Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)poses a significant global health threat,especially affecting infants and the *** this,the present study proposes an innovative approach to vaccine design,utilizing immunoinformatics and computational *** analyzed RSV's structural proteins across both subtypes A and B,identifying potential helper t lymphocyte,cytotoxic t lymphocyte,and linear B lymphocyte *** such as antigenicity,allergenicity,toxicity,and cytokine-inducing potential were rigorously ***,we evaluated the conservancy of these epitopes and their population coverage across various RSV *** comprehensive analysis identified six major histocompatibility complex class I(MHC-I)binding,five MHC-II binding,and three B-cell *** were integrated with suitable linkers and adjuvants to form the ***,molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations demonstrated stable interactions between the vaccine candidate and human toll-like receptors(tLR4 and tLR5),with a notable preference for *** simulation analysis underscored the vaccine's potential to elicit a strong immune *** study presents a promising RSV vaccine candidate and offers theoretical support,marking a significant advancement in vaccine development ***,the promising in silico findings need to be further validated through additional in vivo studies.

tissue regeneration requires structural holding and movement support using tissue-type-specific aids such as bone casts,skin bandages,and joint ***,an unmet need exists in aiding breast fat regeneration as the breast moves following continuous body motion by exposing the breast fat to dynamic ***,the concept of elastic structural holding is applied to develop a shape-fitting moldable membrane for breast fat regeneration(“adipoconductive”)after surgical defects are *** membrane has the following key characteristics:(a)It contains a panel of honeycomb structures,thereby efficiently handling motion stress through the entire membrane;(b)a strut is added into each honeycomb in a direction perpendicular to gravity,thereby suppressing the deformation and stress concentration upon lying and standing;and(c)thermo-responsive moldable elastomers are used to support structural holding by suppressing large deviations of movement that occur *** elastomer became moldable upon a temperature shift above t_(m).the structure can then be fixed as the temperature *** a result,the membrane promotes adipogenesis by activating mechanotransduction in a fat miniature model with pre-adipocyte spheroids under continuous shaking in vitro and in a subcutaneous implant placed on the motion-prone back areas of rodents in vivo.

0.96(k_(0.5)Na_(0.5-z)Li_(z))(Nb_(0.92)Sb_(0.08))O_(3)-0.04(Ca_(0.5)Sr_(0.5))ZrO_(3)[(kN_(0.5-z)L_(z))NS-CSZ]piezoceramics(0≤z≤0.04)were aligned in the[001]orientation using 3%(in mole)NaNbO_(3)templates with a large Lotgering factor(>97%).their crystal structures transformed from the orthorhombic-pseudocubic(O-P)structure to the orthorhombic-tetragonal-pseudocubic(O-t-P)structure with an increasing *** P structure was interpreted as a rhombohedral R3m *** piezoelectricity of the compositions increased after[001]-texturing,and the enhancement was proportional to the O phase *** composition(z=0.03)exhibited the highest piezoelectric constant(d_(33);670 pC/N)and electromechanical coupling factor(k_(p);0.56).Piezoelectric energy harvesters were produced using the untextured and textured samples(z=0.03).the textured harvester delivered a large power density of 26.6 mW/mm^(3),which was larger than that of the untextured harvester owing to the enhanced kp and d_(33)×g_(33) of the textured piezoceramic.A multilayer actuator was produced using the textured sample(z=0.03),and it exhibited a large acceleration(44.2 G)and displacement(±3,730 mm)at±25 ***,the[001]-textured(kN_(0.47)L_(0.03))NS-CSZ piezoceramic is suitable for piezoelectric energy harvesters and actuators.

Comparative experiments and theoretical analysis of the surface chemistry changes of goethite(Gt)and goethite containing Ni(GtN)in the lattice in the presence of salicylhydroxamic acid(SA)were *** was revealed that in the presence of 100 g·t^(-1)of SA,the flotation recovery of GtN and Gt increased with increasing pH,achieving a maximum recovery of 98.9%for both minerals at p H 8.3 and decreasing beyond that pH,with GtN having a slightly higher recovery than Gt,except at pH *** was further confirmed by the higher complexation energies of GtN···SA(-883.87 kJ·mol^(-1))compared with Gt···SA(-604.23 kJ·mol^(-1))resulting from covalent,closed-shell,and conventional hydrogen *** higher adsorption of SA onto GtN relative to Gt was due to the formation of aπ-hole in GtN,thereby promoting a higher interaction of the collector with the ***,the presence of Ni in the Gt lattice improves and decreases the adsorption and desorption of SA onto and from the mineral,respectively,compared with those onto and from Gt.

