** strong earthquakes resulted in at least 50,000 deaths and severe economic *** research on coseismic surface ruptures induced by these events is vital for assessing the cascade rupture behaviors of plate boundary faults and future seismic hazards in the *** of high-resolution post-earthquake satellite images and field investigations yielded the following results:(1)the two strong earthquakes had separate rupture *** first earthquake generated an approximately 280 km coseismic surface rupture along the southwestern segment of the main EAF,with 241 left-lateral displacements reaching up to 6.8±0.68 m,particularly 40 km northeast of the *** second earthquake produced a roughly 110 km surface rupture on an east-west branch of the EAF,with maximum displacements of 7.2±0.72 m.(2)the MW7.8 earthquake resulted in a cascading rupture across multiple segments of the southwestern section of the main EAF,with significantly variable *** northeastern and southwestern parts of the main EAF and malatya Fault remain at risk of strong earthquakes in the future.(3)the EAF rupture zone is densely populated,and due to the site amplification effect of loose sediments on foreland alluvial fans,foundation failures of buildings in the populated areas are ***,it is crucial to enhance the future seismic fortification capabilities in urban and rural areas along the EAF.

Gas quenching and vacuum quenching process are widely applied to accelerate solvent volatilization to induce nucleation of perovskites in blade-coating *** this work,we found these two pre-crystallization processes lead to different order of crystallization dynamics within the perovskite thin film,resulting in the differences of additive *** then tailor-designed an additive molecule named 1,3-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)thiourea to obtain films with fewer defects and holes at the buried interface,and prepared perovskite solar cells with a certified efficiency of 23.75%.Furthermore,this work also demonstrates an efficiency of 20.18%for the large-area perovskite solar module(PSM)with an aperture area of 60.84 cm^(2).the PSM possesses remarkable continuous operation stability for maximum power point tracking of t_(90)>1000 h in ambient air.

OBJECtIVE: to investigate the potential mechanism of electroacupuncture（EA） in alleviating premature ovarian insufficiency（POI） and to provide a theoretical basis for EA treatment of POI. MEtHODS: For this purpose, a POI mice model was developed by injecting 12 mg/kg busulfan and 120 mg/kg cyclophosphamide intraperitoneally to induce POI. It was then proceeded by EA intervention at Guanyuan（CV4） acupoint on the second day following modeling. Similarly, apoptosis in ovarian granulosa cells was detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase d UtP nick end labeling staining, while enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was employed for measuring serum folliclestimulating hormone（FSH）, luteinizing hormone（LH）, estrogen（E2）, and anti-müllerian hormone（AMH） levels. Moreover, transmission electron microscopy（tEM） was employed for examining mitochondrial morphology, while autophagy and hippo-yes-associated protein/transcriptional co-activator with postsynaptic density protein, drosophila disc large tumor suppressor, and zonula occludens-1 protein binding motif（YAP/tAZ） pathway related protein levels in ovarian tissue were detected via Western blotting. RESULtS: Analysis of serum levels of various hormones indicated that serum FSH and LH were reduced in EA compared to the POI group, while E2and AMH levels were found to be elevated in EA compared to the POI group. the EA was found to inhibit apoptosis in granulosa cells in POI model mice, in addition to improved mitochondrial damage and significantly improved mitophagy. Pathway analysis revealed that EA was involved in activating the hippo-YAP/tAZ pathway, followed by reversing EA effects on granulosa cell apoptosis and mitophagy with the use of verteporfin, an autophagy and YAP-t-cell factor/enhancer of split and activator of transcription domain family member interaction inhibitor. CONCLUSIONS: EA at the Guanyuan（CV4） acupoint protected the granulosa cell by inhibiting cell apoptosis and promoting mitophagy, which was mediate

