In this paper,we consider a system which has k statistically independent and identically distributed strength components and each component is constructed by a pair of statistically dependent elements with doubly type-II censored *** elements(X1,Y1),(X2,Y2),…,(Xk,Yk)follow a bivariate Kumaraswamy distribution and each element is exposed to a common random stress t which follows a Kumaraswamy *** system is regarded as operating only if at least s out of k(1≤s≤k)strength variables exceed the random *** multicomponent reliability of the system is given by Rs,k=P(at least s of the(Z1,…,Zk)exceed t)where Zi=min(Xi,Yi),i=1,…,*** Bayes estimates of Rs,k have been developed by using the Markov Chain Monte Carlo methods due to the lack of explicit *** uniformly minimum variance unbiased and exact Bayes estimates of Rs,k are obtained analytically when the common second shape parameter is *** asymptotic confidence interval and the highest probability density credible interval are constructed for Rs,*** reliability estimators are compared by using the estimated risks through Monte Carlo simulations.

Photocatalytic hydrogen generation from hydrogen storage media is an effective and promising approach for the green hydrogen industry as well as for achieving carbon neutrality ***,the lower photocatalytic efficiency due to the limited light trapping capacity,low electron transfer rate,and severe aggregation of nanoparticles caused by high surface energy seriously restricts their practical ***,we constructed a series of donor–acceptor(D–A)type covalent organic frameworks to confine ultrafine bimetallic Pt-based nanoclusters for photocatalytic hydrogen generation from ammonia borane(AB)*** visible light irradiation at 20℃,PtCo_(2)@covalent organic framework(COF)showed the highest photocatalytic activity with a turnover frequency(tOF)of 486 min−*** and density functional theory(DFt)calculations reveal that the high catalytic activity is mainly attributed to the strong electronic interactions between D–A type COF and ultrafine PtCo_(2)***,the D–A type COF can significantly enhance the light-trapping ability by fine-tuning the electron-acceptor type in the framework,and accelerate the photogenerated electron transfer from D–A type COF to PtCo_(2)nanocluster,which promotes the adsorption and activation of H_(2)O and AB molecules and accelerates hydrogen ***,PtCo_(2)@COF also exhibited ultra-high durability due to the significantly enhanced resistance to nanocluster aggregation caused by the nanopore confinement effect of D–A type *** believe that this work will provide a theoretical guide for the rational design of efficient D–A COFbased catalysts for photocatalysis.

the gut is the largest digestive and absorptive organ,which is essential for induction of mucosal and systemic immune responses,and maintenance of metabolic-immune *** intestinal components contain the epithelium,stromal cells,immune cells,and enteric nervous system(ENS),as well as the outers,such as gut microbiota,metabolites,and *** dyshomeostasis of intestinal microenvironment induces abnormal intestinal development and functions,even colon diseases including dysplasia,inflammation and *** recent studies have identified that ENS plays a crucial role in maintaining the immune homeostasis of gastrointestinal(gI)*** crosstalk between ENS and immune cells,mainly macrophages,t cells,and innate lymphoid cells(ILCs),has been found to exert important regulatory roles in intestinal tissue programming,homeostasis,function,and *** this review,we mainly summarize the critical roles of the interactions between ENS and immune cells in intestinal homeostasis during intestinal development and diseases progression,to provide theoretical bases and ideas for the exploration of immunotherapy for gastrointestinal diseases with the ENS as potential novel targets.

Chronic hepatitis B(CHB)is consistently challenging to conquer with numerous complications and *** the effectiveness of antiviral therapies in suppressing hepatitis B virus(HBV)replication,there is an urgent need for novel and more effective treatment *** strategies predominantly emphasize immune activation but still face challenges in sufficiently eliciting t cell *** into account the targeted delivery of nanoparticles to the liver and spleen via intravenous injection,we have proposed a dual-pronged therapeutic strategy based on antigen-presenting cells(APCs)-derived ***,exosomes targeted to the spleen can activate specific immune responses,while those targeted to the liver can modulate or reverse the liver’s immunosuppressive *** immunization,exosome formulations exhibit the remarkable ability to effectively activate APCs,thereby triggering the proliferation of CD8^(+)t ***,they also play an immunoregulatory role by converting M2 macrophages into M1 *** two-pronged therapeutic strategy precisely addresses the issues of t cell dysfunction and immune suppression,both characteristic features of CHB *** combined with Aluminum(Alum)-adjuvanted vaccine,these exosome formulations not only demonstrate a high level of cellular immune response but also secrete specific antibodies comparable to those induced by Alum *** combined approach effectively enhances both cellular and humoral immunity,offering a promising avenue for the development of therapeutic hepatitis B vaccines based on exosome formulations.

Because of their economy and applicability,high-power thyristor devices are widely used in the power supply systems for large fusion *** high-dose neutrons produced by deuterium–tritium(D–t)fusion reactions are irradiated on a thyristor device for a long time,the electrical characteristics of the device change,which may eventually cause irreversible *** this study,with the thyristor switch of the commutation circuit in the quench protection system(QPS)of a fusion device as the study object,the relationship between the internal physical structure and external electrical parameters of the irradiated thyristor is ***,a series of targeted thyristor physical simulations and neutron irradiation experiments are conducted to verify the accuracy of the theoretical *** addition,the effect of irradiated thyristor electrical characteristic changes on the entire QPS is studied by accurate simulation,providing valuable guidelines for the maintenance and renovation of the QPS.

BACKgROUND Myocardial infarction is a high-risk condition prevalent among the elderly population,often leading to adverse clinical manifestations such as reduced cardiopulmonary function,anxiety,and depression ***,cardiac rehabilitation holds immense importance in mitigating these *** to evaluate the effect of individualized cardiac rehabilitation on blood pressure variability(BPV)and baroreflex sensitivity(BRS)in elderly patients with myocardial *** A cohort of 74 elderly patients diagnosed with myocardial infarction and admitted to our hospital between January 2021 and January 2022 were subjected to random ***,all patients were divided into two groups,namely the research group(n=37)and the control group(n=37),utilizing the number table *** control group received conventional drug treatment and nursing guidance intervention,while the study group underwent individualized cardiac rehabilitation in addition to the interventions received by the control *** patients were continuously intervened for 12 wk,and the BPV of these two groups in the 1st wk(t0),the 4th wk(t1)and the 12th wk(t2)were compared,BRS,changes in cardiopulmonary function measures,and adverse cardiovascular *** Of 24 h diastolic BPV,24 h systolic BPV,carbon dioxide ventilation equivalent slope of the research group were lower than those of the control group at t1 and t2,BRS,peak heart rate and systolic blood pressure product,1 min heart rate recovery were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events in the research group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Pthis study,we found that after individualized cardiac rehabilitation in elderly patients with myocardial infarction,BPV and BRS can be effectively improved,cardiac function is significantly enhanced,and a better prognosis is obtained.
