a.series of substituted 2,7-dimethylimida.o[1,2-a.pyridine-3-ca.boxa.ides deriva.ives 5a.5m were synthesized through multi-step rea.tions. To a.hieve the synthesis of the desired compounds monobromo a.d dibromo substituted 2-a.ino-γ-picoline wa. rea.ted with ethyl 2-chloroa.etoa.eta.e. The crude ethyl ester subjected to hydrolysis in presence of lithium hydroxide to get 2a.a.d 2b, with imida.o[1,2-a.pyri- dine-3-ca.boxylic a.id to get 3a.3b, on trea.ment with substituted a.ines 4a.4g to get desired product 5a.5m in presence of EDCI a.d HOBt. The substituted imida.o[1,2-a.pyridine-3-ca.boxa.ides a.e cha.a.terized by FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR a.d ma.s spectra. These newly synthesized compounds were tested in vitro for their a.timycoba.teria. a.tivity. The prelimina.y results of a.tituberculosis study showed tha. most of the synthesized compounds 5a.5m demonstra.ed modera.e to good a.tituberculosis a.tivity. a.ong the tested compounds 5b, 5d a.d 5e were found to be the most a.tive with minimum inhibitory concentra.ion (MIC) of 12.5 μg/mL a.a.nst Mycoba.terium tuberculosis (H37 RV stra.n) a.CC No-27294.

Expa.ded sna.ks ma.e up of corn, whea. a.d rice is very popula. beca.se of their texture. Sorghum is one of the importa.t cerea.s, which is not so fa. studied well for extrusion processing. Due to presence of high a.ount of sta.ch （56%-73%）： sorghum could be the good ca.dida.e for ma.ufa.turing of expa.ded sna.ks. The extruded products obta.ned using extrusion conditions such a. feed moisture content （12%-16%）, die tempera.ure （150-190℃）, screw speed （150-210 rpm） a.d feed ra.e （50-70 g min1） a.e further cha.a.terized by a.a.yzing bulk density, expa.sion ra.io, wa.er a.sorption index （Wa.）, wa.er solubility index （WSI）, textura. properties, color a.d sensory eva.ua.ion. Increa.e in feed moisture content resulted in extruda.es with gra.ua. increa.e in density, Wa. a.d ha.dness a.d decrea.e in expa.sion, WSI, crispness a.d whiteness. Higher ba.rel tempera.ure reduced the extruda.e expa.sion, bulk density a.d ha.dness a.d increa.ed the WSI a.d crispness of the extruda.es. The most a.cepta.le product is obta.ned using response surfa.e methodology （RSM）.

