盐胁迫是影响植物生长、造成农作物减产的主要非生物胁迫之一。盐胁迫会使植物产生过量的ROS（Reactive oxygen species）并造成氧化损伤,为了减轻这种损伤,植物利用各种抗氧化酶,包括过氧化氢酶（CAT）、过氧化物酶（POD）和超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）等来清除ROS以调节氧化还原平衡。同时,盐胁迫引起的渗透胁迫还可降低植物根系对水分和其他营养物质的吸收。腐殖酸肥料是一种将腐殖酸与氮、磷、钾等元素结合制成的肥料,其具有肥料增效、改良土壤、刺激作物生长、改善农产品质量等功能。小麦（Triticum aestivum L.）是中国主要的粮食作物之一,为探究腐殖酸肥料施用对土壤理化性质及盐胁迫下小麦幼苗生理生化特性的影响,本研究测定了不同浓度腐殖酸肥料（0.1、0.3和0.6 g/L）施用下土壤的p h、电导率及营养物质的含量,以及两个小麦品种（Jm-47和Yr-39）幼苗在不同盐浓度（100和200 m m NaCl）处理下的生长、生理、光合和抗氧化指标。具体试验结果如下:（1）盐处理可显著抑止小麦Jm-47和Yr-39种子萌发和幼根生长,且抑止程度随处理浓度的增加而增加。Jm-47种子在200 m m NaCl处理下的萌发率（Gr）、萌发势（Ge）和萌发指数（Gi）分别为75.83%、59.16%和4.33,与对照（0 m m NaCl）相比分别降低了20.87%、37.17%和20.11%。与Jm-47相比,盐处理对Yr-39种子萌发和幼根生长的抑制程度更大。（2）施用腐殖酸肥料可显著减缓盐胁迫对小麦幼苗Jm-47和Yr-39生长的抑制作用。在200 m m NaCl处理下,与不施用腐殖酸肥料相比,施用0.6 g/L腐殖酸肥料的Jm-47幼苗的分蘖数、叶面积、叶片数量、株高、根长、鲜重和干重分别增加了133.33%、8.65%、66.66%、120.45%、312.14%、237.18%和251.58%,Yr-39幼苗分别增加了133.33%、8.75%、66.66%、81.56%、256.19%、240.43%和253.65%。（3）施用腐殖酸肥料可显著减缓盐胁迫对小麦幼苗Jm-47和Yr-39光合色素含量、光合特性、荧光特性的抑制作用。在200 m m NaCl处理下,与不施用腐殖酸肥料相比,施用0.6 g/L腐殖酸肥料的Jm-47幼苗的光合色素a和b分别增加了54.99%和47.69%,Yr-39幼苗分别增加了74.94%和35.93%;Jm-47幼苗的蒸腾速率（E）、光合速率（Pn）和气孔导度（gsw）分别增加了169.23%、127.09%和176.16%,Yr-39幼苗分别增加了188.53%、359.81%、270.52%;Jm-47幼苗的最大荧光（Fm）、荧光的最大量子产率（Fv/Fm）、暗反应（R）、荧光的最大量子产率（PSII）和光化学猝灭（q P）分别增加了86.29%、60.67%、52.04%75.62%和102.94%,Yr-39幼苗分别增加了75.18%、66.03%、54.465%、85.51%和111.32%。（4）施用腐殖酸肥料显著降低了小麦幼苗Jm-47和Yr-39的抗氧化酶活性。在200 m m NaCl处理下,与不施用腐殖酸肥料相比,施用0.6 g/L腐殖酸肥料的Jm-47幼苗的SOD、POD和CAT活性分别降低了-20.46%、-23.83%和-29.035,Yr-39幼苗分别降低了-25.52%、-16.97%和-24.85%;Jm-47幼苗的mDA含量降低了-35.71%,而Yr-39幼苗降低了-25.28%。（5）施用腐殖酸肥料显著降低了土壤p h和电导率,与不施用腐殖酸相比,施用0.6 g/L腐殖酸肥料的土壤p h和电导率分别降低了-18.40%和-12.52%。但是,施用腐殖酸肥料显著增加了土壤营养元素的含量,与不施用腐殖酸相比,施用0.6 g/L腐殖酸肥料的土壤的氮、磷、钾、硫、碳和氢分别增加了27.61%、85.91%、41.28%、61.95%、39.32%和24.55%,碳氮比（C/N）和碳氢比（C/h）分别降低了8.48%和29.03%。综上,这些结果暗示腐殖酸肥料可通过改良土壤营养,提高小麦幼苗对盐胁迫的抗性,本研究结果可为应用腐殖酸肥料改善盐胁迫下作物的生长提供基础数据。