to investigate the associations between isocarbophos and isofenphos with impaired fasting glucose(IFG)and type 2 diabetes mellitus(t2DM),and to assess the mediation roles of inflammation *** were 2701 participants in the case-control study,including 896 patients with t2DM,900 patients with IFG,905 subjects with *** isocarbophos and isofenphos concentrationsweremeasured using gas chromatography and triple quadrupole tandem mass *** linear models were used to calculate the relationships between plasma isofenphos and isocarbophos levels with inflammatory factor levels and *** cell was used as mediators to estimate the mediating effects on the above *** and isofenphos were positively related with t2DM after adjusting for other *** odds ratio(95%confidence interval)(OR(95%CI))for t2DM was 1.041(1.015,1.068)and for IFG was 1.066(1.009,1.127)per unit rise in *** prevalence of t2DM increased by 6.4%for every 1 unit more of ln-isofenphos(OR(95%CI):1.064(1.041,1.087)).Additionally,a 100%rise in ln-isocarbophos was linked to 3.3%higher ln-HOma2IR and a 0.029 mmol/L higher glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)(95%CI:0.007,0.051).While a 100%rise in ln-isofenphos was linked to increase in ln-HOma2 and ln-HOma2IR of 5.8%and 3.4%,***,white blood cell(WBC)and neutrophilic(NE)were found to be mediators in the relationship between isocarbophos and t2DM,and the corresponding proportions were 17.12%and 17.67%,*** and isocarbophos are associated with IFG and t2DM in the rural Chinese population,WBC and NE have a significant role in this relationship.

Objective:In order to enhance the efficacy of anti-breast cancer,paclitaxel nanoparticles（PtX NPs） and polypyrrole nanoparticles（PPy NPs） were combined with photothermal therapy and *** the same time,the two dosage forms of PtX NPs and PtX NPs gel were ***:PtX NPs were prepared by self-assembly method,and then the cytotoxicity in vitro was investigated by Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium（Mtt） and other methods,and the efficacy and side effects in vivo were further ***:the average hydrated diameter,PDI and electric potential of PtX NPs were（210.20±1.57） nm,（0.081±0.003） mV and（15.80±0.35） mV,*** results showed that the IC50value of PtX NPs on 4 t1 cells was 0.490 μg/mL,while that of PtX injection was 1.737 μg/*** cell inhibitory effect of PtX NPs was about 3.5 times higher than that of PtX *** tumor inhibition rates of PtX NPs and gel were 48.64% and 56.79%,*** with local photothermal stimulation,the tumor inhibition rate of the PtX NPs reached 91.05%,surpassing that of the gel under the same conditions（48.98%）,moreover,the organ index and H&E staining results of PtX NPs showed a decrease in ***:this combination therapy can significantly enhance the effect of anti-breast cancer,and the synergistic effect of chemotherapy and light and heat provides a feasible and effective strategy for the treatment of tumor.

this paper examines the transport analysis, including both heat transfer and mass transfer, in hybrid nanofluid flow containing gyrotactic microorganisms towards a curved oscillatory surface. the influence of magnetic fields is also inspected in terms of their physical characteristics. to depict the phenomena of transport, modified versions of both Fick's and Fourier's laws are used. Additionally, the characteristics of both heterogeneous and homogeneous chemical reactions are also incorporated. Utilizing a curvilinear coordinate system, the flow problem is formulated as partial differential equations(PDEs)for momentum, concentration, microorganism field, and energy. An analytical solution to the obtained flow equations is achieved utilizing the homotopy analysis method(HAM).the effects of significant flow parameters on the pressure and microorganism fields, velocity, oscillation velocity, concentration, and temperature distributions are shown via graphs. Furthermore, the variations in skin friction, mass transfer rate, heat transfer rate, and local motile number due to different involved parameters are presented in tables and are analyzed in detail. Graphical results indicate that the curves of velocity and temperature fields are enhanced as the values of the solid volume fraction variables *** is also verified that the concentration rate field decreases as the values of the homogeneous reaction strength parameter and the radius of curvature parameter increase, and it increases with the Schmidt number and the heterogeneous reaction strength *** outcomes show a favorable response of the motile number to advanced values of the Peclet number, the Schmidt number, the microorganism difference parameter, and the bio-convective Lewis number.
