Asphalt pavement rutting is one of the most usually perceived pavement distresses and is a key safety concern to transporta.ion *** of moneys are reportedly expended each year for renova.ion rutted asphalt *** for the enhancements of hot-mix asphalt materials,mix designs and procedures of pavement appraisal and design,comprising laboratory and field testing,can provide prolonged pavement life and momentous cost sa.ings in pavement maintenance and *** order to develop the accurateness of finite element rutting prediction model ＆evaluate the effects of truck pa.a.eters（repetition of load,vehicle travel speed,tire pressure,axle set and wheel set）on rutting,an improved pavement model was erected in this research *** model adopted a moving wheel load to perform repeated loa.ing on the pavement,the strain-hardening creep model in a.a.us finite element software was used to a.a.yze the rutting under the condition of introducing temperature *** with the calcula.ion results of the rutting of typical asphalt pavement,the studies providing indica.ion that in the stress circumstances in pavement are dependent on tire ***,it was found that truck tires induce severe nearsurface stress states that have been acknowledged as key features in the mecha.ism of insta.ility rutting.

A computa.ional fluid dyna.ics study of three-phase counter-current fluidiza.ion occurring in a turbu- lent contact absorber was performed. A two-dimensional, transient Eulerian multi-fluid model was used, in which the dispersed solid phase was modeled employing a kinetic theory of granular flow. The grid independence of the model, the effect of wall boundary conditions, the choice of granular temperature model, the effects of order of discretiza.ion scheme and drag models were studied for a base case setting, The results of simula.ions were va.idated a.a.nst experimental results obtained from the literature. Once the model settings were fina.ized, simula.ions were performed for different gas and liquid velocities to predict the hydrodyna.ics of the absorber. Computed bed expansion and pressure drop were compared with experimental da.a. Good agreement between the two was found for low velocities of gas and liquid.

Medically, bacterial ureases are important virulent factors and are used for treatment of peptic ulcers and urinary tones. Reported urease inhibitors are associated with va.ious side effects including antibiotic resistance as a major one. Still there is an urgent need to synthesize new urease inhibitors. in this context we have synthesized new urease inhibitor i.e. AgL that is composed of Ag nanomaterials capped with N-substituted methyl 5-aceta.ido-β-resorcylate(L). The conjuga.ion of L to silver was confirmed through FTiR, UV–vis and TEM *** silver nanomaterials(Ag) were also prepared. The sta.ility of AgL nanostructures was determined a.a.nst va.ious pa.a.eters(temperature, high salt concentra.ion, pH) and found to be stable. The in vitro antimicrobial(antibacterial, antifungal), enzyme inhibition(xanthine oxidase, urease, carbonic anhydrase, α-chymotrypsin,cholinesterase) and antioxidant activities of AgL were investigated and compared with Ag, L and standard *** compa.ison to other bioactivities, AgL shows sta.istically enhanced selective enzyme inhibition activity a.a.nst urease enzyme. Urease inhibition activity of AgL was significantly greater than standard drug(thiourea),L and Ag. On a per weight ba.is, AgL required about 11–18 times less amount of L for inhibition of urease enzyme.

Conventional flat planting is commonly used for growing wheat in Pa.istan and the crop is irrigated by flood irriga.ion, but it leads to ineffective use of applied nitrogen owing to poor aera.ion and leaching and vola.iliza.ion losses. The practice also results in greater crop lodging, lower water use efficiency, and crusting of the soil surface. in contrast, bed planting of wheat not only saves water but improves fertilizer use efficiency and grain yield. Three years of pooled da.a.from the present study showed that wheat planting on beds and nitrogen applica.ion at 120 kg ha-1produced 15.06% higher grain yield than flat planting at the same nitrogen rate. Similarly, 25.04%, 15.02%, 14.59%, and 29.83% higher nitrogen uptake, nitrogen use, and agronomic and recovery efficiencies, respectively, were recorded for bed compared to flat planting. Wheat planting on beds with a nitrogen applica.ion of80 kg ha-1gave a yield similar to that of flat planting with 120 kg ha-1nitrogen. However,the economic return was 29% higher in bed planting as compared to flat planting, when nitrogen was applied at 120 kg ha-1.

