In this paper, delay-dependent robust stabilization and H∞ control for uncertain stochastic takagi-Sugeno （t-S） fuzzy systems with discrete interval and distributed time-varying delays are discussed. the purpose of the robust stochastic stabilization problem is to design a memoryless state feedback controller such that the closed-loop system is mean-square asymptotically stable for all admissible uncertainties. In the robust H∞ control problem, in addition to the mean-square asymptotic stability requirement, a prescribed H∞ performance is required to be achieved. Sufficient conditions for the solvability of these problems are proposed in terms of a set of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs） and solving these LMIs, a desired controller can be obtained. Finally, two numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness and less conservativeness of our results over the existing ones.

Coriaria,the only genus under family Coriariacea,receives a lot interest among botanist due to its controversial taxonomic treatment and unique phytochemistry that could be commercially *** populations of Coriaria japonica *** in Cordillera Central Range(CCR),Philippines had never been studied in *** the need for more information on this controversial genus,the study deemed it necessary to present the distribution and morpho-anatomical description of *** *** in CCR.A total of 123 populations were documented,found at an elevation range of 1334 to 2494 m asl and stretched between16°31’37.7"to 17°5’47.8"N and 120°39’40.3"to120°55’48"*** these populations showed a narrow linear pattern of distribution concentrated at the southern portion of *** plant is a shrub with simple leaves,collateral buds,raceme inflorescence,bisexual flowers with persistent perianth forming an accessory fruit after *** terms of anatomy,much are of the usual dicot characters such as dorsiventral leaf with stomata concentrated in the lower epidermis,eustele with pith in the stem andpresence of secondary growth both on old stem and old *** findings of the study include the123 populations,the larger leaf measurements,longer petals and larger fruits than the original description given by ***,the paracytic type of stomata and presence of pith in the primary roots of *** *** are interesting since these are common monocot characters while the plant is *** findings are additional information that could help clear the controversies on the genus *** importantly,our results could provide essential information for understanding the plant and for developing conservation strategies not just for this plant but also for the other related plants in the CCR biogeographical zone.

eAbstract We extend the t violating model of the paper on ＂Hidden symmetry of the CKM and neutrinomapping matrices＂ by assuming its t-violating phases X↑ and X↓ to be large and the same, with X = X↑ = X↓. In this case, the model has 9 real parameters： at, α↑,β↑,ξ↑,η↑t for the t-quark sector, α↓,β↓,ξ↓,η↓, for the sector and a common X- We examine whether these nine parameters are compatible with ten observables： the six quark masses and the four real parameters that characterize the CKM matrix （i.e., the Jarlskog invariant and three Eulerian angles）. We find that this is possible only if the t violating phase X is large, between -120^o to -135^o. In this strong t violating model, the smallness of theJarlskog invariant 3 × 10^-5 ismainly accounted for by the large heavy quark masses, with mc/mt〈ms/mb≈0.02, as well as the near completeoverlap of t and b quark, with （c｜b）=-0.04.

In this work we perform a theoretical calculation in order to reconstitute the （E-t） phase diagram of a chiral smectic liquid crystal in the vicinity of the SmA-SmCα＊ transition. this reconstruction is carried out on the basis of a thermo-dynamic calculation of the slope of the curve joining the SmC＊ domain and the unwound SmC＊. An empiric correction of the mean field term of Landau De-Gennes development is necessary to accomplish this reconstruction. thereafter, an experimental validation is performed to verify our calculations.

this paper proposes,demonstrates,and describes a basic t-shaped Multi-Input and Multi-Output(MIMO)antenna with a resonant frequency of 3.1 to 10.6 *** with the U-shaped antenna,the mutual coupling is minimized by using a t-shaped patch *** t-shaped patch antenna shapes filter properties are tested to achieve separation over the 3.1 to 10.6 GHz frequency *** parametric analysis,including width,duration,and spacing,is designed in the MIMO applications for good *** the FR4 substratum,the configuration of MIMO is *** appropriate dielectric material ε_(r)=4.4 is introduced using this contribution and application array feature of the MIMO *** this paper,FR4 is used due to its high dielectric strength and low *** 3.1 to 10.6 GHz and 3SRR,t-shaped patch antennas are used in the field to increase *** suggested tshaped MIMO antenna is calculated according to the HFSS 13.0 program simulation *** antenna suggested is,therefore,a successful WLAN candidate.

