We present.a met.od t. improve t.e execut.on t.me used t. build t.e roadmap in probabilist.c roadmap planners. Our met.od int.lligent.y deact.vat.s some of t.e configurat.ons during t.e learning phase and allows t.e planner t. concent.at. on t.ose configurat.ons t.at.axe most.likely going t. be useful when building t.e roadmap. t.e met.od can be used wit. many of t.e exist.ng sampling algorit.ms. We ran t.st. wit. four simulat.d robot.problems t.pical in robot.cs lit.rat.re. t.e sampling met.ods applied were purely random, using Halt.n numbers, Gaussian dist.ibut.on, and bridge t.st.t.chnique. In our t.st., t.e deact.vat.on met.od clearly improved t.e execut.on t.mes. Compared wit. pure random select.ons, t.e deact.vat.on met.od also significant.y decreased t.e size of t.e roadmap, which is a useful propert. t. simplify roadmap planning t.sks.

Each point.wit.in t.e feasible zone consist. of a specific value of heat.and elect.ic power. t.ese unit. are used along wit. ot.er unit. which produce eit.er heat.or power exclusively. Hence t.e economic dispat.h problem for t.ese plant. opt.mizing t.e fuel cost.is quit. complex and several classical and met.-heurist.c algo- rit.ms have been proposed earlier. t.is paper applies t.e invasive weed opt.mizat.on algorit.m which is inspired by t.e ecological process of weed colonizat.on and dist.ibu- t.on. t.e result. obt.ined have been compared wit. t.ose obt.ined by ot.er met.ods earlier and showed a marked improvement.over earlier ones.

Met.ods Impact.of select.d levels of t.mperat.re on growt. rat. （based on opt.cal densit.）, populat.on count. chlorophyll-a and biomass of t.e alga was evaluat.d in art.ficial growt. medium for 19 days. t. det.rmine t.e induct.on of hsp in t.e alga, it.was exposed t. select.d t.mperat.re levels for 3 h and furt.er kept.for 6 h at.cult.ring condit.on at.26℃. Induct.on of hsp was confirmed by immuno-det.ct.on followed by SDS-polyacrylamide gel elect.ophoresis. Result. t.e select.d growt. paramet.rs such as growt. rat., populat.on count. chlorophyll-a and biomass were reduced significant.y （P〈0.001） at.39℃. However, hsp 70 expression was observed only at.39℃. Conclusion t.mperat.re up t. 36℃ may be considered as t.e limit.of safe exposure for t.ermal, st.ess for t.e alga Scenedesmus quadricauda.

COPD, predominant.y as a result.of t.bacco smoke exposure, represent. t.e fourt. leading cause of mort.lit. worldwide and it. prevalence is increasing. Despit. t.is, much of t.e basic mechanisms which cont.ibut. t. disease progression remain t. be elucidat.d and current.t.erapeut.c approaches are, for t.e most.part. based upon alleviat.ng pat.ent.sympt.ms （bronchodilat.rs） as opposed t. t.eat.ng t.e underlying pat.ological mechanisms t.iggered in response t. cigaret.e smoke exposure. t.e classic disease paradigm suggest. t.at.an imbalance of pulmonary mat.ix prot.ases versus ant.-prot.ases underlies t.e t.ssue dest.uct.on and inflammat.on associat.d wit. Nonsense-mediat.d mRNA decay （NMD） is an import.nt.mRNA qualit. surveillance pat.way in all eukaryot.s t.at.eliminat.s aberrant.mRNAs derived from various sources. t.ree NMD fact.r prot.ins, UPF1, UPF2, and UPF3 are required for t.e NMD process and were found t. be also involved in cert.in st.ess responses in mammalian and yeast.cells. Using Arabidopsis t.aliana mut.nt. of UPF1 and UPF3 and UPF2-silenced lines （irUPF2）, we examined t.e involvement.of UPF1, UPF2, and UPF3 in development.and in response t. st.esses, wounding and infect.on by Pseudomonas syringae pv. t.mat. st.ain DC3000. Under t.e long （16 h） phot.period condit.on, Arabidopsis having a defect.in NMD fact.rs exhibit.d alt.red morphologies of various organs, dist.rbed homeost.sis of wounding-induced jasmonic acid and pat.ogen-elicit.d salicylic acid, and abnormal wounding- and met.yl jasmonat.-induced changes in t.e t.anscript.levels of t.o defense-relat.d genes, LOX2 and VSP2. Import.nt.y, when plant. were cult.vat.d under t.e short.（10 h） phot.period condit.on, mut.nt. of UPF1 and UPF3 and irUPF2 showed smaller differences from t.e wild-t.pe plant. in growt. and st.ess-induced responses. t.ese dat. suggest.a complex regulat.ry net.ork, likely composed of light.signaling and NMD fact.r-mediat.d pat.ways, in influencing plant.development.and adapt.on t. environment.l st.esses.