在本研究中,使用脱硫石膏为原料。首先将脱硫石膏样品磨成粉末,然后过80目的筛子,得到脱硫石膏粉末样品。对脱硫石膏样品的基本物理化学属性进行分析,样品中主要的物相为二水石膏,化学成分主要为氧化钙、氧化硫,另外还含有少量的氧化镁、氧化铁和氧化铝等。论文进行了以脱硫石膏为原料制备石膏砌块的研究。首先将脱硫石膏粉在150℃,170℃,190°和200℃温度下焙烧1h,1.5h,2.5和3h。通过XRD和SEM表征发现,当焙烧温度为170℃时,所得样品的物相为半水石膏;采用标准稠度水试验法测定了掺加了脱硫石膏的切块的含水量,最佳的时间为2-3分钟,终凝时间为45-50分钟。采用最佳工艺条件制备了 1kg的半水脱硫石膏粉。通过钻孔机将500g的样品与70g的水混合搅拌20秒至25秒,并在钢模中放置5-15分钟。为了方便脱模,在模具侧面添加少量油。将所制备的脱硫石膏砌块分别在3种干燥条件下干燥。如:自然(阳光)干燥、室温下干燥、烘箱中干燥。在自然和室温干燥过程中,石膏砌块被保存了3周,而对于烘箱中的干燥,这些块在烘箱中保存了 24小时。最后对所得到的石膏砌块进行抗压和抗折测试,结果表明自然条件下干燥的样品的性能最优,与其它两种干燥条件相比。

本论文主要研究了如何提高无线体域网的生命周期的问题。这项工作分为两部分。第一部分在于高效地选取簇头,第二部分提高数据传输的能效。通过高效地选择簇头节点,将数据传输到中心协调节点(SiNK),实现无线体域网(WBAN)上行链路的数据传输,完成了无线体域网(WBAN)的主要需求。目前的工作主要是基于节点的剩余能量、欧氏距离的平均值、传输数据的优先级和设备物理能力这四个重要参数来高效地选取簇头节点和均匀旋转的簇头。因此提出了节能贝叶斯聚类算法(EEBCA),通过采用朴素贝叶斯方法来选择合适的簇头(CH)节点。所选CH节点在每一轮中从传感器节点(SN)收集数据。收集的数据首先被聚合,然后被发送到基站(BS)。在稳态阶段,该算法遵循基于能量分析TDMA(EA-TDMA)的方法对数据进行高效传输,与标准LEACH协议相比,EEBCA算法进一步降低了能耗。在仿真中,也将该协议的性能与现有协议进行了比较,分析得出所提出的方案将网络的总生存期增加了约1.5倍,与此同时,网络的平均能耗也得到了降低。在论文的下一步工作中,基于一种能量有效的方式来完成在时间和传输延迟上都有约束的数据传输业务,因此构建了一种能量有效的混合介质访问控制(MAC)协议。通过结合位图辅助竞争的MAC协议和基于调度的MAC协议的特点提出了混合无线体域网(HWBAN)协议。在HWBAN MAC协议中,每个会话被分成三个子会话,即ELLEED(低延迟紧急事件检测)、GTSCM-FL(保证时隙连续监测-固定延迟)和EO-BMA(能量优化-位图辅助),实现了为不同类型的传感器提供了三种有效的选择方法。HWBAN协议采用ELLEED子会话来传输紧急数据。为实现传输时隙的连续监控,HWBAN协议采用GTSCM-FL子会话来传输数据。同样地,EO-BMA子会话主要用于基于事件的监控下的数据传输。因此,可以实现低能耗的数据传输。通过仿真,将HWBAN MAC协议的性能与现有的TDMA、EA-TDMA和BMA MAC协议进行了比较,分析得出所提出HWBAN MAC协议的在提高能效方面具有很好的优越性。

Over the past few years, numerous traffic safety applica.ions have been developed using vehicular ad hoc networks(VANETs). These applica.ions represent public interest and require network-wide dissemina.ion techniques. On the other hand, certain non-safety applica.ions do not require network-wide dissemina.ion *** applica.ions can be cha.a.terized by their individual interest between two vehicles that are geographically a.a.t. in the existing literature, several proposals of unicast protocols exist that can be used for these non-safety applica.ions. Among the proposals, unicast protocols for city scena.ios are considered to be most *** implies that in city scena.ios unicast protocols show minimal persistence towards highly dyna.ic vehicular cha.a.teristics, including mobility, road structure, and physical environment. Unlike other studies, this review is motivated by the diversity of vehicular cha.a.teristics and difficulty of unicast protocol a.a.tion in city *** review starts with the categoriza.ion of unicast protocols for city scena.ios according to their requirement for a predefined unicast path. Then, properties of typical city roads are discussed, which helps to explore limita.ions in efficient unicast communica.ion. Through an exhaustive literature review, we propose a thema.ic taxonomy based on different aspects of unicast protocol opera.ion. it is followed by a review of selected unicast protocols for city scena.ios that reveal their fundamental cha.a.teristics. Several significant pa.a.eters from the taxonomy are used to qua.ita.ively compare the reviewed protocols. Qua.ita.ive compa.ison also includes critical investiga.ion of distinct approaches taken by researchers in experimental protocol evalua.ion. As an outcome of this review, we point out open research issues in unicast routing.