In the last few years, charge order and its entanglement with superconductivity are under hot debate in high-tc community due to the new progress on charge order in high-tc cuprate superconductors YBa2Cu3O6+x. Here, we will briefly introduce the experimental status of this field and mainly focus on the experimental progress of high-field nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) study on charge order in YBa2Cu3O6+x. the pioneering high-field NMR work in YBa2Cu3O6+x sets a new stage for studying charge order which has become a ubiquitous phenomenon in high-tc cuprate superconductors.

Over the past decade,miRNAs have emerged as genetic factors that can influence immune functions.1 they act by post-transcriptionally downregulating gene expression either by degrading target mRNAs or by repressing their translation.2 Linking miRNA expression to disease was first accomplished by comparing outcomes in normal animals with those in miR-155 knockout animals.3 Our group also used a viral pathogen to show that knocking out miR-155 resulted in less severe inflammatory lesions caused by herpes simplex virus infection,yet animals without miR-155 became more susceptible to developing viral encephalitis.

the Permian Basin is a unique ecosystem located in the southwest of the *** unanswered question is whether the bacteria in the Permian Basin adapted to the changing paleomarine environment and survived in the remnants of Permian *** our previous study,a novel bacterial strain,Permianibacter aggregans HW001t,was isolated from micro-algae cultures incubated with Permian Basin waters,and was shown to originate from the Permian *** this study,strain HW001t was shown to be the representative strain of a novel family,classified as‘Permianibacteraceae’.the results of molecular dating suggested that the strain HW001t diverged~447 million years ago(mya),which is the early Permian period(~250 mya).Genome analysis was used to access its potential energy utilization and biosynthesis capacity.A large number of transporters,carbohydrate-active enzymes and protein-degradation related genes have been annotated in the genome of strain *** addition,a series of important metabolic pathways,such as peptidoglycan biosynthesis,osmotic stress response system and multifunctional quorum sensing were annotated,which may confer the ability to adapt to vari-ous unfavorable environmental ***,the evolutionary history of strain HW001t was reconstructed and the horizontal transfer of genes was predicted,indicating that the adaptation of *** to a changing marine environment depends on the evolution of their metabolic capabilities,especially in signal *** conclusion,the results of this study provide genomic information for revealing the adaptive mechanism of strain HW001t to the changing ancient oceans.

Immunization with adjuvant plus antigen induces durable t-cell immunity and is a mainstay of vaccines. Here, the consequence of separating antigen stimulation of t cells from the adjuvant response was studied in a re-transfer model. Effector CD8 t cells in recipient mice were exposed to lipopolysaccharide （LPS）, the toll-like receptor 4 （tLR4） ligand, which significantly increased persistence. While accumulation in lymphoid and non-lymphoid organs was evident, this result depended upon the timing of LPS administration and the presence of the tLR4 adaptor tRIF in the recipient mice. Interestingly, there was very little impact of the LPS response on subset differentiation, which rather appeared to be programmed by antigen and costimulation. to discern factors that limit accumulation, interleukin 10 （IL-IO） was targeted since it is a product of tLR4 triggering and mitigates inflammation. Blockade of IL-IO increased accumulation even though the effector CD8 t cells were well past the priming phase, but upon recall interferon-y secretion was not affected as would be expected when IL-IO is present during priming. thus, the adjuvant-altered microenvironment is effective not only in the presence of antigen but also during a window of effector CD8 t-cell stasis, suggesting that pathogen-associated molecular pattern molecules released during co-infection, ot by vaccines, could alter the survival fate of specific effector t cells.

Effects of acetic acid on microstructure and electrochemical properties of nano cerium oxide films coated on AA7020-t6 aluminum alloy

Nano cerium oxide films were applied on AA7020-t6 aluminum alloy and the effects of acetic acid concentration on the microstructure and electrochemical properties of the coated samples were investigated by using scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, X-ray diffraction （XRD）, and potentiodynamic polarization methods. It has been found that by increasing the acetic acid/CeCl3·7H2O molar ratio, high uniform and crack-free films with well-developed grains were obtained and grain sizes of the films decreased. Elimination of cracks and decreasing grain size of the nano cerium oxide films caused corrosion resistance to increase.
