two-proton relative momentum distributions from the break-up channels 23Al→p+p+21Na and 22Mg→p+p+20Ne at an energy of 60-70 A MeV have been measured together with two-proton opening angles at the projectile fragment separator beamline (RIPS) in the RIKEN Ring Cyclotron Facility. the results demonstrate the existence of diproton emission component from single-step 2He for highly excited 23Al and 22Mg.

Human B7-H3 binds to triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-like transcript 2 (tLt-2) and enhances t cell responses

the B7 family member B7-H3 is broadly expressed in many tissue and tumor types. B7-H3 expression is induced on some immune cells;however, its immunological function remains controversial, because both immunoenhancing and immunoinhibitory effects have been reported in human and mouse systems. We have previously reported the following: 1) murine B7-H3 specifically bound to triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells (tREM)-like transcript 2 (tLt-2, tREML2), a member of the tREM family of receptors;and 2) the B7-H3:tLt-2 pathway up-regulated t cell responses. However, the expression and function of human tLt-2 has not yet been clarified. A recent study found no evidence to support the existence of an interacttion between human B7-H3 and tLt-2. In this study, we demonstrated that human B7-H3 binds to tLt-2 and augments t cell responses. Human and mouse B7-H3Ig chimeric proteins cross-interacted with both human and mouse species of tLt-2-transduced cells. Human tLt-2 was expressed on freshly isolated, peripheral blood B cells and monocytes, and subpopulations of CD4+ and CD8+ t cells. Human tLt-2 expression on t cells did not correlate with na?ve or memory phenotypes and was diminished after culture, despite the presence of mitogenic stimuli. Constitutive tLt-2 expression on monocytes was also down-regulated after culture. Human B7-H3 transfectants augment IL-2 production from tLt-2-transduced t cell hybridomas, and IFN-γ production from peripheral blood CD4+ and CD8+ t cells. the enhanced responses were inhibited by the addition of anti-tLt-2 mAbs, suggesting tLt-2-mediated costimulatory effect. Our results demonstrate the existence of a functional interaction between human B7-H3 and tLt-2, and the restricted expression of tLt-2 on t cells and monocytes.

the human intestinal microbiome plays a major role in human health and diseases, including colorectal cancer. Colorectal carcinogenesis represents a heterogeneous process with a differing set of somatic molecular alterations, influenced by diet, environmental and microbial exposures, and host immunity. Fusobacterium species are part of the human oral and intestinal microbiota. Metagenomic analyses have shown an enrichment of Fusobacterium nucleatum(F. nucleatum) in colorectal carcinoma tissue. Using 511 colorectal carcinomas from Japanese patients, we assessed the presence of F. nucleatum. Our results showed that the frequency of F. nucleatum positivity in the Japanese colorectal cancer was 8.6%(44/511), which was lower than that in United States cohort studies(13%). Similar to the United States studies, F. nucleatum positivityin Japanese colorectal cancers was significantly associated with microsatellite instability(MSI)-high status. Regarding the immune response in colorectal cancer, high levels of infiltrating t-cell subsets(i.e., CD3+, CD8+, CD45RO+, and FOXP3+ cells) have been associated with better patient prognosis. there is also evidence to indicate that molecular features of colorectal cancer, especially MSI, influence t-cell-mediated adaptive immunity. Concerning the association between the gut microbiome and immunity, F. nucleatum has been shown to expand myeloid-derived immune cells, which inhibit t-cell proliferation and induce t-cell apoptosis in colorectal cancer. this finding indicates that F. nucleatum possesses immunosuppressive activities by inhibiting human t-cell responses. Certain micro RNAs are induced during the macrophage inflammatory response and have the ability to regulate host-cell responses to pathogens. Micro RNA-21 increases the levels of IL-10 and prostaglandin E2, which suppress antitumor t-cell-mediated adaptive immunity through the inhibition of the antigen-presenting capacities of dendritic cells and t-cell proliferation in color

已知动态血压与靶器官损害相关。然而，动态血压对慢性肾脏病（chronickidneydisease，CKD）发生的预测意义如何尚未证实。方法：纳入日本一般人群中基线无CKD者843名，检测其基线动态血压，及随后CKD[-定义为体检时蛋白尿阳性或估算的肾小球滤过率（estimatedglomerularfiltrationrate，eGFR）≤60mL／（min·1．73m2）]的发生率。应用Cox比例风险回归模型对性别、年龄、体质量指数、习惯性吸烟、习惯性饮酒、糖尿病、高胆固醇血症、心血管疾病史、抗高血压药物、基线eGFR、随访次数和基线检查的年份进行调整后，分析基线动态血压和CKD发生的关系。

the patient was a 30-year-old female who had undergone excision of the extrahepatic bile duct and Rouxen-Y hepaticojejunostomy for congenital biliary dilatation at the age of ***,she suffered from recurrent acute pancreatitis due to pancreaticobiliary maljunction and received subtotal stomach-preserving *** developed a pancreatic fistula and an intra-abdominal abscess after the *** complications were improved by percutaneous abscess drainage and antibiotic *** ever,upper abdominal discomfort and the elevation of serum pancreatic enzymes persisted due to stenosis from the *** we could not accomplish dilation of the stenosis by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,we tried an endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS) guided rendezvous technique for pancreatic duct *** transgastric puncture of the pancreatic duct using an EUS-fine needle aspiration needle,the guidewire was inserted into the pancreatic duct and finally reached to the jejunum through the stenotic *** changed the echoendoscope to an oblique-viewing endoscope,then grasped the guidewire and withdrew it through the *** stenosis of the pancreaticojejunostomy was dilated up to 4 mm,and a pancreatic stent was put in *** the pancreatic stent was removed after three months,the patient remained *** duct drainage using an EUS-guided rendezvous technique was useful for the treatment of a stenotic pancreaticojejunostomy after pancreaticoduodenectomy.
