The COVID-19 pandemic has brought unprecedented severe challenges to global supply chains and has triggered discussion about supply chain resilience(SCR).In the post-pandemic era,although residents’consumption has rebounded under the stimulation of the government’s financial policies and the disruption of the supply chain has been alleviated,firms still face great challenges of restarting their supply *** the one hand,the global supply chain is still *** outbreak of the epidemic may continue,and the risk of supply chain disruption cannot be *** the other hand,the manufacturer’s production cost is further increased due to the substantial increase in international raw material prices,labor costs and transportation costs,and the production cycle is further ***,SCR in the post-epidemic era is subject to multiple challenges from the external environment,as well as both supply and demand sides.

本文介绍了动态最优控制模型在广告领域的研究进展,主要包括sethi在1977年总结之后的模型发展。这些模型要回答的基本问题是:如何确定一个或一组相互竞争的企业的最优广告支出和其他可能随时间变化的利益相关因素。模型的最优化描述了这些变量如何转化为销售额,进而转化为利润。本文有两个主要目的 :一方面,整理了早期综述文献中已经提到过的领域中产生的新贡献;另一方面,探讨了1977年以来广告学领域出现的新的研究方向。考虑到文章长度,本文将分成上中下三篇连载。本篇主要介绍了本文研究的分类框架和通过广告、价格和质量构造的资本存量模型。

BACKGROUND Data regarding the worldwide gastrointestinal surgery rates in patients with Crohn’s disease(CD)remains *** To systematically review the global variation in the rates of surgery in *** A comprehensive search analysis was performed using multiple electronic databases from inception through July 1,2020,to identify all full text,randomized controlled trials and cohort studies pertaining to gastrointestinal surgery rates in adult patients with *** included continent based demographic data,CD surgery rates over time,as well as the geoepidemiologic variation in CD surgery *** analyses were conducted using *** Twenty-three studies spanning four continents were *** median proportion of persons with CD who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in studies from North America,Europe,Asia,and Oceania were 30%(range:1.7%-62.0%),40%(range:0.6%-74.0%),17%(range:16.0%-43.0%),and 38%*** clear association was found regarding the proportion of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery over time in North America(R^(2)=0.035)and Europe(R^(2)=0.100).A moderate,negative association was seen regarding the proportion of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery over time(R^(2)=0.520)in *** There appears to be significant inter-continental variation regarding surgery rates in *** evidencebased guidelines accounting for the geographic differences in managing patients with CD is ***,as a paucity of data on surgery rates in CD exists outside the North American and European continents,future studies,particularly in less studied locales,are warranted.

Stackelberg differential game models have been used to study sequential decision making in noncooperative games in diverse fields. In this paper, we survey recent applications of Stackelberg differential game models to the supply chain management and marketing channels literatures. A common feature of these applications is the specification of the game structure： a decentralized channel composed of a manufacturer and independent retailers, and a sequential decision procedure with demand and supply dynamics and coordination issues. In supply chain management, Stackelberg differential games have been used to investigate inventory issues, wholesale and retail pricing strategies, and outsourcing in dynamic environments. The underlying demand typically has growth dynamics or seasonal variation. In marketing, Stackelberg differential games have been used to model cooperative advertising programs, store brand and national brand advertising strategies, shelf space allocation, and pricing and advertising decisions. The demand dynamics are usually extensions of the classical advertising capital models or sales-advertising response models. We begin by explaining the Stackelberg differential game solution methodology and then provide a description of the models and results reported in the literature.

This paper considers a problem of optimal preventive maintenance and replacement schedule of equipment devoted to extracting resources from known deposits. Typical examples are oil drills, mine shovels, etc. At most one replacement of the existing machinery by a new one is allowed. The problem is formulated as an optimal control problem subject to the state constraint that the remaining deposit at any given time is nonnegative. We show that the optimal preventive maintenance, production rates, and the replacement and salvage times of the existing machinery and the new one, if required, can be obtained by solving sequentially a series of free-end-point optimal control problems. Moreover, an algorithm based on this result is developed and used to solve two illustrative examples.
