This article introduces the computational analytical approach to solve the m-dimensional space-time variable Caputo fractional order advection–dispersion equation with the Dirichlet boundary using the two-step Adomian decomposition method and obtain the exact solution in just one iteration.Moreover,with the help of fixed point theory,we study the existence and uniqueness conditions for the positive solution and prove some new results.Also,obtain the Ulam–Hyers stabilities for the proposed problem.Two gen-eralized examples are considered to show the method’s applicability and compared with other existing numerical methods.The present method performs exceptionally well in terms of efficiency and simplicity.Further,we solved both examples using the two most well-known numerical methods and compared them with the TSADM solution.

This article is devoted to a newly introduced numerical method for time-fractional dispersive partial differential equation in a multidimensional space.The time-fractional dispersive partial differential equation plays a great role in solving the problems arising in ocean science and engineering.The numerical technique comprises of Sumudu transform,homotopy perturbation scheme and He’s polynomial,namely homotopy perturbation Sumudu transform method(HPSTM)is efficiently used to examine time-fractional dispersive partial differential equation of third order in multi-dimensional space.The approximate analytic solution of the time-fractional dispersive partial differential equation of third-order in multi-dimensional space obtained by HPSTM is compared with exact solution as well as the solution obtained by using Adomain decomposition method.The results derived with the aid of two techniques are in a good agreement and consequently these techniques may be considered as an alternative and efficient approach for solving fractional partial differential equations.Several test problems are experimented to confirm the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed methods.

A 33 years old female patient presented with posttraumatic pain in the right foot for which radiographs of the right foot was advised. No fracture was detected on radiographs and patient was managed conservatively on medications and posterior splint immobilization. We found coincidentally a short fourth metatarsal and an accessory navicular bone in the right foot radiographs. After 3 weeks of immobilization, she underwent mobilization of the right foot, weight bearing and intensive physio- therapy for 6 weeks. After two months of injury she was still complaining of pain on the plantar aspect of right foot which was diagnosed as metatarsalgia and operated on by excision of the neuroma present in the 3rd web space of the right foot. After surgery she was completely relieved of pain and could do activities well related to the right foot.

This paper presents the analysis of load frequency control （LFC） of a deregulated two-area hydro-thermal power system using fuzzy logic controller, with doubly fed induction generators （DFIGs） integrated into both the control areas. The deregulation of power sector has led to the formation of new companies for generation, transmission and distribution of power. The conventional two-area power system is modified to study the effects of the bilateral contracts of companies on the system dynamics. Deregulation creates highly competitive and distributed control environment, and the LFC becomes even more challenging when wind generators are also integrated into the system. The overall inertia of the system reduces, as the wind unit does not provide inertia and isolates from the grid during disturbances. The DFIGs integrated provide inertial support to the system through modified inertial control scheme, and arrests the initial fall in frequency after disturbance. The inertial control responds to frequency deviations, which takes out the kinetic energy of the wind turbine for improving the frequency response of the system. To enhance the participation of the doubly fed induction generator （DFIG） in the frequency control, optimal values of the speed control parameters of the DFIG-based wind turbine have been obtained using integral square error （ISE） technique. The dynamics of the system have been obtained for a small load perturbation, and for contract violation using fuzzy controller.

Flying an aircraft in low visibility is still a challenging task for the pilot.It requires precise and accurate situational awareness(SA)in real-time.A Head-up Display(HUD)is used to project collimated internal and externalﬂight information on a transparent screen in the pilot’s forwardﬁeld of view,which eliminates the change of eye position between Head-Down-Display(HDD)instru-ments and outer view through the windshield.Implementation of HUD increases the SA and reduces the workload for the pilot.But to provide a betterﬂying capability for the pilot,projecting extensive information on HUD causes human factor issues that reduce pilot performance and lead to accidents in low visibility conditions.The literature shows that human error is the leading cause of more than 70%of aviation accidents.In this study,the ability of the pilot able to read background and symbology information of HUD at a different level of back-ground seen complexity,such as symbology brightness,transition time,amount of Symbology,size etc.,in low visibility conditions is discussed.The result shows that increased complexity on the HUD causes more detection errors.