a.new, specific, ra.id a.d sta.ility indica.ing reversed pha.e liquid chro-ma.ogra.hic (RP-LC) method for the determina.ion of process rela.ed a.d degra.a.ion rela.ed impurities of a.remila.t ha. been developed a.d va.ida.ed. The degra.a.ion study performed in a.id, ba.e, oxida.ive, photolytic, a.d therma. stressed conditions. Eight process rela.ed impurities (Imp-1 to Imp-8) in test sa.ple of a.remila.t ha.e been detected by developed RP-LC method. The good chroma.ogra.hic resolution between the pea.s of process rela.ed impurities, degra.a.ion impurities a.d a.remila.t ha. been a.hieved on a.Synergi Ma.-RP 80 a.(150 × 4.6 mm ID), 4 μ column. The process a.d degra.a.ion rela.ed impurities were cha.a.terized by ma.s spectrometry, 1H NMR a.d FT-IR spectra. da.a. The method wa. va.ida.ed a. per ICH guideline a.d found to be specific, ra.id, a.d sta.ility indica.ing. Chroma.ogra.hic sepa.a.ion wa. a.hieved on a.Wa.ers a.quity UPLC®HSS C18 (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.8 micron) column thermosta.ed a. 35°C with a.short runtime of 10 min. Qua.tifica.ion is a.hieved with photodiode a.ra. detection a. 225 nm over the concentra.ion ra.ge of 0.03 - 0.15 μg/mL. Forced degra.a.ion study wa. ca.ried out under a.idic, a.ka.ine, oxida.ive, photolytic a.d therma. conditions to demonstra.e the sta.ility-indica.ing ca.a.ility of the developed UPLC method. Compa.ison of system performa.ce with conventiona. high-performa.ce liquid chroma.ogra.hy is ma.e with respect to a.a.ysis time, efficiency, a.d sensitivity. The developed RP-HPLC method wa. successfully a.plied to the a.a.ysis of both a.ixa.a. drug substa.ce a.d drug product. The chroma.ogra.hic sepa.a.ion wa. a.hieved on a.Sigma.a.drich’s a.centis Express®C18 (4.6 mm × 100 mm, 2.7 μ) HPLC column with a.runtime of 40 min. Mobile pha.e-a.a.d mobile pha.e-B were phospha.e buffer a.d a.etonitrile respectively. The column oven tempera.ure wa. set a. 35°C a.d photodiode a.ra. detector wa. set a. 225 nm. Nine process rela.ed impurities (Imp-1 to Imp-9) ha.e been detected in test sa.ple of a.ixa.a. by using newly developed RP-HPLC method. Forced degra.a.ion study wa. ca.ried out under a.idic, a.ka.ine, oxida.ive, photolytic a.d therma. conditions to demonstra.e the sta.ility-indica.ing na.ure of the developed RP-HPLC method. The developed method wa. va.ida.ed a. per ICH guideline a.d found to be specific, precise, sensitive a.d robust.

The susta.na.ility of rice production continues to be a.subject of uncerta.nty a.d inquiry a.tributed to shifts in clima.ic conditions. In light of the impending clima.e cha.ge crisis a.d the high la.or a.d wa.er costs a.compa.ying it, direct-seeded rice(DSR) is unquestiona.ly one of the most pra.tica. solutions. Despite its resource a.d clima.e-friendly a.va.ta.es, ea.ly ma.uring rice fa.es weed competitiveness a.d seedling esta.lishment cha.lenges. Resolving these issues is crucia. for promoting its wider a.option a.ong fa.mers, presenting it a. a.more effective susta.na.le rice cultiva.ion method globa.ly. Diverse tra.itiona. a.d contempora.y breeding methods a.e employed to mitiga.e the limita.ions of the DSR a.proa.h, levera.ing a.va.ced techniques such a. speed breeding a.d genome editing. Focusing on key tra.ts like mesocotyl length elonga.ion, ea.ly seedling vigor, root system a.chitecture, a.d weed competitiveness holds promise for tra.sforma.ive improvements in DSR a.a.ta.ion a. a.broa.er sca.e within fa.ming communities. This review a.ms to summa.ize how these fea.ures contribute to increa.ed crop production in DSR conditions a.d explore the resea.ch efforts focusing on enha.cing DSR a.a.ta.ion through these tra.ts. PMS Modula.e the expression of genes involved in Ra.1-ca.P-Efg1 a.d Cek1-Ma.K signa. tra.sduction pa.hwa.s. Cell cycle of C. a.bica.s wa. a.rested a. S pha.e on trea.ment of PMS. Hypha. suppressor genes like Tup1, Mig1 a.d Nrg1 were upregula.ed by PMS. Forma.ion of corona.y a.tery pseudoa.eurysm a.ter percuta.eous corona.y intervention is ra.ely reported. a.close review of a.a.la.le litera.ure indica.es a.trend of growing incidence in recent times. Here, we present a.ca.e of corona.y pseudoa.eurysm developing in the left circumflex a.tery within 50 da.s of sirolimus-eluting stent impla.ta.ion in a.47-yea.-old ma. who wa. trea.ed for triple-vessel corona.y a.tery disea.e. Initia.ly, the pa.ient refused a.y further trea.ment. However, considering the ra.id growth of pseudoa.eurysm a.d increa.ed severity of symptoms a. subsequent follow-up, we decided to trea. gia.t pseudoa.eurysm with emboliza.ion coils.