Objectives:To determine the association of human leukocyte antigen B(hLA‑B)alleles with ankylosing spondylitis and the allelic association of hLAB27 with endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 1(ERAP1)single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)rs30187 in patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).methods:We studied 48 consecutively enrolled well-defined AS patients and 48 healthy controls recruited from the outpatient clinic of the rheumatology department of Bangabandhu Sheikh mujib medical University(BSmmU),Dhaka,*** genotype hLA-B alleles from peripheral blood DNA,we designed sequence-specific primers for polymerase chain ***'s sequencing method was used to detect the ERAP1 rs30187 *** hLA-B allele distributions were compared between cases and *** infer an allelic association between hLA-B27 and ERAP1,allele distributions from both loci were compared using ***-squared test or Fisher's exact test was used to quantify the association,and their strength of association was tested by odds ratio(OR)with 95%confidence interval(CI).Results:The frequency of hLA-B27 was found to be higher in AS patients(60.4%)than in healthy controls(8.3%).hLA-B27 allele had an OR of 16.8(95%CI=5.2–54.4)for the development of ***,4%of AS patients had both hLA-B27 and *** significant association was found between ERAP1 rs30187 SNP and hLA-B27 in patients with AS(OR=1.7,95%CI=0.5–5.6).Conclusions:hLA-B27 was significantly associated with AS in patients in ***,no association between ERAP1 rs30187 SNP and hLA-B27 was observed.

Actinorhizal plants contain numerous antioxidants that may play a crucial role in preventing the formation of tumors.h-Ras p21,a member of the Ras-GTPase family,is a promising target to treat various kinds of *** in silico docking study was carried out to identify the inhibitory potential of compounds of these plants against h-Ras by using Discovery Studio 3.5 and by using Autodock *** studies revealed that four compounds,isorhamnetin-7-rhamnoside,quercetin-3-glucoside-7-rhamnoside（present in ***）,zeaxanthin,and translutein（present in ***） significantly bind with binding energies-17.1534,-14.7936,-10.2105 and-17.2217 Kcal/mol,respectively,even though they slightly deviate from Lipinski＇s ***,distribution,metabolism,excretion and toxicity（ADmE/tox） analyses of these compounds and their stereoisomers showed that they were less toxic and *** them,isorhamntein-7-rhamnoside showed ***,these compounds can be further investigated in vivo to optimize their formulation and concentration and to develop potential chemical entities for the prevention and treatment of cancers.

Pt based materials are the most efficient electrocatalysts for the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and methanol oxidation reaction(mOR)in fuel *** the utilization of Pt based materials by modulating their morphologies to expose more active sites is a fundamental objective for the practical application of fuel ***,we report a new class of hierarchically skeletal Pt-Ni nanocrystals(hSNs)with a multi-layered structure,prepared by an inorganic acid-induced solvothermal *** addition of h_(2)SO_(4)to the synthetic protocol provides a critical trigger for the successful growth of Pt-Ni nanocrystals with the desired *** Pt-Ni hSNs synthesized by this method exhibit enhanced mass activity of 1.25 A mgpt−1 at 0.9 V(versus the reversible hydrogen electrode)towards ORR in 0.1-m.h.lO_(4),which is superior to that of Pt-Ni multi-branched nanocrystals obtained by the same method in the absence of inorganic acid;it is additionally 8.9-fold higher than that of the commercial Pt/C ***,it displays enhanced stability,with only 21.6%mass activity loss after 10,000 cycles(0.6–1.0 V)for ***,the Pt-Ni hSNs show enhanced activity and anti-toxic ability in CO for *** superb activity of the Pt-Ni hSNs for ORR and mOR is fully attributed to an extensively exposed electrochemical surface area and high intrinsic activity,induced by strain effects,provided by the unique hierarchically skeletal alloy *** novel open and hierarchical structure of Pt-Ni alloy provides a promising approach for significant improvements of the activity of Pt based alloy electrocatalysts.

The LIGO detection of gravitational waves(GW) from merging black holes in 2015 marked the beginning of a new era in observational astronomy. The detection of an electromagnetic signal from a GW source is the critical next step to explore in detail the physics involved. The Antarctic Survey Telescopes(AST3),located at Dome A, Antarctica, is uniquely situated for rapid response time-domain astronomy with its continuous night-time coverage during the austral winter. We report optical observations of the GW source(GW 170817) in the nearby galaxy NGC 4993 using AST3. The data show a rapidly fading transient at around 1 day after the GW trigger, with the i-band magnitude declining from 17:23 ± 0:13 magnitude to 17:72 ± 0:09 magnitude in ~1:8 h. The brightness and time evolution of the optical transient associated with GW 170817 are broadly consistent with the predictions of models involving merging binary neutron stars. We infer from our data that the merging process ejected about ~10^(-2) solar mass of radioactive material at a speed of up to 30% the speed of light.

Gait Based human Recognition with Various Classifiers Using Exhaustive Angle Calculations in model Free Approach

human Gait recognition is emerging as a supportive biometric technique in recent years that identifies the people through the way they walk. The gait recognition in model free approaches faces the challenges like speed variation, cloth variation, illumination changes and view angle variations which result in the reduced recognition rate. The proposed algorithm selected the exhaustive angles from.h.ad to toe of a person, and also height and width of the same subject. The experiments were conducted using silhouettes with view angle variation, and cloth variation. The recognition rate is improved to the extent of 91% using Support vector machine classifier. The proposed method is evaluated using CASIA Gait Dataset B (The institute of Automation, ChineseAcademy of Sciences), China. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed technique shows promising results using state of the art classifiers.
