Impact of effective stress on permeability for carbonate fractured-vuggy rocks

to gain insight into the flow mechanisms and stress sensitivity for fractured-vuggy reservoirs,several core models with different structural characteristics were designed and fabricated to investigate the impact of effective stress on permeability for carbonate fractured-vuggy rocks(CFVR).It shows that the permeability performance curves under different pore and confining pressures(*** stress conditions)for the fractured core models and the vuggy core models have similar change *** ranges of permeability variation are significantly wider at high pore pressures,indicating that permeability reduction is the most significant during the early stage of development for fractured-vuggy *** each obtained effective stress coefficient for permeability(ESCP)varies with the changes in confining pressure and pore pressure,the effective stresses for permeability of four representative CFVR show obvious nonlinear characteristics,and the variation ranges of ESCP are all between 0 and ***,a comprehensive ESCP mathematical model considering triple media,including matrix pores,fractures,and dissolved vugs,was *** is proved theoretically that the ESCP of CFVR generally varies between 0 and ***,the regression results showed that the power model ranked highest among the four empirical models mainly applied in stress sensitivity characterization,followed by the logarithmic model,exponential model,and binomial *** concept of“permeability decline rate”was introduced to better evaluate the stress sensitivity performance for CFVR,in which the one-fracture rock is the strongest,followed by the fracture-vug rock and two-horizontalfracture rock;the through-hole rock is the *** general,this study provides a theoretical basis to guide the design of development and adjustment programs for carbonate fractured-vuggy reservoirs.

Composite ceramic phosphor(CCP)is a candidate light-conversion material to obtain the high-quality laser lighting *** based on the transmissive configuration model could not simultaneously meet the requirements of angular color uniformity and high thermal *** this study,a novel composite structure ceramic was designed,including Al_(2)O_(3)-YAG:Ce/YAG layered ceramic with a size of 1 mm×1 mm for lighting,and Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic(φ=16.0 mm)was used as the wrapping material due to its outstanding thermal *** prepared ceramics exhibited excellent thermal performance and no yellow ring *** this design,we achieved the match of the intensity distribution of the blue and yellow lights,resulting in a high angular color uniformity of 0.9 with a view angle of±80°.All ceramics showed no luminous saturation phenomenon,even the laser power density was increased up to 47.51 W/mm^(2).A high-brightness white-light source with a luminous flux of 618 lm,a luminous efficiency of 126 lm/W,a CCt of 6615 K,and a CRI of 69.9 was obtained in the transmissive *** particular,the surface temperature of the ceramic was as low as 74.1℃ under a high laser radiation(47.51 W/mm^(2)).these results indicate that Al_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)-YAG:Ce/YAG composite structure ceramic is a promising luminescent material in the high-power laser lighting applications.

Bone tissue engineering provides a promising strategy for the treatment of bone ***,the clinical utilization of biomaterial-based scaffolds is constrained by their inadequate mechanical strength and absence of osteo-inductive ***,we proposed to endow nano-scaffold(NS)constructed by coaxial electrospinning technique with enhanced osteogenic bioactivities and mechanical properties by incorporating biocompatible magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles(IONPs)and icaritin(ICA).Four types of nano-scaffolds(NS,ICA@NS,NS-IONPs and ICA@NS-IONPs)were *** incorporation of ICA and IONPs minimally impact their surface morphological and chemical *** enhanced the mechanical properties of NS scaffolds,including hardness,tensile strength,and elastic *** vitro assessments demonstrated that ICA@NS-IONPs exhibited enhanced osteogenic bioactivities towards mouse calvarial pre-osteoblast cell line MC3t3-E1 as evidenced by detecting the alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity level,expressions of osteogenesis-related genes and proteins as well as mineralized nodule *** investigations revealed that MEK/ERK(MAP kinase-ERK kinase(MEK)/extracellularsignal-regulated kinase(ERK))signaling pathway could offer a plausible explanation for the osteogenic differentiation of MC3t3-E1 cells induced by ICA@***,the implantation of nano-scaffolds in rat skull defects exhibited a substantial improvement in in vivo bone ***,IONPs and ICA incorporated coaxial electrospinning nano-scaffolds present a novel strategy for the optimization of scaffolds for bone tissue engineering.

Current therapeutic approaches for volumetric muscle loss(VML)face challenges due to limited graft availability and insufficient *** overcome these limitations,tissue-engineered scaffolds have emerged as a promising *** this study,we developed aligned ternary nanofibrous matrices comprised of poly(lactide-co-ε-caprolactone)integrated with collagen and ti_(3)C_(2)t_(x)MXene nanoparticles(NPs)(PCM matrices),and explored their myogenic potential for skeletal muscle tissue *** PCM matrices demonstrated favorable physicochemical properties,including structural uniformity,alignment,microporosity,and *** vitro assays revealed that the PCM matrices promoted cellular behaviors and myogenic differentiation of C2C12 ***,in vivo experiments demonstrated enhanced muscle remodeling and recovery in mice treated with PCM matrices following VML *** insights from next-generation sequencing revealed that MXene NPs facilitated protein and ion availability within PCM matrices,leading to elevated intracellular Ca^(2+)levels in myoblasts through the activation of inducible nitric oxide synthase(i NOS)and serum/glucocorticoid regulated kinase 1(SGK1),ultimately promoting myogenic differentiation via the m tOR-AKt ***,upregulated i NOS and increased NO–contributed to myoblast proliferation and fiber fusion,thereby facilitating overall myoblast *** findings underscore the potential of MXene NPs loaded within highly aligned matrices as therapeutic agents to promote skeletal muscle tissue recovery.

由于锚固区域基础刚度的影响,风力发电塔基础预应力锚栓组件受力不同于塔筒钢管间锻造法兰连接系统。基于Petersen计算方法的原理,推导出适用于预应力锚栓式风力机基础的计算方法,建立包含锚栓组件在内的单区隔和整体有限元模型研究基础约束刚度的空间效应。通过对单区隔和整体有限元计算所得锚栓拉力的对比发现,基础约束刚度的空间效应可忽略不计;通过对整体有限元模型计算结果和工程算法计算结果的对比,验证了工程算法的精度。
