In t.is st.dy, t.e elect.ical propert.es of Si Ge nanowires in t.rms of process and fabricat.on int.grit.,measurement.reliabilit., widt. scaling, and doping levels were invest.gat.d. Nanowires were fabricat.d on Si Geon oxide（SGOI） wafers wit. t.ickness of 52 nm and Ge cont.nt.of 47%. t.e first.group of Si Ge wires was init.ally formed by using convent.onal I-line lit.ography and t.en t.eir size was longit.dinally reduced by cut.ing wit. a focused ion beam（FIB） t. any desired nanomet.r range down t. 60 nm. t.e ot.er nanowire group was manufact.red direct.y t. a chosen nanomet.r level by using sidewall t.ansfer lit.ography（St.）. It.has been shown t.at.t.e FIB fabricat.on process allows manipulat.on of t.e line widt. and doping level of nanowires using Ga *** resist.nce of wires t.inned by FIB was 10 t.mes lower t.an St. wires which shows t.e possible dependency of elect.ical behavior on fabricat.on met.od.

In t.is paper, we st.dy t.e locat.on dist.ibut.on and det.rminant. for Chinese firms’ overseas Research and Development.R&D) act.vit.es, based on a dat.set.of 1,500 Chinese firms t.at.est.blished overseas R&D subsidiaries during t.e years 2010-2014. Int.grat.ng Dunning’s eclect.c paradigm and Uppsala Model, we const.uct.a t.o-dimensional model, which consist. of t.e det.rminant. from host.count.ies and from t.e int.ract.ons bet.een t.e host.count.ies and t.e home count.y, China. We use a mult.ple-regression met.od t. analyze t.e det.rminant. and rat.onale of t.e locat.on choice of Chinese firms’ overseas R&D act.vit.es. By ident.fying t.e det.rminant. of t.e locat.on of t.e Chinese firms, we aim t. reveal whet.er and where t.e locat.on st.at.gy of Chinese firms’ R&D globalizat.on differs from t.ose of t.e firms in t.e U.S., Europe and Japan;and t. provide a reference for Chinese firms in t.eir st.at.gy-making on R&D globalizat.on.

目的:探讨蚝菇提取物对老年大鼠(24月龄)肝肾组织内过氧化物酶基因表达及蛋白质羰基含量的影响。方法:18只大鼠被分为3组,每组6只。组1为健康年轻大鼠(4月龄)对照组;组2为健康老年大鼠(24月龄)对照组;组3为健康老年大鼠(24月龄)蚝菇提... 详细信息

目的:探讨蚝菇提取物对老年大鼠(24月龄)肝肾组织内过氧化物酶基因表达及蛋白质羰基含量的影响。方法:18只大鼠被分为3组,每组6只。组1为健康年轻大鼠(4月龄)对照组;组2为健康老年大鼠(24月龄)对照组;组3为健康老年大鼠(24月龄)蚝菇提取物干预组,干预措施为每天腹腔注射蚝菇提取物200 mg/kg体质量,连续注射30 d。第31天处死全部大鼠并取出肝肾组织。使用逆转录聚合酶链反应及分光光度测定法分别测定大鼠肝肾组织内过氧化物酶基因表达情况及蛋白质羰基的含量。结果:组3老年大鼠注射蚝菇提取物后,其肝肾组织内过氧化物酶基因表达显著高于组2老年大鼠,且组3老年大鼠肝肾组织内蛋白羰基含量显著低于组2老年大鼠。结论:蚝菇提取物能够增加老年大鼠肝肾组织内抗氧化酶基因的表达并减少自由基引起的蛋白质氧化,对于自由基引起的年龄相关性疾病可能有保护作用。
