A carrier fringe techrtique for measuring surface deformation is described and verified by experiments. In contrast to conventional holography and fringe analysis, this holographic system is based on fibre optics and automatic spatial carrier fringe pattem analysis techniques Single-mode optic fibres are used to transfer both the object and reference beams. Carrier fringes are generated by simply translating the object beam between two exposures the Fourier transform is applied to the carrier fringe pattern to convert it to the spatial frequency domain, where it is processed the results are given for a centrally loaded disk, including a 3-D perspective plot of the out of plane deformation field, phase map, grey level map and contour map.

BACKGROUND Many scores have been suggested to assess the severity of acute pancreatitis upon *** extrapancreatic necrosis volume is a novel,promising score that appears to be superior to other scores investigated so *** to evaluate the discriminatory power of extrapancreatic necrosis volume to identify severe cases of acute *** A total of 123 patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis at Institute of Gastroenterology and Hepatology,St Spiridon Hospital between January 1,2017 and December 31,2019 were analyzed *** was classified according to the revised Atlanta classification(rAC)as mild,moderate,or *** was also evaluated by computed tomography and classified according to the computed tomography severity index(CtSI)and the modified CtSI(mCtSI).the results were compared with the extrapancreatic volume necrosis to establish the sensitivity and specificity of each *** the CtSI and mCtSI imaging scores and the extrapancreatic necrosis volume were highly correlated with the severity of pancreatitis estimated by the rAC(r=0.926,Ptively).the correlation of C-reactive protein with severity was positive but not as strong,and was not significant(r=0.133,P=0.154).the best predictor for the assessment of severe pancreatitis was the extrapancreatic necrosis volume[area under the curve(AUC)=0.993;95%confidence interval(CI):0.981-1.005],with a 99.5%sensitivity and 99.0%specificity at a cutoff value of 167 mL,followed by the mCtSI 2007 score(AUC=0.972;95%CI:0.946-0.999),with a 98.0%sensitivity and 96.5%specificity,and the CtSI 1990 score(AUC=0.969;95%CI:0.941-0.998),with a 97.0%sensitivity and 95.0%*** Radiological severity scores correlate strongly and positively with disease *** necrosis volume shows the best diagnostic accuracy for severe cases.

在马来西亚沙捞越州石龙门矿带有三种不同的金矿化类型,它们在空间上都与中新世微晶花岗闪长斑岩岩株有关。这些金矿化类型包括:(1)含金钙质矽卡岩;(2)钙质矽卡岩附近和外围的几种矿脉;(3)沉积岩中的碳酸盐岩交代矿体,位于矿脉的边缘,一般都远离岩株。迄今为止,石龙门矿带生产的黄金大部分采自碳酸盐岩交代矿床。这些矿床在矿物学和地球化学特征上与美国西部的卡林型金矿床非常相似。这些矿床在主要的矿物学和地球化学特征上具有相似性的事实说明,所有这三种矿化类型不仅在空间上,而且在成因上都与微晶花岗闪长斑岩岩株有关。对这三种金矿化类型的石英中的流体包裹体的初步测试结果表明,随着与岩株距离的增大,地温梯度和盐度梯度也随之降低。

Burn injuries and their treatments result in severe *** traumatic injuries that are characterized by a discrete episode of pain followed by recovery,burn-injured patients endure pain for a prolonged period that lasts through wound closure(*** pain,procedural pain,breakthrough pain,neuropathic pain and itch).Regional anesthesia,including peripheral nerve blocks and neuraxial/epidural anesthesia,offers significant benefits to a multimodal approach in pain treatment.A‘regional-first’approach to pain management can be incorporated into the workflow of burn centers through engaging regional anesthesiologists and pain medicine practitioners in the care of burn patients.A detailed understanding of peripheral nerve anatomy frames the burn clinician’s perspective when considering a peripheral nerve block/*** infra/supraclavicular nerve block provides excellent coverage for the upper extremity,while the trunk can be covered with a variety of blocks including erector spinae plane and quadratus lumborum plane *** lower extremity is targeted with fascia iliaca plane and sciatic nerve blocks for both donor and recipient *** centers that adopt regional anesthesia should be aware of potential complications and contraindications to prevent adverse events,including management of local anesthetic toxicity and epidural *** of anticoagulation around regional anesthesia placement is crucial to prevent hematoma and nerve ***,regional anesthesia can facilitate a better patient experience and allow for early therapy and mobility goals that are hallmarks of burn care and rehabilitation.

Purpose: the aims of this study were to:(1) provide a comprehensive physiological profile of simulated basketball activity and(2) identify temporal changes in player responses in controlled ***: State-level male basketball players(n = 10) completed 4 × 10 min simulated quarters of basketball activity using a reliable and valid courtbased test. A range of physiological(ratings of perceived exertion, blood lactate concentration([BLa~—]), blood glucose concentration([BGlu]), heart rate(HR), and hydration) and physical(performance and fatigue indicators for sprint, circuit, and jump activity) measures were collected across ***: Significantly reduced [BLa~—](6.19 ± 2.30 vs. 4.57 ± 2.33 mmol/L; p = 0.016) and [BGlu](6.91 ± 1.57 vs. 5.25 ± 0.81 mmol/L;p = 0.009) were evident in the second half. A mean HR of 180.1 ± 5.7 beats/min(90.8% ± 4.0% HR max) was observed, with a significant increase in vigorous activity(77%—95% HR max)(11.31 ± 6.91 vs. 13.50 ± 6.75 min; p = 0.024) and moderate decrease in near-maximal activity(>95% HR_(max))(7.24 ± 7.45 vs. 5.01 ± 7.20 min) in the second half. Small increases in performance times accompanied by a significantly lower circuit decrement(11.67% ± 5.55% vs. 7.30% ± 2.16%; p = 0.032) were apparent in the second ***: these data indicate basketball activity imposes higher physiological demands than previously thought and temporal changes in responses might be due to adapted pacing strategies as well as fatigue-mediated mechanisms.

内点法作为一种高效的非线性规划算法,其简约空间算法实现尤其适于求解过程系统工程中的高维、低自由度优化问题,从而算法只需要在决策变量的低维空间寻求最优解,并且求解性能不依赖于模型的精确二阶导数信息,这对难以获得二阶导数或者二阶导数计算代价很大的复杂系统优化极为重要。为了保障简约空间内点法的全局收敛性,本文提出了与内点法共享空间分解结构的投影梯度可行性恢复算法。该算法结合了信赖域与线性搜索方法的优点,能够有效促进内点法的全局收敛。通过求解经典文献及CUtE/COPS算例库中的优化问题验证了本文提出算法的有效性。
