The key objective of intrusion detection systems(IDS)is to protect the particular host or network by investigating and predicting the network traffic as an attack or *** IDS uses many methods of machine learning(ML)to learn from pastexperience attack *** based and identify the new *** though these methods are effective,but they have to suffer from large computational costs due to considering all the traffic features,***,emerging technologies like the Internet of Things(Io T),big data,*** getting advanced day by day;as a result,network traffics are also increasing ***,the issue of computational cost needs to be addressed ***,in this research,firstly,the ML methods have been used with the feature selection technique(FST)to reduce the number of features by picking out only the important ones from NSL-KDD,CICIDS2017,and CIC-DDo S2019datasets later that helped to build IDSs with lower cost but with the higher performance which would be appropriate for vast scale *** experimental result demonstrated that the proposed model *** tree(DT)with Recursive feature elimination(RFE)performs better than other classifiers with RFE in terms of accuracy,specificity,precision,sensitivity,F1-score,and G-means on the investigated datasets.

Objective:To evaluate nephroprotective potential of Solarium xanthocarpum(***) fruit extract(SXE) against gentamicin(GM) induced nephrotoxicity) and renal dysfunction. Methods:Twenty-four Wistar rats were divided into four groups(n=6).Control rats that received normal saline(i.p.) and 0.5%carboxymethyl cellulose(p.o.) per day lor 8 *** was induced in rats by intraperitoneal administration of GM(100 mg/kg/d for 8 d) and were treated with SXE(200 and 400 mg/kg/d(p.o.) for 8 d).Plasma and urine urea and creatinine,kidney weight,urine output,blood urea nitrogen,renal enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants and lipid peroxidation was evaluated along with histopathological investigation in various experimental groupsof ***:It was observed that the GM treatment induced significant elevation(P<0.001) in plasma and urine urea,creatinine,kidney weight,blood urea nitrogen, renal lipid peroxidation along with significant decrement(P<0.001) in urine output,renal enzymatic and non-enzymatic *** 200 and 400 mg/kg treatment to GM treated rats recorded significant decrement(up to P<0.001) in plasma and mine urea and creatinine, renal lipid peroxidation along with significanl increment(up to P<0.001) in renal enzymatic and non-enzvmatic *** obsenatioiis of kidney tissues too correlated with the biochemical ***:These finding powerfully supports that S,xanthocarpum fruit extract acts in the kidney as a potent scavenger of free radicals to prevent the toxic effects of GM both in the biochemical and histopathological parameters and thus validates its elhnomedicinal use.

AIM:To investigate the histological and ultrastructural changes observed in pan masala intoxicated mammalian testes under the effect of ***:Male Swiss mice were given pan masala orally at a dose of 2% of the feed and cardamom at a dose of 0.2% of the *** were divided into three groups,control(Group I),pan masala-treated(Group II),and a combination of pan masala and cardamom-treated group(Group III).Histologically,the testes of Group II mice displayed degeneration of tubular epithelium,disruption of spermatogenesis,and a marked reduction in germ ***:When cardamom was given,damage was less with fewer distorted cells and also improvement with normal tubules and spermatid differentiation in Group ***,pan masala-treated testes showed cytoplasmic vacuolation,shrinkage and pyknotic nuclei of spermatogonia,and abnormal acrosomal ***:When cardamom was given,the amelioration process was more evident showing a comparable morphology with control.

Wearable monitoring devices are in demand in recent times for monitoring daily activities including ***,it is widely utilizing for preventing injuries of athletes during a practice session and in few cases,it leads to muscle *** present,emerging technology like the internet of things(IoT)and sensors is empowering to monitor and visualize the physical data from any remote location through internet *** this study,an IoT-enabled wearable device is proposing for monitoring and identifying the muscle fatigue condition using a surface electromyogram(sEMG)***,the EMG signal is utilized to display muscle *** controller,Wi-Fi module,and EMG sensor are utilized in developing the wearable *** Time-frequency domain spectrum technique is employed for classifying the threemuscle fatigue conditions including meanRMS,mean frequency,etc.A real-time experiment is realized on six different individuals with developed wearable devices and the average RMS value assists to determine the average threshold of recorded *** threshold level is analyzed by calculating the mean RMS value and concluded three fatigue conditions as>2V:Extensive);1–2V:Moderate,and<1V:*** warning alarm system was designed in LabVIEW with three color LEDs to indicate the different states of muscle ***,the device is interfaced with the cloud through the internet provided with a Wi-Fi module embedded in wearable *** data available in the cloud server can be utilized for forecasting the frequency of an individual to muscle fatigue.