Objective:To provide guidance on basic concepts and elements for radiation safety and security measures for a HDR brachytherapy sealed radioactive source in a medical radiation facility.Methods:Brachytherapy sources are Category 2(High risk-very dangerous)radioactive source and Security Level B applied to cover the range of security measures needed for the associated risk with remote afterloading HDR brachytherapy sources.These security measures were applied based on a risk informed graded approach.A series of in-build and operational safety measures were implemented for equipment and radiation installation.Results:The medical radiation facility equipped with adequate radiation protection,detection and monitoring equipment such as survey meter,digital contamination monitor,gamma zone monitor,digital radiation monitor,personnel dosimeter,pocket dosimeter,long handled forceps,shielding material and emergency source storage container etc.to deal with radiological incidences.The contingency plan with security objectives for incidents and procedures for action was prepared in order to implement response function to fulfill the goal of adequate security of radioactive source.The emergency response plan documented against emergency scenarios during transport,loss of radioactive source,theft,sabotage,natural calamities/disasters such as fire,flood and earthquake.Conculsions:The paper provides various radiation safety and security aspects for the HDR brachytherapy.The HDR brachytherapy radioactive sources are Type A packages.Transport of radioactive material is the responsibility of consignors,consignee and carriers under the legislation,supervision and control of regulatory authority.

A Novel RGL2-DOF6 Complex Contributes to Primary Seed Dormancy in Arabidopsis thaliana by Regulating a GATA Transcription Factor

The DELLA protein RGA-LIKE2 （RGL2） is a key transcriptional repressor of gibberellic acid （GA） signaling that regulates seed germination. We identified GATA12, a gene encoding a GATA-type zinc finger transcription factor, as one of the downstream targets of RGL2 in Arabidopsis thaliana. Our data show that freshly harvested （unstratified） seeds of GATA 12 antisense suppression lines have reduced dormancy compared with the wild-type, while ectopic expression lines show enhanced seed dormancy. We show that GATA12 expression is negatively regulated by GA, and its transcript levels decline dramatically under dormancy- breaking conditions such as dry storage and cold stratification of seeds. GATA12 promoter has several GAMYB- and DOF-associated motifs that are known to be GA- and RGL2-responsive, respectively. Chromatin immunoprecipitation assay showed that a protein complex containing RGL2 can bind to GATA12 promoter and thereby regulate its expression. RGL2 lacks a DNA binding domain and requires a transcription factor to induce GATA12 expression. Our data show that this RGL2-containing protein complex includes DNA BINDING1 ZINC FINGER6 （DOF6）, which is a known negative regulator of germination in freshly harvested seeds. We further show that this novel RGL2-DOF6 complex is required for activating GATA12 expression, thus revealing a molecular mechanism to enforce primary seed dormancy.

Drought stress affects plant growth and causes significant issues in meeting global demand for food crops and fodder.Drought can cause physiological,physicochemical,and morphological changes in plants,which negatively affects plant growth and productivity.To combat this under the increasing global threat of water shortage and rapid population expansion,it is crucial to develop strategies to meet global food demands.Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)may provide a safe solution to enhancing crop yields through various mechanisms.These soil bacteria can provide drought tolerance to crop plants,allowing them to survive and thrive in water-scarce conditions.Productions of phytohormones,free radical-scavenging enzymes,and stress-combating enzymes that can increase tolerance to drought-induced stress are key features of plant-associated microbial communities.This review summarizes the beneficial properties of microbes that help plants tolerate water scarcity and highlights the bacterial mechanisms that enhance drought tolerance in plants.

Patients with severe liver disease who have been infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2(coronavirus disease 2019)frequently develop acute respiratory distress syndrome and multiple organ failure,with a high mortality rate,as a result of the hyper-proinflammatory state known as the cytokine storm.Clinicians must recognize cytokine storms earlier to avoid intensive care admission and multi-organ damage,a critical life-threatening condition with prognostic and therapeutic implications.
