在重型商用车方面,自动换档变速器在多年前已被接受并正在扩大其市场份额。在中型车方面,商用车辆主要由经过适当培训的驾驶员完成在城市和长距离的频繁装卸运输。这类车辆非常适合采用自动变速器。而ZF很早就开发了ASt.onic系列的变速器。本文的第一部分描述了系统概念的选择和相关标准。必须在部分互相矛盾的需要中(适应性、产品成本、可靠性等)寻找折中的解决方案。这里介绍了各独立元件模块化和集成化的概念。由于功能建立在电子和软件之上,而产品特性则由顾客“感受”。本文第二部分详细介绍了本项目的开发过程。系统性的要求(顾客、系统等)由功能软件实现,采用快速成形技术(RAP)确保开发工作的一致性。由于复杂的控制软件和为适应市场和顾客各种要求所需的灵活反映,因此昂贵的试验是至关重要的。

Met.st.t.c lesions in t.e superior vena cava and t.e right.at.ium are difficult.t. diagnose: in comput.d t.mography (Ct., t.ey are easily misint.rpret.d as art.fact., and t.e same region may be difficult.t. access using echocardiography. We present.a case of asympt.mat.c met.st.sis of a malignant.melanoma which was overlooked init.ally due t. deficiencies in imaging. Using 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose posit.on emission t.mographyCt. t.e met.st.sis was clearly ident.fied and finally t.eat.d successfully. We discuss t.e diagnost.c value of t.e various imaging modalit.es for int.acardiac masses.

Background: Art.riovenous dissect.on (sheat.ot.my) is a new t.erapeut.c opt.on in pat.ent. wit. branch ret.nal vein occlusion (BRVO) and macular involvement. We present.an angiographic follow-up of 22 pat.ent. who underwent.art.riovenous dissect.on (AVD). Met.ods: t.ent.-t.o pat.ent. (15 women; mean age 68.7±8.0 y ears) were examined preoperat.vely and 6 weeks, 3 mont.s, 6 mont.s, and 1 year a ft.r AVD. For assessment.of ret.nal hemodynamics, art.riovenous passage t.me (AV P) of t.e affect.d and unaffect.d branches at.first.(AVPe) and at.maximal (AVPma x) venous filling were measured. Changes in t.e foveal avascular zone (FAZ)were calculat.d t. det.rmine foveal st.uct.ral changes. Visual acuit. was assessed as funct.onal paramet.r. Result.: t.e early AVP (AVPe) of t.e affect.d branch incr eased from 4.4±0.8 s preoperat.vely t. 4.9±0.6 s 6 weeks aft.r surgery and dec reased t. 2.7±0.4 s 1 year aft.r surgery (p=0.05). When compared t. t.e unaffec t.d cont.ol branch, AVPe was significant.y increased in t.e affect.d branch preo perat.vely (4.5±0.8 s versus 1.5±0.2 s, pt.s (2.7±0.4 s versus 1.5±0.2 s, p t.s (3.1±0.4 s versus 2.2±0.3 s, p=0.02) aft.r AVD. Aft.r 1 year, AVPe no lon ger differed bet.een t.e affect.d and t.e cont.ol branch (2.7±0.4 s versus 2.6 ±0.3 s). AVPmax was significant.y increased in t.e affect.d branch preoperat.ve ly (11.8±0.8 s versus 7.7±1.0 s, p t.e AVPmax in t.e affect.d branch wit. t.e except.on of 3 mont.s aft.r surgery (10.2±1.1 s, p t.d when compared t. preoperat.ve values. t.e area of t.e FAZ did not.ch ange significant.y but.showed a t.end for enlargement. Conclusion: AVD for decom pression of BRVO leads t. a significant.decrease of AVP and may ameliorat. ret.n al perfusion in t.e affect.d branch.
