Using a nonperturbative quantum electrodynamics theory of high-order harmonic generation （HHG）, a scaling law of HHG is established. the scaling law states that when the atomic binding energy Eb, the wavelength ）, and the intensity I of the laser field change simultaneously to kEb, λ/k, and k3I, respectively. the characteristics of the HHG spectrum remain unchanged, while the harmonic yield is enhanced k3 times. that HHG obeys the same scaling law with above-threshold ionization is a solid proof of the fact that the two physical processes have similar physical mechanisms. the variation of integrated harmonic yields is also discussed.

Aiming to the enormous requirement for the epidemic defense researches,we designed and constructed a spherical colloidal virus particle(CVP)to mimic nature virus in morphology,physical,chemical and biological characteristics,via coating spiky protein on col-loidal nanoparticles(CNPs)core with bulge hierarchical *** novel virus-like surface nanoparticles can easily be *** physical,chemical nature and the formation mechanism of the prepared CVPs were characterized and *** synthesized CVPs are similar in size and envelope thickness to common natural *** was demonstrated that the diameter of CVPs is about 238±12 nm,including an 8 nm thickness protein crown with bulges of 33 nm in average *** CVPs with an isoelectric point of 4.5,meets the native virus property of negative charge under neutral *** protein crown enhances the roughness remarkably from 10 nm(CNPs)to 22 nm(CVPs)determined by atomic force *** to the biomimetic rough morphology,the CVPs show greatly superior cellular uptake performance compared to CNPs,ovalbumin(OVA)and smoothed col-loidal particles(SCPs).the formation mechanism of protein crown with specific thickness can be attributed to the electrostatic in-teraction,protein's flexible structure and specific *** results indicate that the as-prepared artificial virions mimic na-ture viruses in multi-dimension,in terms of size,surface rough morphology,surface negative charge and glycoprotein envelope *** synthetic colloidal virus particles pave a facile way toward engineering virus particles substitute for virus-related diseases prevention,diagnostics and cellular delivery vectors.

As soil ecosystem engineers,earthworms are the main promoters of soil aggregation,a process that drives the production of ecosystem services by soils.A crucial factor in the ecosystem service of carbon sequestration is rhizodeposit carbon,which is the main energy source of soil food *** effects of earthworms on the distribution of rhizodeposit-carbon in soil aggregates remain ***,we conducted a 13CO2 labeling experiment to determine the effects of earthworms on maize rhizodeposit carbon in soil aggregates after 14 years(2002-2016),in both conventional tillage(Ct)and conservation tillage(no tillage,Nt)*** treatments were established in total:NtE(no tillage soil with earthworms),CtE(conventional tillage soil with earthworms),NtC(control,no tillage soil without earthworms),and CtC(control,conventional tillage soil without earthworms).Earthworms significantly enhanced the abundance of soil macroaggregates(>2000μm and 250-2000μm)on day 30 compared with day 2(after labeling),especially in the *** day 30,in the presence of earthworms,the amounts of rhizodeposit carbon in the>2000μm and 250-2000μm soil aggregates in the Ntsoils were significantly higher than in those in the Ctsoils(Ptures in the same size aggregates were observed in the Nt soils than in the Ct soils(Pthese findings indicated that compared with the Ct soils,with the involvement of earthworm activity,the Nt soils promoted more rhizodeposit carbon transformation to the soil *** results clearly indicate that soil macroaggregates formed in different tillage soils in the presence of 2 different engineers(earthworms and roots)significantly differ from those formed in the presence of only one organism(roots)in the long term.

Cancer reprogramming is an important facilitator of cancer development and survival,with tumor cells exhibiting a preference for aerobic glycolysis beyond oxidative phosphorylation,even under sufficient oxygen supply *** metabolic alteration,known as the Warburg effect,serves as a significant indicator of malignant tumor *** Warburg effect primarily impacts cancer occurrence by influencing the aerobic glycolysis pathway in cancer *** enzymes involved in this process include glucose transporters(GLUts),HKs,PFKs,LDHs,and ***,the expression of transcriptional regulatory factors and proteins,such as FOXM1,p53,NF-κb,HIF1a,and c-Myc,can also influence cancer ***,lncRNAs,miRNAs,and circular RNAs play a vital role in directly regulating the Warburg ***,gene mutations,tumor microenvironment remodeling,and immune system interactions are closely associated with the Warburg ***,the development of drugs targeting the Warburg effect has exhibited promising potential in tumor *** comprehensive review presents novel directions and approaches for the early diagnosis and treatment of cancer patients by conducting in-depth research and summarizing the bright prospects of targeting the Warburg effect in cancer.
