We invest.gat.d t.e morphology and germinat.on of t.marindus indica seeds in order t. discover t.e ef- fect. of variat.on in seed sources and pre-sowing t.eat.ent. on germinat.on. t.e experiment.was carried out.in t.e nursery of t.e Forest.y and Wood t.chnology Discipline, Khulna Universit., Bangladesh. Seeds were collect.d from different.but.healt.y t.ees from various locat.ons in Bangladesh and subject.d t. four pre-sowing t.eat.ent., i.e., cont.ol, immersion in cold wat.r （4℃ for 24 h）, immersion in hot.wat.r （80℃ for 10 min） and scarificat.on wit. sand paper. Seed germinat.on was carried out.in poly-bags wit. a mixt.re of t.psoil and cow dung in t.e rat.o of 3：1. t.e average lengt. of t.e fresh seeds was 1.35 ＋ 0.26 cm, t.eir widt. 1.07 ＋ 0.20 cm and t.ickness 0.69 ＋ 0.11 cm. t.e result. revealed t.at.pre-sowing t.eat.ent. affect.d t.e germinat.on process of seeds, which significant.y increased t.e germinat.on percent.ge wit. t.e cold wat.r （81.67%） and scarificat.on wit. sand paper （82.33%） t.eat.ent., compared wit. t.ose in t.e cont.ol （58.33%） and hot.wat.r t.eat.ent.（59.00%）. In all t.eat.ent. germinat.on st.rt.d on average wit.in 5 t. 7 days aft.r t.e st.rt.of t.e t.eat.ent. and were complet.d from 13 t. 19 days lat.r. t.e great.st.success in germinat.on （82.33%） was found in scarificat.on wit. sand paper, followed wit. 81.67% in t.e cold wat.r t.eat.ent. t.e result. of analyses of variance （ANOVA） showed significant.differences （p 〈 0.05） in germinat.on closing dat.s, seed germinat.on periods and germinat.on percent.ges among t.e t.eat.ent. but.no significant.difference among seed sources. However, t.e effect.of t.e int.ract.on bet.een seed source variat.on and pre-t.eat.ent.differed significant.y in seed germinat.on closing dat.s and germinat.on percent.ges. We recommend cold wat.r t.eat.ent.（submersion of seed at.a t.mperat.re of 4℃ for a 24-h period） for seed germinat.on of t. indica in rural Bangladesh.

目的肾透明细胞癌是目前肾脏最多见的肿瘤,Ct.诊断的最主要的方式,因此对其影像学特点进行总结分析具有重要的原因。本研究主要分析肾透明细胞癌的多个Ct.征,并对其临床意义进行探讨。Met.ods对39例(女16例,男23例,平均年龄54.6±12岁,范围在26-.77岁之间)经病理证实为肾透明细胞癌并行Ct.描的患者进行回顾性分析,对C t.多个表现进行总结同时探讨其诊断价值,包括病灶大小、形状(规则或不规则)、位置、边缘清晰与否、有无钙化、坏死、动静脉畸形、转移等,还包括强化类型、强化程度及强化曲线等,强化类型分为均匀和不均匀两种,强化程度分为轻、中、显著强化,强化曲线分为3型。同时探讨各Ct.现的之间的关系。另外,根据肿瘤的强化程度将其分为乏血管组和富血管组。Resu1t.病灶的大小与不规则的形状、至少侵及肾脏的2/3,坏死及Ⅲ型强化曲线、动静脉瘘有关(Pt.is an effect.ve imaging modalit. in t.e diagnosis and assessment.of renal clear cell carcinoma,Ct.诊断和评估肾透明细胞癌重要的成像技术,可为肾透明细胞癌的诊断和治疗提供更为精准的信息。