In combination with theoretical calculations,experiments were conducted to investigate the evolution behavior of nonmetallic inclusions(NMIs)during the manufacture of large-scale heat-resistant steel ingots using 9CrMoCoB heat-resistant steel and CaF_(2)–CaO–Al_(2)O_(3)–SiO_(2)–B_(2)O_(3)electroslag remelting(ESR)-type slag in an 80-t industrial ESR *** main types of NMI in the consumable electrode comprised pure alumina,a multiphase oxide consisting of an Al_(2)O_(3)core and liquid CaO–Al_(2)O_(3)–SiO_(2)–MnO shell,and M_(23)C_(6)carbides with an MnS *** Al_(2)O_(3)and MnS inclusions had higher precipitation temperatures than the M_(23)C_(6)-type carbide under equilibrium and nonequilibrium solidification ***,inclusions can act as nucleation sites for carbide layer *** ESR process completely removed the liquid CaO–Al_(2)O_(3)–SiO_(2)–MnO oxide and MnS inclusion with a carbide shell,and only the Al_(2)O_(3)inclusions and Al_(2)O_(3)core with a carbide shell occupied the remelted *** M_(23)C_(6)-type carbides in steel were determined as Cr_(23)C_(6)based on the analysis of transmission electron microscopy *** substitution of Cr with W,Fe,or/and Mo in the Cr_(23)C_(6)lattice caused slight changes in the lattice parameter of the Cr_(23)C_(6)***,Cr_(21.34)Fe_(1.66)C_(6),(Cr_(19)W_(4)C_(6),Cr_(18.4)Mo_(4.6)C_(6),and Cr_(16)Fe_(5)Mo_(2)C_(6)can match the fraction pattern of Cr_(23)C_(6)*** Al_(2)O_(3)inclusions in the remelted ingot formed due to the reduction of CaO,SiO_(2),and MnO components in the liquid *** increased Al content in liquid steel or the higher supersaturation degree of Al_(2)O_(3)precipitation in the remelted ingot than that in the electrode can be attributed to the evaporation of CaF_(2)and the increase in CaO content in the ESR-type slag.

BACkGROUND Primary central nervous system lymphoma(PCNSL)is a non-Hodgkin lymphoma that originates in the central nervous system(CNS)and is exclusively limited to the *** most PCNSLs are diffuse large B-cell lymphomas,primary CNS t-cell lymphomas(PCNStLs)are *** typically demonstrate some degree of enhancement on contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).to the best of our knowledge,non-enhancing PCNStL has not been reported *** SUMMARY A 69-year-old male presented to the neurology department with complaints of mild cognitive impairment and gradual onset of left lower leg weakness over a span of two *** MRI showed asymmetric t2-hyperintense lesions within the *** enhancement was observed on the contrast-enhanced t1 *** initial diagnosis was neuro-Behçet’s *** high-dose steroid therapy,no alterations in the lesions were identified on initial *** patient’s symptoms deteriorated *** MRI performed one month after the initial scan revealed an increased lesion ***,brain biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of *** patient underwent definitive combined ***,the patient developed bacteremia and died of septic shock approximately three months after *** the absence of enhancement in the lesion did not rule out PCNStL.A biopsy approach is advisable for pathological confirmation.

Regular physical activity(PA)is known to enhance multifaceted health beneﬁts,including both physical and mental ***,traditional in-person physical activity programs have drawbacks,including time constraints for busy *** evidence suggests positive impacts on mental health through mobile-based physical activity,effects of accumulated short bouts of physical activity using mobile devices are ***,this study aims to investigate these effects,focusing on depression,perceived stress,and negative affectivity among South korean college ***-six healthy college students were divided into the accumulated group(n=23,female=47.8%)and control group(n=23,female=47.6%).the accumulated group engaged in mobile-based physical activity,following guidelines to accumulate a minimum of two times per day and three times a *** were divided into short bouts,ensuing each bout lasted at least 10 *** control group did not engage in any speciﬁc physical *** data analysis involved comparing the scores of the intervention and control groups using several statistical techniques,such as independent sample t-test,paired sample t-tests,and 2(time)×2(group)repeated measures analysis of *** demographic characteristics at the pre-test showed no statistically signiﬁcant differences between the *** accumulated group had signiﬁcant decreases in depression(t_(40)=2.59,p=0.013,Cohen’s D=0.84)and perceived stress(t_(40)=2.06,p=0.046,Cohen’s D=0.56)from the pre-to *** control group exhibited no statistically signiﬁcant differences in any ***,there were signiﬁcant effects of time on depression scores(F1,36=4.77,p=0.036,η_(p)^(2)=0.12)while signiﬁcant interaction effects were also observed for depression(F_(1,36)=6.59,p=0.015,η_(p)^(2)=0.16).this study offers informative insights into the potential advantages of mobile-based physical activity programs with accumulated periods for enhancing mental health
