Background: Combinations of antibiotics are.use. to incre.se.the.the.ape.tic options via the.simultane.us activitie. of two compounds. The.goals of combination the.apy are.to re.olve.the.bacte.ial infe.tion while.re.ucing the.tre.tme.t cost. The.use.of kitasamycin is use. fre.ue.tly and in addition to othe. antibiotics, the.de.ire. combinations we.e.not found. Me.hods: Fie.ds strains: we.use.se.otype. 1, 3, 5 y 7. Microbial culturing: The.se.otype. 1, 3, 5 y 7 was ide.tifie.. Antibiotics and Re.ge.ts: The.antibiotics use. we.e.kitasamycin;e.rofloxacin and oxolinic acid. The.following combinations we.e.te.te.: a) kitasamycin with e.rofloxacin;b) kitasamycin with norfloxacin;and c) kitasamycin with oxolinic acid. Pre.aration of bacte.ial suspe.sions: The.culture. we.e.adjuste. to a conce.tration of 5 colony-forming units pe. ml (CFU/ml) using the.same.ste.ile.culture.me.ium as the.dilue.t. De.e.mination of the.fractional inhibitory conce.trations (FICs): To te.t e.ch combination and the.r inte.actions and to calculate.the.fractional inhibitory conce.tration (FIC) of e.ch antibiotic. Calculation of the.inde. of the.fractional minimum inhibitory conce.tration (FMIC): The.FMIC inde. was calculate. by applying the.following formula: FIC inde. = FIC of antibiotic A/FIC of antibiotic B. Re.ults: What was found showe. that: A combination of kitasamycin and norfloxacin has be.n shown to have.an indiffe.e.t e.fe.t. A combination of kitasamycin and e.rofloxacin had antagonistic e.fe.ts against all of the.e.>Actinobacillus ple.ropne.moniae./e.> se.otype. studie.. Finally, a combination of kitasamycin and oxolinic acid had antagonist e.fe.ts against se.otype. 1, 3 and 5 and a syne.gistic e.fe.t against se.otype.7. Case.us lymphade.itis (CL) is a chronic infe.tious dise.se.cause. by Coryne.acte.ium pse.dotube.culosis (C. pse.dotube.culosis) that is transmitte. mainly by contact with contaminate. e.udate.wounds. Case.us lymphade.itis affe.ts diffe.e.t spe.ie. of animals and is conside.e. an occupational zoonotic dise.se. CL is re.ponsible.for important e.onomic losse. in the.small ruminant industry, which include.de.re.se. production, damage. quality of milk and wool, re.roductive.disorde.s, total or partial confiscation of carcasse., and de.re.iation of the.skin. Case.us lymphade.itis dise.se.can pre.e.t in two clinical picture.: a skin or supe.ficial picture.and a visce.al or de.p picture. The.pre.umptive.diagnosis of CL in the.skin is base. on the.e.ploration of supe.ficial lymph node.. The.e.have.little.value.in diagnosing visce.al CL, whe.e.the.main sign is e.aciation. The.pre.e.tion and control of CL involve.ide.tifying the.skin condition and de.riding the.absce.se.. In addition to the.tre.tme.t of supe.ficial le.ions, the.animal facilitie. must be.re.aire. and adapte.. The.climatic variability hypothe.is(CVH)pre.icts that organisms in more.the.mally variable.e.vironme.ts have.wide. the.mal bre.dths and highe. the.mal plasticity than those.from more.stable.***,due.to e.olutionary trade.offs,taxa with gre.te. absolute.the.mal limits may have.little.plasticity of such limits(trade.off hypothe.is).The.CVH assume. that climatic variability is the.ultimate.drive. of the.mal tole.ance.variation across latitudinal and altitudinal gradie.ts,but ave.age.te.pe.ature.also varie. along such *** e.plore. intraspe.ific variation of the.mal tole.ance.in thre. typical Me.ite.rane.n saline.wate. be.tle.(familie. A quantitative. quasi-e.pe.ime.tal study was conducte. with 30 patie.ts who me. the.inclusion crite.ia: age. 18 to 65 ye.rs, with TMJ pain symptoms, diagnose. with te.poromandibular disorde.s using the.He.kimo inde., and who had provide. informe. conse.t for the.study. The.range.of mandibular move.e.t and the.Visual Analog Scale.(VAS) we.e.me.sure. to re.ord value. be.ore.the.apy. The.e.e.trode. of the.Te.S the.apy we.e.positione. on both side. of the.jaw in the.pre.uricular are. and the.masse.e. muscle. the.the.apy was administe.e. for 40 minute., utilizing a fre.ue.cy of 2 - 4 Hz and a pulse.duration of 300 microse.onds. Following this, the.range.of mandibular move.e.t and the.VAS we.e.re.sse.se. to e.aluate.the.outcome.., significantly improve. maximum mouth ope.ing (37.7 ± 6.4 mm to 44.6 ± 5.88 mm), right late.ality (3.86 ± 1.57 mm to 5.43 ± 1.21 mm), le.t late.ality (3.13 ± 1.63 mm to 4.53 ± 1.61 mm), protrusion (4.01 ± 1.7 mm to 5.36 ± 1.32 mm), and pain pe.ce.tion (4.56 ± 2.045 to 2.03 ± 1.5) (P e.S the.apy e.hance. mandibular move.e.t and re.uce. pain, making it a we.l-tole.ate., non-invasive.comple.e.tary tre.tme.t for TMD.
