BACKGROUND t.pe Ⅱ diabet.s mellit.s(t.DM)has been associat.d wit. increased risk of colon cancer(CC)and worse prognosis in pat.ent. wit. *** effect. of t.DM on post.perat.ve chemoresist.nce rat.(CRR)and long-t.rm disease-free survival(DFS)and overall survival(OS)in pat.ent. wit. st.ge Ⅲ CC who receive curat.ve resect.on remain *** t. invest.gat. whet.er t.DM or glycemic cont.ol is associat.d wit. worse post.perat.ve survival out.omes in st.ge Ⅲ *** t.is ret.ospect.ve cohort.st.dy included 278 pat.ent. aged 40-75 years who underwent.surgery for st.ge Ⅲ CC from 2018 t. *** on preoperat.ve t.DM hist.ry,t.e pat.ent. were cat.gorized int. non-DM(n=160)and DM groups(n=118).t.e lat.er was furt.er divided int. well-cont.olled(n=73)and poorly cont.olled(n=45)groups depending on t.e st.t.s of glycemic ***,OS,and CRR were compared bet.een t.e groups and Cox regression analysis was used t. ident.fy risk *** Pat.ent. in t.e DM and non-DM groups demonst.at.d similar DFS,OS,and CRR(DFS:72.03%vs 78.75%,P=0.178;OS:81.36%vs 83.12%,P=0.638;CRR:14.41%vs 7.5%,P=0.063).Poorly cont.olled DM was associat.d wit. a significant.y worse prognosis and higher CRR t.an well-cont.olled DM(DFS:62.22%vs 78.07%,P=0.021;OS:71.11%vs 87.67%,P=0.011;CRR:24.40%vs 8.22%,P=0.015).High preoperat.ve fast.ng plasma glucose[DFS:Hazard rat.o(HR)=2.684,Pt.d hemoglobin levels(DFS:HR=2.344,P=0.006;OS:HR=2.119,P=0.021;CRR:HR=2.449,P=0.009)indicat.d significant.y poor prognosis and high CRR,while t.DM hist.ry did not.DFS:HR=1.178,P=0.327;OS:HR=0.933,P=0.739;CRR:HR=0.997,P=0.581).CONCLUSION Increased preoperat.ve fast.ng plasma glucose and glycosylat.d hemoglobin levels,but.not.t.DM hist.ry,were ident.fied as risk fact.rs associat.d wit. poor post.perat.ve out.omes and high CRR in pat.ent. wit. st.ge Ⅲ CC.

Object.ve:In order t. enhance t.e efficacy of ant.-breast.cancer,paclit.xel nanopart.cles（Pt. NPs were prepared by self-assembly met.od,and t.en t.e cyt.t.xicit. in vit.o was invest.gat.d by Met.yl t.iazolyl t.t.azolium（Mt.） and ot.er met.ods,and t.e efficacy and side effect. in vivo were furt.er ***:t.e average hydrat.d diamet.r,PDI and elect.ic pot.nt.al of Pt. NPs were（210.20±1.57） nm,（0.081±0.003） mV and（15.80±0.35） mV,*** result. showed t.at.t.e IC50value of Pt. NPs on 4 t. cells was 0.490 μg/mL,while t.at.of Pt. inject.on was 1.737 μg/*** cell inhibit.ry effect.of Pt. NPs was about.3.5 t.mes higher t.an t.at.of Pt. *** t.mor inhibit.on rat.s of Pt. An invasive new biot.pe of t.e t.mat./pot.t. psyllid （Bact.ricera [Parat.ioza] cockerelli [Sulc.]）（Homopt.ra： Psyllidae） recent.y has caused losses exceeding 50% on fresh market.t.mat.es in west.rn Nort. America. Despit. t.ese ext.nsive losses, lit.le is known regarding t.e t.reshold levels at.which populat.ons must.be suppressed in order t. prevent.economic losses. A series of experiment. were t.erefore designed using combinat.ons of t.o common t.mat. cult.vars （Qualit.21 and Yellow Pear）, five pest.densit.es （0, 20, 30, 40 and 50 nymphs/plant., and t.ree feeding-durat.on （5 days, 10 days, and lifet.me） t.eat.ent. t. t.st.t.e relat.ve import.nce of pest.densit., feeding period, and cumulat.ve psyllid-days t. est.blish economic t.reshold levels for psyllids. t.e cult.vars differed considerably in t.eir response t. t.e t.xin inject.d by t.e psyllid nymphs. ‘Yellow Pear＇ plant. could recover from feeding by up t. 40 nymphs for as long as 10 d, whereas ‘Qualit.21＇ plant. were irreparably damaged by densit.es of 20 nymphs feeding for only 5 days. Past.research has demonst.at.d t.at.a phase-only hologram can be obt.ined by down-sampling t.e int.nsit. image of t.e object.scene prior t. t.e generat.on of t.e hologram. In t.is Let.er, we ext.nd t.e met.od t. t.e generat.on of binary phase-only holograms. A hologram derived wit. our proposed met.od is referred t. as a binary-sampled phase-only hologram （BSPOH）. Being different.from t.e parent.scheme, we have adopt.d an off- axis configurat.on in t.e generat.on of t.e BSPOH t. avoid t.e quant.zat.on noise, t.e zerot.-order light. and t.e conjugat. light.. An experiment.l evaluat.on reveals t.at.t.e reconst.uct.d image of t.e BSPOH is of good qualit., and only cont.ins slight.amount.of noise.
