In this paper, the global asymptotic stability problem of Markovian jumping stochastic Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with discrete and distributed time-varying delays （MJSCGNNs） is considered. A novel LMI-based stability criterion is obtained by constructing a new Lyapunov functional to guarantee the asymptotic stability of MJSCGNNs. Our results can be easily verified and they are also less restrictive than previously known criteria and can be applied to Cohen-Grossberg neural networks, recurrent neural networks, and cellular neural networks. Finally, the proposed stability conditions are demonstrated with numerical examples.

We study one-and two-soliton solutions for the Cahn–Allen(CA) equation and the Brethorton equation. The CA equation has broad spectrum of applications especially in anti-phase boundary motion and it is used in phase-field *** the Brethorton equation is a model for dispersive wave systems, it is used to find the resonant nonlinear interaction among three linear modes. We use the Hirota bilinear method to obtain one-and two-soliton solutions to the CA equation and the Brethorton equation.

This study focuses on the casualty-load distribution problem that arises when a mass casualty incident(MCI)necessitates the engagement of multiple medical *** discrete event simulations,the study analyzed different MCI response regimes in Lahore,Pakistan,that vary in terms of the level of casualty-load distribution and the required coordination between the incident site and the responding *** terrorist attacks in this major metropolitan area were considered to set up experiments for comparing delays in treatment under the modeled *** analysis highlights that the number of casualties that are allowed to queue up at the nearest hospital before diverting the casualty traffic to an alternate hospital can be an important factor in reducing the overall treatment *** diverting the casualty traffic from the incident site to an alternate hospital can increase the travel time,while a delay in diversion can overload the nearest hospital,which can lead to overall longer waiting times in the *** casualty distribution mechanisms based only on the responding hospitals’available capacity and current load can perform inefficiently because they overlook the trade-off between the times casualties spend in traveling and in queues.

Pakistan is highly exposed to climate-induced disasters, especially floods. Flooding history shows that educational establishments have been disproportionately hard-hit by flooding events. In Pakistan, school safety and preparedness is still a choice, rather than a mandatory requirement for all schools. But schools in Pakistan do have a responsibility to keep safe the students in their care,especially during and after the catastrophic events. This implies the need to maintain the environment in and around school property, so as to minimize the impacts of floods and to have the mechanisms in place to maximize a school's resilience. This study examined the emergency preparedness activities of 20 schools in four districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province that had recently been severely affected by floods. Through face to face interviews and a structured questionnaire(n = 100) we collected data on the four pillars of emergency preparedness:emergency planning, preparation measures, safe school facilities, and hazard education and training. The study revealed that the majority of the sample schools hadexperienced more than one natural hazard-induced disaster,predominantly flooding, yet despite this had not undertaken adequate emergency preparedness activities. There are particular gaps with regard to plans for students with disabilities, the continuity of school operations after a disaster,the presence of maps to identify evacuation routes, the availability of emergency equipment and resources, disaster preparedness guidelines, and psychological first aid and crisis counseling. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities,and threats analysis that our researchers carried out indicates that, although schools in the survey have taken many steps towards flood preparedness, many weaknesses still exist and there remain significant opportunities to strengthen the preparedness level of many schools. Influence of Cu doping in Magnesium Hydroxide Nanoparticles for Bandgap Engineering

Cu doped Mg(OH)_(2) nanoparticles were synthesized with varying concentrations from 0 to 10%by a chemical synthesis technique of coprecipitation.X-rays diffraction (XRD) of the samples confirms that all the samples acquire the hexagonal crystal *** results indicated the solubility limit of dopant in the host material and the secondary phase of CuO was observed beyond 3%Cu doping in Mg(OH)_(2).The reduction in the size of nanoparticles was observed from 166 to 103 nm for Mg(OH)_(2) and 10% Cu doped Mg(OH)_(2)samples,*** shift in absorption spectra exhibited the systematical enhancement in optical bandgap from 5.25 to 6.085 eV.A good correlation was observed between the bandgap energy and crystallite size of the nanocrystals which confirmed the size induced effect in the *** transformation in the sample morphology was observed from irregular spherical particles to sepals like shapes with increasing the Cu concentration in the host *** energy dispersive X-Ray (EDX) analysis confirmed the purity of mass percentage composition of the elements present in the samples.

We scrutinize the problem of robust H∞control for a class of Markovian jump uncertain systems with interval timevarying and distributed delays. The Markovian jumping parameters are modeled as a continuous-time finite-state Markov chain. The main aim is to design a delay-dependent robust H∞control synthesis which ensures the mean-square asymptotic stability of the equilibrium point. By constructing a suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional（LKF）, sufficient conditions for delay-dependent robust H∞control criteria are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities（LMIs）. The advantage of the proposed method is illustrated by numerical examples. The results are also compared with the existing results to show the less conservativeness.

Various 2-phenylimidazo [4,5-f] [1,10] phenanthrolines were synthesized from potassium ferro-cyanide trihydrate （KFCT） complex catalyzed three component reaction of 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione, aromatic aldehydes and ammonium acetate at room temperature in excellent isolated yield. This is a simple and straight forward, high yielding, not involving any hazardous or expensive catalyst method.

In this paper, global robust stability of uncertain stochastic recurrent neural networks with Markovian jumping parameters is considered. A novel Linear matrix inequal- ity（LMI） based stability criterion is obtained to guarantee the asymptotic stability of uncertain stochastic recurrent neural networks with Markovian jumping parameters. The results are derived by using the Lyapunov functional technique, Lipchitz condition and S-procuture. Finally, numerical examples are given to demonstrate the correctness of the theoretical results. Our results are also compared with results discussed in [31] and [34] to show the effectiveness and conservativeness.

A self-adaptive resource provisioning on demand is a critical factor in cloud *** selection of accurate amount of resources at run time is not easy due to dynamic nature of ***,a self-adaptive strategy of resources is required to deal with dynamic nature of requests based on run time change in *** this paper we proposed a Cloud-based Adaptive Resource Scheduling Strategy(CARSS)Framework that formally addresses these issues and is more expressive than traditional *** decision making in CARSS is based on more than one ***-K based framework determines the state of the resources based on their current ***-Arc Petri Net(TAPN)is used to model system formally and behaviour is expressed in TCTL,while TAPAAL model checker verifies the underline properties of the system.
