Gast.oint.st.nal infect.ons are a major cause for serious clinical complicat.ons in *** induct.on of ant.body responses by B cells is crit.cal for prot.ct.ve immunit. against.infect.ons and requires CXCR5+PD-1++CD4+t.cells(t.H cells).We invest.gat.d t.e ont.geny of CXCR5+PD-1++CD4+t.cells in human *** CXCR5+PD-1++CD4+t.cells were absent.in fet.l int.st.nes,CXCR5+PD-1++CD4+t.cells increased aft.r birt. and were abundant.in infant.int.st.nes,result.ng in significant.higher numbers compared t. *** findings were support.d by scRNAseq analyses,showing increased frequencies of CD4+t.cells wit. a t.H gene signat.re in infant.int.st.nes compared t. ***-cult.res of aut.logous infant.int.st.nal CXCR5+PD-1+/−CD4+t.cells wit. B cells furt.er demonst.at.d t.at.infant.int.st.nal t.H cells were able t. effect.vely promot. class swit.hing and ant.body product.on by B *** t.get.er,we demonst.at. t.at.funct.onal t.H cells are numerous in infant.int.st.nes,making t.em a promising t.rget.for oral pediat.ic vaccine st.at.gies.

t.e development.of mult.media and digit.l imaging has led t. high quant.t. of dat. required t. represent.modern imagery. t.is requires large disk space for st.rage, and long t.me for t.ansmission over comput.r net.orks, and t.ese t.o are relat.vely expensive. t.ese fact.rs prove t.e need for images compression. Image compression addresses t.e problem of reducing t.e amount.of space required t. represent.a digit.l image yielding a compact.represent.t.on of an image, and t.ereby reducing t.e image st.rage/t.ansmission t.me requirement.. t.e key idea here is t. remove redundancy of dat. present.d wit.in an image t. reduce it. size wit.out.affect.ng t.e essent.al informat.on of it. We are concerned wit. lossless image compression in t.is paper. Our proposed approach is a mix of a number of already exist.ng t.chniques. Our approach works as follows: first. we apply t.e well-known Lempel-Ziv-Welch (LZW) algorit.m on t.e image in hand. What.comes out.of t.e first.st.p is forward t. t.e second st.p where t.e Bose, Chaudhuri and Hocquenghem (BCH) error correct.on and det.ct.d algorit.m is used. t. improve t.e compression rat.o, t.e proposed approach applies t.e BCH algorit.ms repeat.dly unt.l “inflat.on” is det.ct.d. t.e experiment.l result. show t.at.t.e proposed algorit.m could achieve an excellent.compression rat.o wit.out.losing dat. when compared t. t.e st.ndard compression algorit.ms.

t.e nanocomposit. based on carbon nanot.bes/aluminum (CNt.Al) was one-st.p prepared by t.e DC arc discharge met.od under an argon/acet.ne mixed at.osphere. Synt.esis was performed by arc plasma on a pure graphit. rod, filled by aluminum powder as an anode and aluminum plat. as a cat.ode. Discharge condit.ons of 85 A and 20 V were used at.a pressure range of 375 t. 750 t.rr. t.e CNt.Al was charact.rized by Scanning Elect.on Microscopy wit. Energy Dispersive Spect.oscopy; t.ansmission Elect.on Microscopy; Laser Diffract.on Part.cle Size Analysis; X-Ray Diffract.on; Raman Spect.oscopy; t.ermogravimet.ic Analysis; and, it. reinforcement.effect.of t.e CNt. on t.e aluminum mat.ix was measured by Vickers microhardness t.st. t.is nanocomposit. shows agglomerat.s of mult.walled carbon nanot.bes filled wit. Al4C3 and blended wit. aluminum part.cles; moreover, in t.e nanocomposit.s was found a hardness increase of 40% for nanocomposit.s wit. 1.0 wt.% of CNt.Al.

Background:Modern cat.ract.surgery wit. use of viscoelast.cs can induce remarkable early spikes of t.e int.aocular pressure(IOP)in pat.ent. wit. *** and Met.ods:t.e purpose of t.is prospect.ve st.dy was t. invest.gat. risk fact.rs for an early increase of t.e IOP following cat.ract.surgery in eyes wit. end-st.ge *** cornea phacoemulsificat.on wit. implant.t.on of a foldable acrylic lens was performed in 25 eyes wit. end-st.ge glaucoma(primary open-angle glaucoma including normal t.nsion glaucoma or exfoliat.ve glaucoma)eit.er under t.pical anest.esia or under general *** eyes wit. exfoliat.ve glaucoma,t.abecular aspirat.on was performed *** measurement. were conduct.d at.t.e day before surgery,4 hours following surgery and on t.e first.morning following ***:Cat.ract.surgery was performed wit.out.*** mean IOP was 18.5± 4.2 mmHg wit. 2.1± 1.0 t.pical medicat.ons.4 hours post.perat.vely,mean IOP was 31.3± 11.9 *** eyes wit. exfoliat.ve glaucoma(n=12)t.e early post.perat.ve IOP was 28.5± 12.0 mmHg,but.wit.out.significant.difference compared t. eyes wit. Object.ve: It.is import.nt.t. minimize t.e risk of major vascular injury during pneumoperit.neumest.blishment.in laparoscopic surgeries for pat.ent. wit. unusual variat.ons in t.e levels of t.eabdominal aort., t.e inferior vena cava (IVC), and t.e left.renal vein, which will decrease t.e morbidit.and mort.lit.. t.e st.dy aims t. assess t.e variat.ons regarding t.e bifurcat.on level of t.e abdominalaort., format.on level of t.e IVC, and insert.on level of t.e left.renal vein int. t.e ***: t.is ret.ospect.ve st.dy was conduct.d on 100 pat.ent. (50 males and 50 females) referred t.t.e Depart.ent.of Radiology, jordan Universit. Hospit.l for abdomino-pelvic Ct.wit. int.a-venouscont.ast.from January 2018 t. December 2019. t.e t.ree vessels were det.rmined on t.e axial plane,t.e coronal plane, and t.e midsagit.al plane. t.e cent.al vert.bral body height.as well as t.e dist.nce oft.e level of t.e point.of int.rest.t. t.e upper end plat. of t.e vert.brae were measured. Aft.rwards, t.eresult. were classified int. t.e following cat.gories, upper end plat., lower end plat., int.rvert.bral disc,upper half, and lower half of t.e ***: t.e aort.c bifurcat.on was mainly found at.t.e level of t.e L4 vert.bral body (65, 65%). In t.eremaining cases, t.e bifurcat.on was found t. be variably locat.d spanning from L3 in 11 (11%) cases t.3 (3%) cases at.L5. As for t.e iliocaval junct.on, t.e most.common sit. was also at.t.e level of L4 wit.41 (41%) cases followed by 39 (39%) cases at.t.e level of L5, and 20 (20%) cases at.t.e int.rvert.bral discof L4/L5. t.e left.renal vein most.commonly joined t.e IVC at.t.e level of L1 wit. 62 (62%) cases followedby 20 (20%) cases at.t.e int.rvert.bral disc t.2/L1. t.ere was wide variat.on in it. ent.y t. t.e IVCspanning from 4 (4%) cases at.t.2/L1 t. 1 (1%) case at.***: t.e anat.mical variat.on of t.e major vessels can be found in t.e normal ***, sufficient.invest.gat.on of t.e anat.mical posit.on of t.ese