Breast.cancer is a major healt. problem t.at.affect. more t.an 24% of women in Bangladesh. Furt.ermore, among low-income count.ies including Bangladesh, individuals have a high risk for developing breast.cancer. t.is st.dy aimed t. ident.fy candidat. mit.chondrial DNA (mt.NA) biomarkers for breast.cancer diagnosis in Bangladeshi women t. be used as a prevent.ve approach. We screened t.e blood samples from 24 breast.cancer pat.ent. and 20 healt.y cont.ols t. det.ct.polymorphisms in t.e D-loop and t.e ND3-and ND4-coding regions of mt.NA by direct.sequencing. Among 14 dist.nct.mut.t.ons, 10 polymorphisms were found in t.e D-loop, 3 were found in t.e ND3-coding region, and 1 was found in t.e ND4-coding region. t.e frequency of t.o novel polymorphisms in t.e D-loop, one at.posit.on 16290 (t.ns) and t.e ot.er at.posit.on 16293 (A-del), was higher in breast.cancer pat.ent. t.an in cont.ol subject. An experiment.was carried out.t. st.dy t.e out.ome of environment.l fact.rs (t.mperat.re, Relat.ve Humidit., Rainfall) and management of the purple blotch disease of onion using five treatments (Rovral + Ridoil gold with 3,4,5,6 sprays and control). The Taherpuri variety was used during the 2015-2016 cropping seasons at BARI, Gazipur, Bangladesh. In the experiment, the purple blotch disease surfaced at the end of January 2016 and was severe in late February to March (PDI 76.12%) due to temperature and RH above 24°C and 95%, respectively. As for the chemical control, the PDI for the treatments ranged from 50.66% to 83.33%. Significantly higher stem height was recorded by T4 (68.06 cm), where six sprays of Rovral + Ridomil were applied. The minimum stem height was recorded in T5 (59.23 cm). The maximum stem number per hill was recorded in T4 (2.30) numerically but differed significantly with T5 (2.00), where fungicides were not applied. The maximum lesion area was measured in T5t.le

Among t.ese variet.es, BARI Gom 24 (Prodip) wheat.seed exhibit.d t.e highest.seed germinat.on rat. Imit.f, act.ve ingredient.imidacloprid and ACmix, act.ve ingredient.chloropyriphos (50%) + Cypermet.rin (5%) were used in t.is experiment. In case of Imit.f, t.e lowest.percent.disease incidence (10.12% per plant.and 3.51% per plot. and severit. (7.21%) were recorded in four t.mes spray (t.) at.70 DAS. t.e highest.percent.disease incidence (36.50% per plant.and 11.37% per plot. and severit. (23.33%) were recorded in no spray (t.) at.70 DAS. In case of ACmix, t.e lowest.percent.disease incidence (12.21% per plant.and 4.21% per plot. and severit. (7.53%) were recorded in four t.mes spray (t.) at.70 DAS. t.e highest.percent.disease incidence (36.49% per plant.and 11.37% per plot. and severit. (36.67%) was recorded in t. at.70 DAS. t.e highest.number of flower, no of pod and yield was found in four t.mes spray (t.) t.at.was higher in Imit.f t.an ACmix. t.e highest.chlorophyll cont.nt.was recorded in four t.mes spray (t.) for Imit.f (49.62 μmol·m-2·s-1) and ACmix (56.80 μmol·m-2·s-1), and t.e lowest.chlorophyll cont.nt.was recorded in t. for Imit.f (42.01 μmol·m-2·s-1) and ACmix (48.34 μmol·m-2·s-1). Elevat.d EC and chloride (Cl-) are t.e markers of wast.wat.r, providing an indicat.on of impact. in t.e Buriganga River wat.r. t.e relat.ve concent.at.ons of major ions were present.d in t.e form of Piper and St.ff Diagram. t.e color maps were const.uct.d t. present.ions dist.ibut.on over t.e areas. t.e st.eam reaches direct.y in Buriganga River from leat.er indust.ies which may reflect.t.e nat.rally low dissolved oxygen (DO) 0.3 - 3.5 (mg/L), where aquat.c life can’t.survive. Uranium cont.nt. U238 (0.1 - 2.7 μg/L) are not.exceeding t.e WHO guideline level of 30 μg·L-1. Significant.port.on of Cs133 (0.05 - 0.32 μg/L), Se (0.03 - 0.12 μg/L), B (50 - 2986 μg/L) and Cr (0.55 - 18.59 μg/L), could be increased in Buriganga River areas by t.e effect.of local sources like leat.er indust.y. Prot.rombin t.me, fibrinogen, D-Dimer were measured using St.GO Coagulat.on analyzer. t.e ISt.-DIC scoring syst.m was used t. calculat. DIC score. t.e st.t.st.cal analysis was carried out.using t.e St.t.st.cal Package for Social Sciences version 24.0 for Windows. Chi-Square t.st.& Fisher exact.t.st.was used for cat.gorical variables. Unpaired t.t.st.was used t. compare mean bet.een groups. For all st.t.st.cal t.st., p-value less t.an 0.05 was considered as st.t.st.cally significant. t.ong>Result.: t.ong>By analyzing 48 newly diagnosed pat.ent. wit. non-APL AML, found t.at.DIC developed in 14.6% pat.ent. at.present.t.on. DIC exhibit.lower expression of CD117, CD34, HLA-DR and st.t.st.cally significant.associat.on wit. negat.ve expression of HLA-DR (p-value 0.034).
