General Solution for Unsteady Natural Convection Flow with Heat and Mass in the Presence of Wall Slip and Ramped Wall Temperature

This work is focused on the effect of heat and mass transfer with unsteady natural convection flow of viscous fluid along with ramped wall temperature under the assumption of the slip wall condition at the boundary. Analytical solutions are obtained by using Laplace transformation to the non-dimensional set of governing equations containing velocity, temperature and concentration. Moreover, the expression for skin-friction is derived by differentiating the analytical solutions of fluid velocity. Numerical tables for Skin-friction, Sherwood number and Nusselt-number are examined. For the physical aspects of the flow, we use various values of involved physical parameters such as Prandtl number(Pr), slip parameter(η), Schmidt number(Sc), buoyancy ratio parameter(N), Sherwood number(Sh), and time(t). Additionally, the general solutions are plotted graphically and a comprehensive theoretical section of numerical discussions is included.

Appearance-based dynamic Hand Gesture Recognition(HGR)remains a prominent area of research in Human-Computer Interaction(HCI).Numerous environmental and computational constraints limit its real-time *** addition,the performance of a model decreases as the subject’s distance from the camera *** study proposes a 3D separable Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),considering the model’s computa-tional complexity and recognition *** 20BN-Jester dataset was used to train the model for six gesture *** achieving the best offline recognition accuracy of 94.39%,the model was deployed in real-time while considering the subject’s attention,the instant of performing a gesture,and the subject’s distance from the *** being discussed in numerous research articles,the distance factor remains unresolved in real-time deployment,which leads to degraded recognition *** the proposed approach,the distance calculation substantially improves the classification performance by reducing the impact of the subject’s distance from the ***,the capability of feature extraction,degree of relevance,and statistical significance of the proposed model against other state-of-the-art models were validated using t-distributed Stochastic Neighbor Embedding(t-SNE),Mathew’s Correlation Coefficient(MCC),and the McNemar test,*** observed that the proposed model exhibits state-of-the-art outcomes and a comparatively high significance level.

Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)is an important pathogen casting dire shadow over global human wellbeing[1].Rising antibiotic resistance in MRSA led to research into plant-derived anti-microbial *** 119 compounds from 90 plants were recognized as potent anti-bacterials[2].Dalbergia odorifera,a traditional Chinese plant,has demonstrated anti-tumor,anti-microbial,anti-inflammatory,and cardiovascular protective effects[3].Limited studies have explored *** flavonoids'inhibitory activity against ***,a high-throughput method,aided in comprehending plant antibacterial therapy by generating data for gene expression,target identification,and pathway analysis[4].Consequently,our study aimed to assess ***'s anti-MRSA effects and reveal its material foundation and antibacterial mechanism by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS),and transcriptomic analysis,in vitro,and in-silico studies.

Hierarchical single-crystal ZSM-5 zeolites with different Si/Al ratios(Hier-ZSM-5-x,where x=50,100,150 and 200)were synthesized using an ordered mesoporous carbon-silica composite as hard ***-ZSM-5-x exhibits improved mass transport properties,excellent mechanical and hydrothermal stability,and higher catalytic activity than commercial bulk zeolites in the benzyl alcohol self-etherification *** show that a decrease in the Si/Al ratio in hierarchical single-crystal ZSM-5 zeolites leads to a significant increase in the acidity and the density of micropores,which increases the final catalytic *** effect of porous hierarchy on the diffusion of active sites and the final catalytic activity was also studied by comparing the catalytic conversion after selectively designed poisoned acid *** poisoned Hier-ZSM-5-x shows much higher catalytic conversion than the poisoned commercial ZSM-5 zeolite,which indicates that the numerous intracrystalline mesopores significantly reduce the diffusion path of the reactant,leading to the faster diffusion inside the zeolite to contact with the acid sites in the micropores predominating in ZSM-5 *** study can be extended to develop a series of hierarchical single-crystal zeolites with expected catalytic performance.

