Nitrogen （N） uptake is regulated by water availability,and a water deficit can limit crop N responses by reducing N uptake and *** complex and multifaceted interplay between water availability and the crop N response makes it difficult to predict and quantify the effect of water deficit on crop N *** nitrogen nutrition index （NNI）has been widely used to accurately diagnose crop N status and to evaluate the effectiveness of N *** decline of NNI under water-limiting conditions has been documented,although the underlying mechanism governing this decline is not fully *** study aimed to elucidate the reason for the decline of NNI under waterlimiting conditions and to provide insights into the accurate utilization of NNI for assessing crop N status under different water–N interaction *** shelter experiments were conducted over three growing seasons from 2018 to 2021 under different N (75 and 225 kg N ha–1,low N and high N) and water （120 to 510 mm,W0 to W3） co-limitation *** N accumulation,shoot biomass （SB）,plant N concentration （%N）,soil nitrate-N content,actual evapotranspiration （ETa）,and yield were recorded at the stem elongation,booting,anthesis and grain filling *** to W0,W1 to W3 treatments exhibited NNI values that were greater by 10.2 to 20.5%,12.6to 24.8%,14 to 24.8%,and 16.8 to 24.8%at stem elongation,booting,anthesis,and grain filling,respectively,across the 2018–2021 *** decline in NNI under water-limiting conditions stemmed from two main ***,reduced ETaand SB led to a greater critical N concentration （%Nc） under water-limiting conditions,which contributed to the decline in NNI primarily under high N ***,changes in plant%N played a more significant role under low N *** N accumulation exhibited a positive allometric relationship with SB and a negative relationship with soil nitrate-N content under water-limiting conditions,indicatin

We study one-and two-soliton solutions for the Cahn–Allen(CA) equation and the Brethorton equation. The CA equation has broad spectrum of applications especially in anti-phase boundary motion and it is used in phase-field *** the Brethorton equation is a model for dispersive wave systems, it is used to find the resonant nonlinear interaction among three linear modes. We use the Hirota bilinear method to obtain one-and two-soliton solutions to the CA equation and the Brethorton equation.

Influence of Cu doping in Magnesium Hydroxide Nanoparticles for Bandgap Engineering

Cu doped Mg(OH)_(2) nanoparticles were synthesized with varying concentrations from 0 to 10%by a chemical synthesis technique of coprecipitation.X-rays diffraction (XRD) of the samples confirms that all the samples acquire the hexagonal crystal *** results indicated the solubility limit of dopant in the host material and the secondary phase of CuO was observed beyond 3%Cu doping in Mg(OH)_(2).The reduction in the size of nanoparticles was observed from 166 to 103 nm for Mg(OH)_(2) and 10% Cu doped Mg(OH)_(2)samples,*** shift in absorption spectra exhibited the systematical enhancement in optical bandgap from 5.25 to 6.085 eV.A good correlation was observed between the bandgap energy and crystallite size of the nanocrystals which confirmed the size induced effect in the *** transformation in the sample morphology was observed from irregular spherical particles to sepals like shapes with increasing the Cu concentration in the host *** energy dispersive X-Ray (EDX) analysis confirmed the purity of mass percentage composition of the elements present in the samples.

Melanoma,due to its higher mortality rate,is considered as one of the most pernicious types of skin cancers,mostly affecting the white *** has been reported a number of times and is now widely accepted,that early detection of melanoma increases the chances of the subject’s ***-aided diagnostic systems help the experts in diagnosing the skin lesion at earlier stages using machine learning *** thiswork,we propose a framework that accurately segments,and later classifies,the lesion using improved image segmentation and fusion *** proposed technique takes an image and passes it through two methods simultaneously;one is the weighted visual saliency-based method,and the second is improved HDCT based saliency *** resultant image maps are later fused using the proposed image fusion technique to generate a localized lesion *** resultant binary image is later mapped back to the RGB image and fed into the Inception-ResNet-V2 pre-trained model-trained by applying transfer *** simulation results show improved performance compared to several existing methods.

Cryptography and steganography are two important and related fields of information ***,steganography is slightly different in the sense that it hides the existence of secret information from unauthorized *** is one of the most appealing research domains,have applications like copyright protection,data integrity protection and manipulation *** steganography techniques have been proposed in ***,in this work a new information hiding algorithm is *** proposed technique de-correlates frequency components of cover image using discrete cosine transform and uses the least significant bits of frequency components for hiding secret *** tech-nique hides variable number of bits of secret message in different frequency ***,it hides different amount of secret information in different regions of cover im-age and results in enhancement of *** algorithm has the flexibility to change the hiding capacity and quality of final stego *** has been observed from experimental results that a hiding a capacity from 3%to 43%can be achieved with significantly good quality of 41 dB to 37 dB in term of peak signal to noise *** successful recovery of the hidden information need the pattern,called stego key,in which is used in hiding *** algorithm provides twofold security;hiding keeps the existence of hidden information secret and the large key size makes the retrieval of hidden information difficult for intruders.

In agriculture experiments, the response on a given plot may be affected by the treatments on neighboring plots as well as by the treatments applied to that plot. In this paper we consider such type of situations and construct circular neighbor-balanced designs (CNBDs) by the method of cyclic shifts or sets of shifts. An important feature of this method is that the properties of a design can be easily obtained from the sets of shifts instead of constructing the actual blocks of the design. That is, the off-diagonal elements of the concurrence matrix can be easily obtained from the sets of shifts. Since the suggested designs are circular, balanced and binary, so they are universally optimal.

Classification of human actions under video surveillance is gaining a lot of attention from computer vision *** this paper,we have presented methodology to recognize human behavior in thin crowd which may be very helpful in *** have mostly focused the problem of human detection in thin crowd,overall behavior of the crowd and actions of individuals in video *** based Human behavior modeling is a complex task as it involves human detection,tracking,classifying normal and abnormal *** proposed methodology takes input video and applies Gaussian based segmentation technique followed by post processing through presenting hole filling algorithm i.e.,fill hole inside objects *** detection is performed by presenting human detection algorithm and then geometrical features from human skeleton are extracted using feature extraction *** classification task is achieved using binary and multi class support vector *** proposed technique is validated through accuracy,precision,recall and F-measure metrics.

The nutritional value of perishable food items,such as fruits and vegetables,depends on their freshness *** existing approaches solve a binary class problem by classifying a known fruit\vegetable class into fresh or rotten *** propose an automated fruits and vegetables categorization approach that first recognizes the class of object in an image and then categorizes that fruit or vegetable into one of the three categories:purefresh,medium-fresh,and *** gathered a dataset comprising of 60K images of 11 fruits and vegetables,each is further divided into three categories of freshness,using hand-held *** recognition and categorization of fruits and vegetables are performed through two deep learning models:Visual Geometry Group(VGG-16)and You Only Look Once(YOLO),and their results are ***-16 classifies fruits and vegetables and categorizes their freshness,while YOLO also localizes them within the ***,we have developed an android based application that takes the image of the fruit or vegetable as input and returns its class label and its freshness degree.A comprehensive experimental evaluation of proposed approach demonstrates that the proposed approach can achieve a high accuracy and F1score on gathered FruitVeg Freshness *** dataset is publicly available for further evaluation by the research community.
