阳朔阶最早由殷保安于2008年提出,命名源自桂林市阳朔县,用以指代上泥盆统锡矿山阶与邵东阶之间的一个地方阶,大致相当于国际年代地层单位法门阶上部。阳朔阶底界以牙形类Palmatolepis rugosa trachytera的首次出现为定义,顶界则以有孔虫Eoendothyra regularis的首现为标志。阳朔阶典型剖面为广西桂林市铁山剖面,自下而上包括“五指山组”和融县组,形成于孤立碳酸盐岩台地边缘,以浅水相的内碎屑、鲕粒泥粒灰岩、粒泥灰岩和颗粒灰岩为特征,局部夹有少量黑色钙质泥岩。在桂林铁山剖面和邻近的小龙门剖面中共采集牙形样品149件,其中94件样品产丰富的牙形类分子,该牙形动物群以Palmatolepis、Neopolygnathus、Polygnathus、Pseudopolygnathus、Bispathodus、Icriodus、Rhodalepis、mehlina和Branmehla属分子为特征,自下而上可识别出6个牙形类生物带,包括*** marginifera带、*** trachytera带、*** postera带、*** expansa带、***带和*** ultimus带,为环古特提斯洋地区法门阶地层对比提供了高精度的生物地层格架。基于详细的牙形类生物地层和沉积相分析,在铁山剖面*** trachytera带上部和*** expansa带顶部浅水相碳酸盐岩序列中识别出两次黑色富有机质沉积事件,对应于相对海平面快速上升和海洋贫氧,可能是法门期全球性Annulata和Dasberg事件在华南边缘海区的沉积响应。

Background:Accumulating evidence suggests that sports participation promotes the development of inhibitory control,but the influences of the sports category and inhibition type still remain *** categorization of sports based on the open-skill(externally paced)and closed-skill(self-paced)continuum allows for the integration of the environment as a factor contributing to sports-related benefits for inhibitory ***:Cross-sectional data from different studies were combined(n=184)to examine the association between open-and closed-skill sports and cognitive control processes related to interference control and response ***(aged 9-14 years)filled in 7-day physical activity recall protocols and completed a Stroop Color-Word or a Go/NoGo *** N200,N450,and P300 components of event-related potentials elicited by these tasks were recorded using ***:Partial correlations supported the belief that time spent in open-skill sports was related to higher performance on inhibition ***,path analyses revealed an association between this sports type and a greater negativity in the N200 and N450 amplitudes in both the full sample and group-level *** contrast,no relation was found between sports type and P300 ***:The findings suggest that only the engagement in open-skill sports is associated with more effective conflict monitoring and higher performance on tasks demanding inhibitory control.

For number concentration measurements of superfine particles a condensation nucleus counter （CNC） is frequently used. The combination of a new CNC module with a white light aerosol spectrometer and a passive collector makes possible accurate time-resolved determination of particle number within the overall size range of 10 nm to 40 μm and at concentrations up to 10^5 particles/cm^3. With the aerosol spectrometer a high time-resolved particle size determination is also possible in the size range of 0.3-40 μm up to the same high number concentrations of 10^5 particles/cm^3.

Inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD) such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis are chronic-remittent inflammatory disorders of the gastrointestinal tract still evoking challenging clinical diagnostic and therapeutic situations. murine models of experimental colitis are a vital component of research into human IBD concerning questions of its complex pathogenesis or the evaluation of potential new drugs. To monitor the course of colitis, to the present day, classical parameters like histological tissue alterations or analysis of mucosal cytokine/chemokine expression often require euthanasia of animals. Recent advances mean revolutionary noninvasive imaging techniques for in vivo murine colitis diagnostics are increasingly available. These novel and emerging imaging techniques not only allow direct visualization of intestinal inflammation, but also enable molecular imaging and targeting of specific alterations of the inflamed murine mucosa. For the first time, in vivo imaging techniques allow for longitudinal examinations and evaluation of intra-individual therapeutic response. This review discusses the latest developments in the different fields of ultrasound, molecularly targeted contrast agent ultrasound, fluorescence endoscopy, confocal laser endomicroscopy as well as tomographic imaging with magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography and fluorescence-mediated tomography,discussing their individual limitations and potential future diagnostic applications in the management of human patients with IBD.

We report on an experiment performed at the FLASH2 free-electron laser(FEL)aimed at producing warm dense matter via soft x-ray isochoric *** the experiment,we focus on study of the ions emitted during the soft x-ray ablation process using time-of-flight electron multipliers and a shifted maxwell–Boltzmann velocity distribution *** find that most emitted ions are thermal,but that some impurities chemisorbed on the target surface,such as protons,are accelerated by the electrostatic field created in the plasma by escaped *** morphology of the complex crater structure indicates the presence of several ion groups with varying *** find that the ion sound velocity is controlled by the ion temperature and show how the ion yield depends on the FEL radiation attenuation length in different materials.

Beijing often suffers under heavy *** such events which occur mostly in autumn and winter,people are desperate for fresh *** formation of heavy smog is due to foremost human induced air pollution,but geographic and meteorological conditions,especially below a surface inversion,play an important *** propose to destroy the inversion by pumping air from above the inversion layer to the surface layer to alleviate the severity of the *** long-term air quality improvement depends on the reduction of air pollution emission,air pumping may provide relief in the interim for the Beijing *** estimate that an air pumping at a rate 2×10~7m^3s^(–1)can lead to significantly improved air quality in Beijing,due to(1)direct clean air input;(2)increased instability and vertical mixing and(3)a positive radiation-mixing *** pumping requires an energy input of 10 GW,comparable with the energy consumption in Beijing for air conditioning in *** propose to use wind energy from Inner mongolia for the pumping,which has currently an installed wind energy capacity of 70GW.

The floodplain -egetation of the Tarim River in Northwest China is strongly influenced by irrigated agriculture. The abstrac- tion of river water disturbs; the natural dynamics of the floodplain ecosystem. The human impact on the hydrological system by bank dams and the irrigation of cotton plantings have caused adverse changes of the Tarim River and its floodplains, so the current stocks of the typical Tugai vegetation show significant signs of degradation. Field studies of soils and statistical analysis of soil moisture data have shown that the vitality of the Tugai vegetation is primarily determined by its position to the riverbank and the groundwater. There exist complex interactions between soil hydrological conditions and the vitality of the vegetation. But the availability of water is not only influenced by the groundwater level and seasonal flood events. The spatial distribution of stocks at different states of vitality seems also to be decisively influenced by physical soil properties. Our results show that the water supply of plant communities is strongly in- fluenced by the soil texture. Spatial differences of soil moisture and corresponding soil water tensions may be the decisive factors for the zonafion of vegetation. Physical soil properties control the water retention and rising of capillary water from deeper soil layers and the phreatic zone and may supply the root systems of the phreatophytic vegetation with water. To report an extended multivisceral transplantation （mVTx） including right kidney and ascending colon in a patient with complicated Crohn＇s disease （CD）. A 36-year old female suffering from short bowel syndrome and frozen abdomen due to fistulizing CD after multiple abdominal operations underwent mVTx of eight organs including stomach, pancreatoduodenal complex, liver, intestine, ascending colon, right kidney, right adrenal gland, and greater omentum in November 2003. Immunosuppression consisted of alemtuzumab, tacrolimus and steroids. The patient was off parenteral nutrition by postoperative wk 3. She experienced one episode of pneumonia. The patient recovered completely and discharged 2.5 mo and was doing well 30 mo after mVTx. This is one of the very rare cases in which a complete mulitivisceral graft of eight abdominal organs was transplanted orthotopically.
