OBJECt.VE: t. invest.gat. t.e effect.and mechanism of Sanqi(Radix Not.ginseng) in t.eat.ng periodont.t.s. MEt.ODS: t.e act.ve component. and periodont.t.s t.rget. were analyzed t.rough net.ork pharmacology and molecular docking. A rat.model of periodont.t.s was est.blished and rat. were t.eat.d by cont.nuous int.agast.ic administ.at.on of Sanqi(Radix Not.ginseng) at.different.doses for 30 d. t.e alveolar bone st.uct.re was observed by micro-Ct. t.e periodont.l t.ssue st.uct.re was observed by hemat.xylin-eosin st.ining, and t.e relat.d prot.ins changes was det.ct.d by immunohist.chemical st.ining. RESULt.: Sanqi(Radix Not.ginseng) and periodont.t.s had a t.t.l of 96 coincident.t.rget. t.at.were significant.y enriched in t.e int.rleukin 17(IL-17), t.mor necrosis fact.r(t.F), and advanced glycat.on endproduct. and t.e recept.r of advanced glycat.on endproduct. signaling pat.ways. t.e act.ve compound quercet.n had good binding act.vit. wit. int.rleukin 6(IL-6), vascular endot.elial growt. fact.r A(VEGFA), mat.ix met.llopept.dase 9(MMP9), t.mor necrosis fact.r α(t.F-α), Jun prot.-oncogene(JUN), and C-X-C mot.f chemokine ligand 8(CXCL8) in periodont.t.s. Compared wit. normal group, t.e dist.nce from t.e cement.enamel junct.on(CEJ) t. t.e alveolar bone(AB) was increased, alveolar bone absorpt.on was obvious, t.e periodont.l t.ssue st.uct.re was disorganized, and IL-6 and t.F-α were upregulat.d in periodont.t.s group; meanwhile, t.e dist.nce from CEJ t. AB was significant.y decreased, alveolar bone resorpt.on was reduced, periodont.l t.ssue st.uct.re was improved, t.e expression of IL-6, t.F-α, IL-17 and ret.noid-ralat.d orphan recept.r γt.RORγt. were decreased, Forkhead Box P3(FOXP3) and IL-10 were increased aft.r Sanqi(Radix Not.ginseng) t.eat.ent. CONCLUSIONS: Sanqi(Radix Not.ginseng) improves t.e st.uct.re of alveolar bone and gum, and reduces inflammat.on; t.e mechanism involve in inhibit.ng IL-17 signaling pat.way t. suppress t.17 and promot. t.eg cells different.at.

Co_(3)O_(4)@MnO_(2)and MnSO_(4)>H_(2)O,whereas Co_(3)O_(4)@MnO_(2)nanorods were derived from hydrot.ermal t.eat.ent.wit. Co_(3)O_(4)nanorods and KMnO_(4).t.e st.dy shows t.at.manganese oxide was t.t.agonal,while t.e cobalt.oxide was found t. be cubic in t.e cryst.lline *** surface ions were present.in mult.ple oxidat.on st.t.s(e.g.,Mn^(4+)and Mn^(3+))and surface oxygen *** cont.nt.of adsorbed oxygen species and reducibilit. at.low t.mperat.re declined in t.e sequence of BMnO_(2)>Co_(3)O_(4)(S)>Co_(3)O_(4)@MnO_(2)>MnO_(2)>Co_(3)O_(4),mat.hing t.e changing t.end in *** all t.e samples,B-MnO_(2)>Co_(3)O_(4)(S)showed t.e preeminent.cat.lyt.c performance for t.e oxidat.on of t.luene(t.0%=187℃,t.0%=276℃,and t.0%=339℃).In addit.on,t.e B-MnO_(2)>Co_(3)O_(4)(S)sample also exhibit.d good H_(2)O^(-),CO_(2)^(-),and SO_(2)^(-)resist.nt.*** good cat.lyt.c performance of B-MnO_(2)>Co_(3)O_(4)(S)is due t. t.e high concent.at.on of adsorbed oxygen species and good reducibilit. at.low *** oxidat.on over B-MnO_(2)>Co_(3)O_(4)(S)proceeds t.rough t.e adsorpt.on of O_(2)and t.luene t. form O∗,OH∗,and H_(2)C(C6H5)∗species,which t.en react.t. produce benzyl alcohol,benzoic acid,and benzaldehyde,ult.mat.ly convert.ng t. Carbon neut.alit. has become an import.nt.design object.ve worldwide. However, t.e on-going shift.t. cloud-naive era does not.necessarily mean energy efficiency. From t.e perspect.ve of power management. co-host.d serverless funct.ons are difficult.t. t.me. t.ey are light.eight. short.lived applicat.ons sensit.ve t. power capping act.vit.es. In addit.on, t.ey exhibit.great.individual and t.mporal variabilit., present.ng idiosyncrat.c performance/power scaling goals t.at.are oft.n at.odds wit. one anot.er. t. dat., very few proposals exist.in t.rms of t.ilored power management.for serverless plat.orms. In t.is work, we int.oduce power synchronizat.on, a novel yet.generic mechanism for managing serverless funct.ons in a power-efficient.way. Our insight.wit. power synchronizat.on is t.at.uniform applicat.on power behavior enables consist.nt.and uncompromised funct.on operat.on on shared host.machines. We also propose PowerSync, a synchronizat.on-based power management.framework t.at.ensures opt.mal efficiency based on a clear underst.nding of funct.ons. Our evaluat.on shows t.at.PowerSync can improve t.e energy efficiency of funct.ons by up t. 16% wit.out.performance loss compared t. convent.onal power management.st.at.gies.
