In this study,the multi-quasiparticle triaxial projected shell model(TPSM)is applied to investigateγ-vibrational bands in transitional nuclei of *** report that each triaxial intrinsic state has aγ-band built on *** TPSM approach is evaluated by the comparison of TPSM results with available experimental data,which shows a satisfactory *** energy ratios,B(E2)transition rates,and signature splitting of theγ-vibrational band are calculated.

Multivibrators Operated Anti-Islanding Protection Scheme with Frequency and Voltage Control for a Utility-Grid Integrated SPV/Battery Energy System

The utilization of hybrid energy systems has necessitated to address the various Power Quality(PQ)concerns in Distributed Generation(DG)networks. Owing to the emergence of DG networks in recent times,it is envisaged for every utility-grid-tied system to generate and utilize harmonic-less electric power. Therefore,the present research critically evaluates the operation of a utility-grid coordinated DG system and studies its islanding operation under faulted conditions. To achieve this,an Anti-Islanding Protection(AIP)scheme is developed which is capable of controlling the frequency and voltage variations. This scheme is operated by a coordinated operation of multivibrators. Their operation continuously traces the pre-defined limits of voltage,reactive,and real power,and matches with their reference values to avoid mismatch. It is revealed that,if the mismatched values of real and reactive power exceeded its threshold value of0.1per unit,then the islanding condition is detected. Especially,the proposed system is assessed in two modes:utility-grid and islanding modes. In utility-grid mode,reactive power compensation is obtained by the control of voltage and frequency signals. However,in islanding mode,the real power requirement of the connected load is obtained with reduced harmonics under unsymmetrical faulted conditions. Incremental Conductance(IC)based Maximum Power Point Tracking(MPPT)technique ensures the extraction of maximum power under varying and stochastically atmospheric conditions. Simulation results reveal that the AIP scheme promptly disconnects the utility grid from the DG network in the minimum time during dynamic variations in frequency and voltage to prevent islanding. It is justified that there is violation of the considered threshold limits even under the faulted condition. Effect of pollution on dynamics of SIR model with treatment

In this paper, an SIR epidemic model with treatment affected by pollution is proposed. The existence, local and global dynamics of the model are studied. It is shown that backward bifurcation occurs at R0 〈 1 and P0 〈 1 because of insufficient capacity of treatment. It is also found that due to pollution the number of infective has gone to a very high level. As a result, backward bifurcation occurs for R0 〈 1, even when P0 〉 1. Further, there exist bistable endemic equilibria for a very low capacity for R0 〉 1. Thus, we found that disease can be eradicated for R0 〈 1 only by increasing the capacity to a sufficiently high level. Persistence of endemicity of the system is obtained and the mathematical results suggest that the basic reproduction number is insufficient for disease eradication. Numerical simulations are presented to illustrate the results obtained.

Support Vector Machine Based Handwritten Hindi Character Recognition and Summarization

In today’s digital era,the text may be in form of *** research aims to deal with the problem by recognizing such text and utilizing the support vector machine(SVM).A lot of work has been done on the English language for handwritten character recognition but very less work on the under-resourced Hindi language.A method is developed for identifying Hindi language characters that use morphology,edge detection,histograms of oriented gradients(HOG),and SVM classes for summary *** rank employs the summary to extract essential phrases based on paragraph position,phrase position,numerical data,inverted comma,sentence length,and keywords *** primary goal of the SVM optimization function is to reduce the number of features by eliminating unnecessary and redundant *** second goal is to maintain or improve the classification system’s *** experiment included news articles from various genres,such as Bollywood,politics,and *** proposed method’s accuracy for Hindi character recognition is 96.97%,which is good compared with baseline approaches,and system-generated summaries are compared to human *** evaluated results show a precision of 72%at a compression ratio of 50%and a precision of 60%at a compression ratio of 25%,in comparison to state-of-the-art methods,this is a decent result.
