It can be said that the automatic classification of musical genres plays a very important role in the current digital technology world in which the creation,distribution,and enjoyment of musical works have undergone huge *** the number ofmusic products increases daily and themusic genres are extremely rich,storing,classifying,and searching these works manually becomes difficult,if not *** classification ofmusical genres will contribute to making this *** research presented in this paper proposes an appropriate deep learning model along with an effective data augmentation method to achieve high classification accuracy for music genre classification using Small Free Music Archive(FMA)data *** Small FMA,it is more efficient to augment the data by generating an echo rather than pitch *** research results show that the DenseNet121 model and data augmentation methods,such as noise addition and echo generation,have a classification accuracy of 98.97%for the Small FMA data set,while this data set lowered the sampling frequency to 16000 *** classification accuracy of this study outperforms that of the majority of the previous results on the same Small FMA data set.

As an economically critical pelagic migratory species,yellowfin tuna(thunnus albacores,YFt)is very sensible to physical and environmental conditions,such as sea surface temperature(SSt),ocean heat content(OHC),and the mixed layer depth(MLD).We investigated the impact of SSt,OHC,and MLD on fluctuations of YFt catch in the western/eastern Indian Ocean using the long time series of 63-year environmental and YFt *** found that the impact of SSt on YFt was heavily overestimated in the past,and MLD plays a more critical role in the YFt catch *** the MLD deepens(>34.8 m),SSt was more influential in predicting the catches of YFt than OHC in the western Indian Ocean,and OHC was more critical to YFt than SSt in the eastern Indian ***,when the MLD shallows(tal to predict the catch per unit effort(CPUE)of YFt than SSt/OHC in the *** 2000,there was an asynchronous pattern of YFt CPUE induced by higher frequency variations and ocean hiatus of SSt/OHC signals in the western and eastern Indian Oceans *** impact of the subsurface hiatus may induce the decrease of YFt in the eastern Indian *** above findings clarified a non-stationary relationship between the environmental factors and catches of YFt and provided new insights into variations in YFt abundance.

Impacts of central-Pacific El Niño and physical drivers on eastern Pacific bigeye tuna

Bigeye tuna thunnus obesus is an important migratory species that forages deeply,and El Niño events highly influence its distribution in the eastern Pacific *** sea surface temperature is widely recognized as the main factor affecting bigeye tuna(BEt)distribution during El Niño events,the roles of different types of El Niño and subsurface oceanic signals,such as ocean heat content and mixed layer depth,remain *** conducted A spatial-temporal analysis to investigate the relationship among BEt distribution,El Niño events,and the underlying oceanic signals to address this knowledge *** used monthly purse seine fisheries data of BEt in the eastern tropical Pacific Ocean(EtPO)from 1994 to 2012 and extracted the central-Pacific El Niño(CPEN)indices based on Niño 3 and Niño ***,we employed Explainable Artificial Intelligence(XAI)models to identify the main patterns and feature importance of the six environmental variables and used information flow analysis to determine the causality between the selected factors and BEt ***,we analyzed Argo datasets to calculate the vertical,horizontal,and zonal mean temperature differences during CPEN and normal years to clarify the oceanic thermodynamic structure differences between the two types of *** findings reveal that BEt distribution during the CPEN years is mainly driven by advection feedback of subsurface warmer thermal signals and vertically warmer habitats in the CPEN domain area,especially in high-yield fishing *** high frequency of CPEN events will likely lead to the westward shift of fisheries centers.