Heat stress induced by long periods of high ambient temperature decreases animal productivity,leading to heavy economic *** devastating situation for livestock production is even becoming worse under the present climate change *** focused to breed animals with better thermotolerance and climatic resilience are keenly sought these days to mitigate impacts of heat stress especially in high input livestock production *** 70-kDa heat shock proteins(HSP70) are a protein family known for its potential role in thermo-tolerance and widely considered as cellular ***70 function as molecular chaperons and have major roles in cellular thermotolerance,apoptosis,immune-modulation and heat *** of HSP70 is controlled by various factors such as,intracellular pH,cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cyclic AMP),protein kinase C and intracellular free calcium,*** expression of HSP70 has been observed under oxidative stress leading to scavenging of mitochondrial reactive oxygen species and protection of pulmonary endothelial barrier against bacterial *** in flanking and promoter regions in HSP70 gene have shown association with heat tolerance,weaning weight,milk production,fertility and disease susceptibility in *** review provides insight into pivotal roles of HSP70 which make it an ideal candidate genetic marker for selection of animals with better climate resilience,immune response and superior performance.

This study describes the measurement of bio-electrical signals caused by enzymatic inhibition of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) for the detection of organophosphorous and carbamate pesticides which are the strong inhibitors of AChE and prevents its normal function of the rapid removal of acetylcholine (Ach). Biosensor Toxicity Analyzer (BTA) was used for the testing and enzyme activity was determined by acetylthiocholine chloride (ATCCl) as enzyme substrate. The monitoring of changes in bio-electrical signals caused by the interaction of biological substances and residues were evaluated. Two samples of cotton were analyzed. Cryogenic homogenization was carried out for sample pretreatment and Soxhlet extraction method (SOX) was used for extraction. The resulted extracts were concentrated and then injected in the BTA. The method shows reasonable results and can successfully be utilized for the detection of residual pesticides on different types of cotton.

River bank erosion is one of the frequent but the most unpredictable disasters that occur every year in Bangladesh. In this paper, Landsat TM-5 and Landsat-8 imageries from 1989 and 2015 were used to detect changes of present land use, river erosion and bar deposition in Chowhali Upazila, Sirajganj district of Bangladesh. This study reveals that human settlement, forest, seasonal crops and agriculture features decrease, while river coverage increases dramatically. About 1340 hectare areas have been eroded, while 630 hectares are deposited as channel bar in the study area over the last 26 years. Finally, an accuracy assessment is conducted between the test data and each land use feature. The overall classification accuracy was 97% and 98% in 1989 and 2015 respectively. Moreover, 98% accuracy is found in erosion while 97% is found in bar deposition areas.

Objective:To evaluate the antioxidant potential and pancreatic lipase inhibitory action of optimized hydroethanolic extracts of Solanum ***:Optimized extraction for maximum recovery of metabolites was performed using a combination of freeze-drying and ultrasonication followed by determination of antioxidant and antiobesity *** ultra-high performance liquid chromatography equipped with mass spectrometry was used to analyze metabolite profiling of Solanum *** studies were performed using molecular docking and electrostatic potential analysis for individual *** hypolipidemic potential of the most potent extract was assessed in the obese mice fed on fat rich ***:The 80%hydroethanolic extract exhibited the highest extract yield,total phenolic contents,total flavonoid contents along with the strongest 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl scavenging activity,total antioxidant power,and pancreatic lipase inhibitory *** 80%hydroethanolic extract not only regulated the lipid profile of obese mice but also restricted the weight gain in the liver,kidney,and *** 80%hydroethanolic extract also reduced alanine transaminase and aspartate transaminase concentrations in *** effects of plant extract at 300 mg/kg body weight were quite comparable with the standard drug ***:Solanum nigrum is proved as an excellent and potent source of secondary metabolites that might be responsible for obesity mitigation.
