the synthesis and characterization of new series of liquid crystals containing cholesteryl moiety connected via an ester linkage to 1,3,4-oxadiazole are reported. the molecular structures of the intermediates and target compounds were confirmed by elemental analyses and Ft-IR, ^1H NMR and mass spectrometry. the mesomorphic behaviors were investigated by polarizing optical microscopy （POM） attached with hot stage and differential scanning calorimetry （DSC）. Enantiotropic smectic 1, smectic A, blue phase and cholesteric mesophases are exhibited by the newly synthesized compounds.

Gastrointestinal diseases, specifically Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, diverticular disease, and primary biliary cirrhosis are all characterized by complicated inflammation of the digestive tract. their pathology is multifactorial, and risk factors encompass both genetic and environmental factors. Recent advances in the genetic component of inflammatory bowel diseases(IBDs) have revealed that the tumor necrosis factor superfamily member 15(tNFSF15) contains a number of risk alleles associated not only with IBD but also with other diseases such as diverticular disease and primary biliary cirrhosis. these risk alleles in tNFSF15 and the altered expression of its gene product can serve as the common ground between these disorders by explaining at least some of the underlying processes that lead to a dysregulated immune response and subsequent chronic inflammation. Here, we aim to outline how the tNFSF15 gene is involved in the proliferation and cell fate of different populations of t cells and subsequently in the control of both pro-and anti-inflammatory cytokines. Furthermore, we summarize what is currently known of tNFSF15 control region variants, how they are associated with each mentioned disease, and how these variants can explain the autoimmune pathology of said diseases through altered tNFSF15 expression.

A marked increase in the incidence of autoimmune diseases in the past half-a-century has been observed. MS （multiple sclerosis） is one of the most common chronic immune-mediated inflammatory diseases of the central nervous system in young adults which is characterized by inflammatory demyelination and neurodegeneration with unpredictable effects lasting for the rest of their lives. the aim of the MS treatment is to prevent the demyelination and the reduction of axonal loss. Drugs approved for use in MS which reduce the frequency of exacerbations or slow disability progression are referred as DMDs （disease-modifying drugs）. Additional treatments of MS include： dietary supplementation, herbal medicine intake, vitamin D3 and vitamin B supplementation and relaxation techniques. However, little is known about the environmental factors that directly influence th1 7 cells. Increased salt （sodium chloride） concentrations found locally under physiological conditions in vivo markedly boost the induction of murine and human th 17 cells. Pathogenic IL-23-dependent th 17 cells have been shown to be critical for the development of EAE （experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis） along with some genetic risk factors.

High arsenic(As)and chromium(Cr)concentrations are currently receiving attention because of their negative effects on the environment and human *** inhabiting contaminated environments have developed resistance mechanisms against the toxicity of these ***,members of the bacterial genus Micrococcus have been isolated from different toxic metal-contaminated environments;however,knowledge concerning its resistance mechanisms to As and Cr toxicity remains *** luteus strains(An24,Mh,NE2tL6,and NE2ttS4)were isolated from the endosphere and soil of two heavy metal-contaminated sites in Mexico to identify differences in the resistance mechanisms by the *** *** strains were resistant to As(As^(3+)and As^(5+)),chromate,dichromate,cobalt,copper,nickel,and *** analysis indicated that the heavy metal-resistant strains(An24,Mh,NE2tL6,and NE2ttS4)could be assigned to the *** group and had more heavy metal-resistant genes(transporters,chaperones,and enzymes)compared to reference strains of the *** group,*** NCtC 2665^(t)and Micrococcus endophyticus JCM 16951^(t).the resistant bacteria were able to biotransform As^(3+)and As^(5+)through a carbon source-dependent *** biotransformation of As5+was potentially carried out in the cytoplasm through a thioredoxin-dependent pathway,which may be coupled with biosorption.A qualitative analysis of organic acids(OAs)identified a change in the OA profile of the metal-resistant strains that was As-or *** genomic and phenotypic findings suggest that the four *** group strains evaluated in the current study have developed resistance mechanisms that may enable their survival in contaminated sites.

Cells encountering hypoxic stress conserve resources and energy by downregulating the protein synthesis. Here we demonstrate that one mechanism in this response is the translational repression of tOP mRNAs that encode components of the translational apparatus. this mode of regulation involves tSC and Rheb, as knockout of tSC1 or tSC2 or overexpression of Rheb rescued tOP mRNA translation in oxygen-deprived celts. Stress-induced translational repression of these mRNAs closely correlates with the hypophosphorylated state of 4E-BP, a translational repressor. However, a series of 4E-BP loss- and gain-of-function experiments disprove a cause-and- effect relationship between the phosphorylation status of 4E-BP and the translational repression of tOP mRNAs under oxygen or growth factor deprivation. Furthermore, the repressive effect of anoxia is similar to that attained by the very efficient inhibition of mtOR activity by torin 1, but much more pronounced than roptor or rictor knockouL Likewise, deficiency of raptor or rictor, even though it mildly downregulated basal translation efficiency of tOP mRNAs, failed to suppress the oxygen-mediated translational activation of tOP mRNAs. Finally, co-knockdown of tIA-1 and tIAR, two RNA-binding proteins previously implicated in translational repression of tOP mRNAs in amino acid-starved cells, failed to relieve tOP mRNA translation under other stress conditions. thus, the nature of the proximal translational regulator of tOP m RNAs remains elusive.

目的：斗轮挖掘机回转支承上部结构的重量和重心位置不仅在设计过程中非常重要,在斗轮挖掘机组装完成后和运转时同样重要。本文旨在研究各参数对重心位置的影响。方法：1.分析比较由数值模拟和实验得到的静态稳定性基本参数;2.构建上部结构的3D模型（图1-3）,并根据斗轮挖掘机组装完成后的重量分布对模型进行质量修正;3.对上部结构进行负载和应力分析。结论：1.上部结构一个较小的质量变化（1.5%）会导致重心位置一个较大的变化（902 mm）,从而不得不明显增加配重的重量（24 t）来保持平衡;2.构建的3D模型可以得到精确的上部结构重量分布和重心位置;3.由DIN 22261-2标准规定的眼板应力被证明并不安全。