Objective:To study the potential ameliorating properties of cardamom Elettaria cardamomum (***) *** against pan masala induced damage in lung of male Swiss mice. Methods:The experimental animals were divided into 3 groups(control,pan masala treated group and pan masala with cardamom treated group) to evaluate pan masala *** observations were substantiated with profound changes in the lung tissue as revealed in the histologic and transmission electron microscopic ***:Lung of pan masala treated group showed adenocarcinoma,edema,and inflammation with increased activity of acid phosphatase,alkaline phosphatase,and lactate *** deleterious effects were seen to be less in cardamom treated group and the enzymatic activity also decreased significantly (P<0.05)\ in the ameliorating ***:Thus,the present experiment exciting results are observed when cardamom is supplemented with pan masala,or when given alone.

An effective and consistent in vitro propagation technique for Boerhaavia diffusa L. was developed using different types of explants and media compositions. Shoot apex and nodal explants of field grown plants were aseptically cultured on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with different concentrations and combinations of auxins (IAA and NAA) and cytokinins (BAP and Kn). The maximum number of multiple shoot buds (6.65 ± 0.09) obtained from nodal explants on MS medium containing 2.0 mg/l BAP + 0.5 mg/l IAA. Multiple shoot buds underwent rapid elongation (4.24 ± 0.06 cm) on MS media fortified with 3.0 mg/l BAP + 0.5 mg/l NAA. Half strength MS media supplemented with 1.0 mg/l IBA + 0.5 mg/l IAA was better for induction and proliferation (6.42 ± 0.07) of roots and 75% of plantlets were successfully acclimatized to ex vitro condition, exhibiting a normal development. Somatic chromosome number of in vivo and in vitro grown plants were confirmed to be 2n = 26. Chromosome length ranged from 1.40 to 2.43 μm in the mother plants and 1.34 to 2.31 μm for in vitro grown plants. Muscular dystrophies are myopathies and tend to progressive, with ongoing degeneration and regeneration of muscle fibers. Spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and polio myelitis are essentially diseases of the anterior horn cells of the spine. It has been reported in literature that humoral immunity is manifested by the antibodies production. These are special chemical substances that react against foreign body. Antibodies are serum proteins, which are immunoglobulins and possess antibody activity and are classified according to antigens and stimulate their production such as IgA, JgG, IgM, IgD and IgE. All the immunological parameters such as of C3, C4, IgG, IgM and IgA, which are measured in Duchenne muscular dystrophy go down in comparison to healthy subjects. Complement C3 and Complement C4 go down about 44.3% and 78.57% respectively from the normal values. The serum IgG, IgM and IgA levels were also go down about 65%, 84% and 99.56% respectively in comparison to healthy subjects. A trend between all the immunoglobulins has been set up and it is rAG.M > rMA.G. > rGM.A, while we have a trend in DMD cases is rMA.G. > rAG.M > rGM.A We are in a position to say that our data have a relevance of high authenticity and reliability to accept that there is a deficit in immunity in DMD cases. The deficit in immunity may be a cause to damage muscle for abnormal functioning.

Some of the important features of the bands occur in the present study. The band called amide A is available in all the diseased and healthy controls and the frequency of the band ranges from 3380 cm﹣1 to 3480.74 cm﹣1. The band due to C-H band and called hydrocarbon band was found only in paralytic and Alzheimer diseased along with normal healthy controls. Carbide band (C=C) is found only in Duchenne muscular dystrophy, paralytic and Alzheimer’s disease patients. Amide I was intact in all disorders with normal persons. Peroxide band (O-O) was found in all the cases of study. Amide IV band was found in paralytic, muscular dystrophy, Alzheimer’s diseases and normal controls. The amide V band was found in Alzheimer’s diseases only. The appearance or disappearance of the bands is a good sign to understand the mechanisms at the molecular level. FTIR spectroscopy may help in the diagnosis of the disease at the early stage of the onset. This spectroscopy can be used nicely for the study of hair, vaginal fluid, nails, urine, mucus, semen, synovial fluid, blood, hemoproteins, skin, and tears for human beings. We can also use it to understand the effect of adulteration on food and paint technology. FTIR is an indicator to explore the changes occurring at molecular level.
