Vavi.ov i.sti.ute of Plant Geneti. Resources(Vi.) were tested for the i.fecti.n of grai. by Alternari. and Cladospori.m at the genus level and by a group of tri.hothecene-produci.g Fusari.m fungi. Real-ti.e PCR was performed to quanti.y fungal abundance and ELi.A was performed for mycotoxi. analysi. i. grai.. The average amounts of all tested fungi.i. tetraploi. Avena speci.s were hi.her than those i. di.loi. and hexaploi. speci.s. Low amounts of deoxyni.alenol(DON) were detected i. seven hexaploi. genotypes(A. steri.i., A. byzanti.a, A. sati.a, and A. fatua) and one di.loi. genotype(***). The relati.nshi. between some morphologi.al trai.s(1000-grai. wei.ht, percent of husk, tri.home densi.y, and plant hei.ht) of Avena speci.s and grai. i.fecti.n by fungi.and mycotoxi.s was i.vesti.ated. Alternari. and Cladospori.m fungi.could not penetrate the husk. A hi.hly negati.e correlati.n of the amounts of thei. DNA wi.h the proporti.ns of husk i. grai. as well as wi.h tri.home densi.y was found. i. contrast, a si.ni.i.ant posi.i.e correlati.n between the amount of Fusari.m DNA and these trai.s was found. A strong negati.e correlati.n bctween plant hei.ht and DNA of the analyzed fungi.was found. Hi.h-quali.y Bi.Se3 mi.rocrystals were grown by the physi.al vapor transport （PVT） method wi.hout usi.g a forei.n transport agent. The mi.roplate crystals grown under the opti.al temperature gradi.nt are well faceted and have di.ensi.ns up to -200 μm, The growth proceeds by the layer-by-layer mecha- ni.m wi.h the formati.n of flat low-growth rate facets. The phase composi.i.n of the grown crystals was i.enti.i.d by the X-ray si.gle crystal structure analysi. i. space group R3m, a = 4.1356（3）, C= 28.634（5）A, Z=3 （R=0.0147）. The most probable twi. planes i. the tetradymi.e structure were evaluated by the pseudo translati.nal sublatti.e merhad.

从2014年起国际石油价格开始迅速下跌,直接导致俄罗斯经济衰退。2013年到2015年国际油价从每桶118美元下滑至每桶不足50美元。石油价格的剧烈波动与西方国家对俄罗斯经济制裁措施造成俄罗斯货币危机和经济结构危机发生。俄罗斯是产油大国,目前俄罗斯已探明原油储量达到1114.42亿吨。俄罗斯的燃料动力联合体决定20%多国内总产值的附加值,50%左右国内出口总值及40%左右国家预算总税额。为了摆脱原料出口的依赖,俄罗斯应该采取许多调整经济结构和完善金融制度的政策措施。本文的重点在于俄罗斯经济现状分析,石油危机和石油市场的特点研究,国际油价波动如何影响俄罗斯经济发展,包括俄罗斯金融制度、进出口贸易、采掘业、加工业和服务业的发展。最终提出相应对策和建议。全文共分六个部分。绪论部分主要阐述论文题目的研究背景、国内外研究综述、研究方法和内容。第二章主要的内容是石油危机的相关理论以及石油危机与经济危机相互关系的分析。本文的第三章对于石油危机现状,俄罗斯石油市场和俄罗斯经济现状进行研究,包括进出口贸易、投资和国际合作的方面。第四章的内容是石油价格波动对俄罗斯经济的影响研究,以及石油危机发生之后,对于俄罗斯经济宏观指数的变化和各个行业发展数据进行分析。其中包括石油价格对俄罗斯国内总产值、贸易差额、收支平衡、通胀率影响分析,油价波动对俄罗斯卢布、采掘业、加工业和服务业发展影响研究,以及油价波动对俄罗斯人民生活水平影响研究,包括失业率,收入水平等。本文第五章的研究核心是对于石油危机对俄罗斯经济发展影响提出相关发展方向和建议。

Gamma/delta T cells (γδТ cells) are among the fi.st lymphoi. cells appeari.g i. the ontogenesi.. Many of γδТ cells are located i. the small i.testi.e/lami.a propri. of mi.e and human, where they cooperate wi.h di.ferent cells (B-1 cells, i. parti.ular) and i.fluence thei. acti.i.y. However, such i.teracti.ns are studi.d rather scanty, and the functi.nal role of γδТ cells i. the i.testi.e?i. not yet fully eluci.ated. To study the i.teracti.ns of mouse γδТ cells wi.h other cells i. i. necessary to have puri.i.d cell populati.ns. Unfortunately, most approaches used for i.olati.n of human γδТ cells are not sui.able for i.olati.n of mouse γδТ cells.