Aluminum high pressure die casting(HPDC)technology has evolved in the past decades,enabling stronger and larger one-piece casting with significant part *** also offers a higher design freedom for more mass-efficient thin-walled body *** body structures that require excellent ductility and fracture toughness to be joined with steel sheet via self-piercing riveting(for instance,shock towers and hinge pillars,etc.),a costly t7 heat treatment comprising a solution heat treatment at elevated temperatures(450℃-500℃)followed by an over-ageing heat treatment is needed to optimize microstructure for meeting product *** enable cost-efficient mass production of HPDC body structures,it is important to eliminate the expensive t7 heat treatment without sacrificing mechanical *** die cast alloy chemistry is a potential solution to improve fracture toughness and ductility of the HPDC *** present study intends to tailor the Mg and Cu additions for a new Al-Si-Cr type die casting alloy(registered as A379 with the Aluminum Association,USA)to achieve the desired tensile properties without using t7 heat *** was found that Cu addition should be avoided,as it is not effective in enhancing strength while degrades tensile *** addition is very effective in improving strength and has minor impact on tensile *** investigated Al-Si-Cr alloy with a nominal composition of Al-8.5wt.%Si-0.3wt.%Cr-0.2wt.%Fe shows comparable tensile properties with the t7 treated AlSi10MnMg alloy which is currently used for manufacturing shock towers and hinge pillars.

Clinical outcomes of patients with chronic hepatitis C after generic direct-acting antiviral treatments in Vietnam: A retrospective analysis

Objective:to evaluate the outcomes of generic direct-acting antiviral treatments for chronic hepatitis C in ***:the medical records of 522 patients(median 45 years;Female,25.3%)with chronic hepatitis C treated at a tertiary hospital in northern Vietnam in 2016 were retrospectively ***:Female patients were significantly older than male patients(median 52,IQR 41-59 vs.43 years,IQR:39-55;Ptients,49.4%were infected with hepatitis C virus(HCV)genotype 6,followed by 1 a(19.0%),1 b(13.0%),and 3(5.9%).Coinfection with hepatitis B virus or human immunodeficiency virus was noted in 5.8%and 3.1%of patients,*** were treated with ledipasvir/sofosbuvir with or without ribavirin(70.9%),sofosbuvir/pegylated-interferon+ribavirin(13.2%),daclatasvir/sofosbuvir with or without ribavirin(12.5%),or sofosbuvir/ribavirin(3.4%),and 96.4%(n=503)completed the direct-acting antiviral *** patient discontinued treatment due to adverse event(s).A sustained virologic response 12 weeks after the end of the treatment(SVR12)was evaluated in 62.6%of *** sustained virologic response 12 weeks after the end of the treatment was 98.7%regardless of HCV genotypes or direct-acting antiviral *** severity of liver stiffness was significantly decreased from 10.2 to 6.3 kilopascals measured by transient elastography by the treatment(Ptients who completed the directacting antiviral treatment,17.7%returned for further follow-ups after ***:In Vietnam,the current generic direct-acting antiviral treatment for chronic hepatitis C was effective regardless of HCV genotypes and direct-acting antiviral regimens with the attenuation of liver *** is feasible to implement direct-acting antiviral treatment to cure chronic hepatitis C patients at any liver fibrosis stages in Vietnam.

Objective： Plasma phospholipid transfer protein （PLtP） is a key determinant of lipoprotein metabolism, and both animal and human studies converge to indicate that PLtP promotes atherogenesis and its thromboembolic complications. Moreover, it has recently been reported that PLtP modulates inflammation and immune responses. Although earlier studies from our group demonstrated that PLtP can modify macrophage activation, the implication of PLtP in the modulation of t-cell-mediated immune responses has never been investigated and was therefore addressed in the present study. Approach and results： In the present study, we demonstrated that PLtP deficiency in mice has a profound effect on CD4＋ thO cell polarization, with a shift towards the anti-inflammatory th2 phenotype under both normal and pathological conditions. In a model of contact hypersensitivity, a significantly impaired response to skin sensitization with the hapten-2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene （DNFB） was observed in PLtP-deficient mice compared to wild-type （Wt） mice. Interestingly, PLtP deficiency in mice exerted no effect on the counts of total white blood cells, lymphocytes, granulocytes, or monocytes in the peripheral blood. Moreover, PLtP deficiency did not modify the amounts of CD4＋ and CD8＋ t lymphocyte subsets. However, PLtP-deficiency, associated with upregulation of the th2 phenotype, was accompanied by a significant decrease in the production of the pro-thl cytokine interleukin 18 by accessory cells. Conclusions： For the first time, this work reports a physiological role for PLtP in the polarization of CD4＋ t cells toward the pro-inflammatory th I phenotype.
