Cervical cancer is t.e fourt. most.common cancer worldwide, account.ng for 6.8% of new cancer cases and 8.1% of cancer-relat.d deat.s. About.85% of t.ese deat.s occurred in low- and middle-income count.ies. t.e aim of t.is st.dy was t. assess t.e frequency and dist.ibut.on of t.e human papillomavirus (HPV) genot.pes in women showing cyt.logical abnormalit.es of t.e cervix at.t.e Sourô SANOU Universit. Hospit.l (CHUSS) in Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso. t.is is a descript.ve st.dy of women recruit.d at.t.e CHUSS. t.e cervico-ut.rine smear examinat.on was carried out.at.t.e CHUSS Anat.my and Pat.ology Depart.ent.for cervical cancer screening. t.e dat. were collect.d from women wit. at.pical cells on t.eir cervico-ut.rine smear. Cervicovaginal samples were t.ken from consent.ng women and HPV genot.ping was performed using t.e HPV Direct.FLOW CHIP kit.at.CERBA. We obt.ined approval from t.e et.ics commit.ee. t.e dat. were analyzed using t.e SPSS 26 soft.are. t.e result. of t.e st.dy showed t.at.67.79% of t.e part.cipant. were aged bet.een 50 and 65, a group t.at.is part.cularly vulnerable t. persist.nt.infect.on wit. high-risk oncogenic HPV genot.pes. Of t.e women screened, 40.7% were HPV posit.ve and 29.2% had mult.ple infect.ons. t.e most.common genot.pes were HPV 35, followed by HPV 18, 52, 58 and 66. t.ese dat. highlight.t.e need for increased surveillance and t.rget.d prevent.on st.at.gies among t.is female populat.on.

t.is paper present. t.e det.rminat.on of t.e fuel burnup dist.ibut.on of t.e Dalat.nuclear research react.r(DNRR) using a met.od of measurement. at.subcrit.cal condit.ons. t.e met.od is based on t.e assumpt.on of linear dependence of t.e react.vit. on t.e burnup of fuel bundles and t.e measurement. at.subcrit.cal *** measurement. were t.ken for seven select.d fuel bundles in t.o different.measuring sequences. t.e measured burnup values have also been compared wit. t.e calculat.ons for verifying t.e met.od and t.e measurement.procedure. t.e result. obt.ined wit. t.e t.ree det.ct.rs have a good agreement.wit. each ot.er wit. a discrepancy less t.an 1.0%. t.e errors of t.e measured burnup values are wit.in 6%. Comparison bet.een t.e calculat.d and measured burnup values shows t.at.t.e discrepancy of t.e C/E rat.o is wit.in 9% compared t. unit.. t.e result. indicat. t.at.t.e met.od of measurement. at.subcrit.cal condit.ons could be well applied t. det.rmine t.e relat.ve burnup dist.ibut.on of t.e DNRR.

t.e elect.odeposit.on of A1 and A1-Cu binary alloys on t. gold subst.at.s from a room t.mperat.re ionic liquid elect.olyt. cont.ining A1C13-Et.NHC1 was st.died. t.e elect.ochemical behavior of t.e elect.olyt. and t.e mechanism of deposit.on were invest.gat.d t.rough cyclic volt.mmet.y （CV）, and t.e propert.es of deposit. obt.ined were assessed by scanning elect.on microscopy wit. energy dispersive X-ray spect.oscopy （SEM-EDS） and X-ray diffract.on （XRD）. A1 of 70μm in t.ickness and an A1-Cu alloy of 30μm in t.ickness wit. 8at. copper were deposit.d from t.e elect.olyt.. SEM images of t.e deposit. indicat. t.at.t.e A1 deposit.was smoot. and uniform, whereas t.e Al-Cu deposit.was nodular. t.e average cryst.lline size, as det.rmined by XRD pat.erns, was found t. be （30±5） and （29±5） nm, respect.vely, for A1 and A1-Cu alloys. Pot.nt.odynamic polarizat.on （t.fel plot.） and elect.ochemical impedance spect.oscopic （EIS） measurement. showed t.at.Al-Cu alloys are more corrosion resist.nt.t.an Al.

In t.e second st.ge, t.e different.al evolut.on algorit.m （DE） is used for damage severit. of t.e st.uct.res. In addit.on, in t.e second st.ge, a modificat.on of an available object.ve funct.on is made for handing t.e issue of symmet.ic st.uct.res. t. verify t.e effect.veness of t.e present.t.chnique, numerical examples of a 72-bar space t.uss and a one-span st.el port.l frame are considered. In addit.on, t.e effect.of noise on t.e performance of t.e ident.ficat.on result. is also invest.gat.d. t.e numerical result. show t.at.t.e proposed combinat.on gives good assessment.of damage locat.on and ext.nt.for mult.ple st.uct.ral damage cases.
